Continuing Paris's POV:
I opened my eyes, smelling the familiar scent of roses and my mate and feeling the familiar texture of our bedsheets. Richard looked down at me and covered me up before he purred and picked up my little sister, holding her in his arms with a happy look. "Paris~" He purred. I glanced around and frowned a little. Did... Did he steal my stone from me? What was that feeling of darkness? How could he do that to me!? I'll never let him get that close to me again to take my stone. I sat up quickly and glared him down.
"Paris!" Rosetta yelled and reached out for me and giggled. "Good morning sleepy head." Richard purred and sat her down in the bed before he looked towards me.
"Don't look at me like that.... Your wing wasn't healing," he told me. "I would never harm you on purpose. I don't want you to be in pain. You don't feel pain anymore, do you? Your wings are back, and you look a lot healthier. I took really good care of you until I could get us here."
"I told you not to though," I whispered. "Why would you do that to me?! You scared me." He frowned a little before he looked at Rosetta then purred, picking her up.
"Rosetta~ Can you play with Laurence? He loves tea parties," he told her sweetly then disappeared before he reappeared beside me without her. He looked down at me then sat on the edge of the bed, watching me. "I did it to help you heal. I wanted you to be whole, not in pain. I knew it would help you. I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think you needed it. Would you have rather me cut off the other one? One wing would have seriously disabled you, and you would have been lopsided with one wing that can't fly without the other."
"You could have at least given me a choice," I grumbled before looking behind me at my wings. I eyed them over before I glanced back at him. "They annoy me anyways." He sighed then.
"Would you like for them to be cut off? We can get Dante to help...." I frowned and grabbed his shirt, yanking him to me.
"No. I'll cut them off myself when I'm good and ready." He widened his eyes a little before he relaxed and purred to me.
"Okay... I'm sorry I didn't ask before I took your stone from you.... I thought it would hurt less if I did it quickly," he murmured and wrapped his arms around me. "I missed you being right next to me. I hated you being just a stone. It was horrible."
"Well..." I trailed off. "You should think about what you want to do before jumping in and doing something like that." He purred and kissed my neck.
"I just knew I had to help you," he whispered and then knocked me over onto my back, climbing on top of me. I blushed and nodded as I looked him over.
"So, what happened while I was... a stone?" I asked him.
"Well... you did this cute pulsing thing at me," he whispered and laughed at the thought. "You loved me holding you close to my chest." I blushed a bright red and glanced away from him. I don't remember that at all. He looked me over and chuckled. "You cuter like this though~" He told me and kissed me. I felt his lips part a little before he leaned into the kiss more, curling his fingers in my hair and tugging on it. I gasped against his lips and kissed him back before I pulled away.
"Let's let the others know the war is over then," I told him. He gave a playful growl and sunk his fangs into my neck, yanking my head back to expose my neck to him. I yelped and felt my heart race. "Richard?" I asked. His venom suddenly flowed into my veins freely. I moaned and relaxed under him. I closed my eyes tightly. "Richard," I whispered. He pulled back from my neck and kissed me deeply, yanking on my hair again. I groaned and grabbed his arms and dug my nails into his skin. He gave a small moan and licked my bottom lip, moving his free hand by my head and gripping the sheets tightly. I pulled away from the kiss and tsked. "Richard, we need to tell the others."
"Right now?" He asked me and leaned down to my neck, licking it.
"Yes!" I told him and groaned. He sat up on me then smirked.
"Are you sure~?" He asked me teasingly and eyed me over. "I do think I remember your father's sword in the back of my throat...." He rubbed the back of his neck and gave a playful wince. I frowned as I looked him over.
"So?" I asked. He laughed then got off me.
"I'll just tease you with what you're missing out on~" He hummed out and started to walk off, putting his hand on his hip and drawing attention to his body with the way he walked. I frowned and slowly got out of bed and looked my body over as I felt a cold breeze hit me. I yelped and ran for the closet quickly. I heard him laugh in our bedroom. "You look gorgeous!" He called out after me. I eyed over my clothes in the closet before putting on a white button up, red vest, black pants, and some matching shoes. I made sure to tie a bow around my neck to add on to a male's fashion look on my body. I stepped out to him and placed my hands in my pockets then started for him with a confident walk. He watched me and I saw his eyes trailing over my body, his mind trailing to yesterday before he imagined ripping the bow off my neck with his teeth and pushing me onto the bed with him over my body. I blushed and walked past him quickly. He went after me with a growl, his eyes watching my butt. I yelped and ran for it then. No way am I going to let him keep watching my butt! He's going to take me again tonight in bed. He ran after me quickly then, laughing. "Paris~! Don't run from me~" I widened my eyes and quickened my pace.
"DANTE!" I yelled.
"PARIS~! COME BACK HERE!" Richard shouted, trying to catch up to me before he collapsed onto the ground. I widened my eyes and stopped running. I glanced over my shoulder.
"Richard?" I asked in concern. He had hit the floor face first, having landed awkwardly. I could smell his blood like he broke his nose. Dante appeared by me and frowned.
"What?" I frowned. Did Richard trip? I looked towards Dante then.
"The war is over," I told him calmly. His eyes widened.
"W-what?" He asked me in shock. I didn't see Richard stirring, and I could feel his stone pulse tiredly to mine.
"Yeah.... We sort of jumped ahead and killed our parents."
"You... killed them already?" He asked me then clenched his jaw. "Did it ever occur to you that maybe your friends wanted to help you with this?!" He hissed and glared me down. "I fought with you both for five years! FIVE YEARS! I wanted to be there when it ended! I supported you, and everyone else did too! We all were preparing to go with you two in a few days! ALL OF US! You lied to us and went on your own! How could you?!" He snarled then exposed his fangs. "You left us all behind like that and ran off to end it yourself after we got you two this far! Everyone here was in this to win this with you!"
"I'm sorry," I mumbled. "We didn't think about that... I was concerned. Laurence said I have a little sister, so I had to go save her," I purred out. "She's so cute, you should see her." He glared me down.
"You could've called us and had us come with you. We would've dropped whatever we were doing to come," he hissed. "WHAT IF YOU GOT KILLED?! What would we do then, huh?! This entire war was for you and Richardo! We all would have been executed! You really didn't think," he hissed and glared at me. "You should've called us! We would have helped you save your sister! We would have brought her here! Val looked through a spell book to help the two of you fight! All our preparations went to waste!" He clenched his hands then, balling them up. His thoughts were becoming like a train wreck, full of rage. All I could see were pictures from him now- pictures of what he thinks would have happened if we died. I widened my eyes and yanked him into a hug and held him tightly.
"I'm so sorry Dante," I whimpered out. "I hurt you from this!" I started to cry and buried my face into his shoulder. "I'll call you next time, I swear." He tensed as I hugged him, and I felt him go to shove me away, but he paused then let his hands drop down to his side.
"You need to think more, poodle," he muttered. He tapped my head then. "Don't you have a brain?" I nodded slowly.
"I- I will think more," I promised.
"You owe us all, big time," he hissed at me. I nodded quickly.
"Yes, I know. I'll make it up to you somehow."
"You better! If you EVER do this to me again, I won't forgive you," he snarled. I tensed up and shrunk away from him. He's mad at me. He glared at me as I moved away from him. "I mean it. I gave up a lot to help you, Paris. I lost my title as king because you're getting rid of those titles and turning us all into princes. I lost some of my army. I became a traitor to the old world and everything I was brought up in. I left my home to come here to help you! If you do this to me again, I won't be as kind," he hissed at me. I got down on my knees in front of him and grabbed his hand then gave it a kiss.
"Thank you," I whispered. "I couldn't have done it without your help. Your training. You were with me there. With every move I made against my father. It was you and your coaching that saw to it I won." I looked up into his eyes. "I'm in debt to you." He relaxed a little as he watched me then sighed, the anger fading from his eyes.
"Yes, you are in debt to me," he told me and then gave a soft smile. "I'll forgive you... just this once, French Poodle." I nodded and stood up slowly.
"Good. Because I don't think we can just go back in time and fix my little mistake of leaving you behind." I patted his head and stepped around him. "Come meet my little sister." He gave a growl and started to follow me.
"Don't pat my head like I'm some subordinate," he hissed.
"You're my little Dante~" I purred to him. "You know you like it." He gave a growl then.
"I'm older than you, Paris! At least put your damn mate back in bed," he muttered. "Good luck explaining to Victor you left us here." I laughed and turned around, going up to Richard then placed my foot on his head and shook him.
"Wake up~" I purred. "Wake up OR I won't give you some of me later." His head was limp under my foot, a peaceful look on his face. I could hear his dreams, his mind concocting a sweet dream of us looking up at the stars with my little sister between us as he taught her the constellations. Laurence was with us, smirking as he listened to Richard naming them all. "Hey.... you better wake up later," I hissed out then scooped him up into my arms and started for our bedroom. I can't believe he can sleep at a time like this.
"So, what happened to him?" Dante asked me calmly, watching as he stood at our door and got it for me. Richard's dream suddenly took a dark turn and howls broke out in the woods around where we were stargazing. A big black wolf suddenly came out of nowhere and tore into my neck in his dream, ending my life before I could so much as scream. I frowned and placed him on our bed.
"He's dreaming of us and my death," I grumbled before covering him up like he was a dead person then walked up to Dante with a huge frown.
"Your death?" He asked me and frowned. I heard Richard give a sharp cry before his stone went into a panic, calling for mine desperately.
"Yeah. Werewolves," I hissed. "He could at least be nicer about what kills me. A dragon at least," I sighed out. Dante frowned.
"It's not like it's his fault.... You can't really control what happens in your dreams," he told me then glanced behind me. "Maybe it'll snap him out of it and he'll wake up quickly."
"Hopefully," I smirked. "He's in big trouble. Leaving me alone to tell everyone we already won a war." Dante frowned.
"I wonder if there is a way to wake him when he collapses like that," he murmured then looked past me at Richard. He walked past me then and ripped the sheets back before he smacked Richard hard across the face and smirked. That's for ditching me here, Richardo. He started to shake him then. "Come on. Wake up so I can yell at you," Dante hissed. I laughed and watched Dante. I'll just let him have his fun. He dragged Richard out of bed then and headed for the bathroom. "Alright, if you won't wake for that, I'll drown you." I held back a laugh and followed him. He filled the tub up then dumped Richard into it, holding him under the water. I felt Richard's stone pulse after a few minutes before it sped up, realizing something was wrong. I frowned, getting a little concerned. I heard the water move before Richard's eyes snapped wide open, and he went to breathe, but he inhaled a ton of water. Dante smirked and shoved him under deeper, watching him. I tsked and shook my head.
"He's awake now, Dante."
"Yes, but he still needs punishment," Dante told me and smirked. "I bet it was his idea, being general and all." Richard started to scratch at Dante's hand, screaming in the water as he thrashed to get free.
"Please stop," I hissed out. Dante sighed and sat Richard up, watching as he started to cough the water up. "Thank you." I walked up and grabbed Richard's shirt, yanking him into a kiss. He groaned and pulled back quickly, coughing up another mouthful. I laughed as I watched him. He looked towards me then relaxed a little. He's alive.... A smile formed on his face before he yanked me into the water with him and purred. Dante groaned and let go completely.
"Ugh... Richard," Dante hissed. I tsked and tried to get out of the tub.
"Help me," I begged Dante. Dante pulled me out then splashed Richard before he smirked and smacked him. Richard hissed then got out of the tub, tackling Dante. I laughed as I watched them.
"Get him Dante!" I yelled. "It was his idea." Richard bit him and growled, starting to drink his blood. I frowned. What? Dante.... You're supposed to fight back. Dante hissed suddenly then kicked Richard between the legs, making him groan. He shoved him off and back into the water before he grabbed his throat and forced him under it, starting to make him drown again. I gasped and tensed up. "Dante," I growled. He looked towards me.
"What? He bit me!" Dante growled out.
"Don't drown him... I'm the one that has to deal with that later when he can't run because his lungs are full of water." Dante sighed then yanked him back out, throwing him into the ground before he stomped on Richard's chest, making him cough all the water back up. My mate groaned before his eyes glowed red and he grabbed Dante's foot, suddenly twisting it and causing the bone to snap. Dante fell over and yelped then groaned.
"Bastard... I trained you too well," he hissed.
"Richard," I hissed and snatched Dante away from him.
"He tried to drown me," Richard muttered then sat up. He looked at Dante then stood up before he leaned over and set Dante's foot back right, helping it heal faster. Dante smirked as he watched him then stood up as it healed before he started for the door.
"Alright you two~! I'm ready for you two to get yelled at by Val and Victor. Come along. Let's tell them what you two did," he purred at us and chuckled darkly. Richard frowned and followed him.
"What we did?" He asked in confusion.
"Yes, you won the war without us," Dante hissed at him. "You're going to get what's coming to you soon."
"He's mad at us for not including him," I explained. Richard nodded and looked at me.
"I guess that's understandable," he said then grabbed my hand and brought me close to him. Dante snapped his fingers and the water evaporated off Richard's clothes as he heated up then cooled back down to his normal temperature, making Richard frown.
"Let's let the others know… but let's show them Rose so they won't be so mad." Richard nodded to me.
"Okay, we need to collect her first then. Maybe you should hold her in your arms for added effect on them. It might help," he said and frowned, giving a sigh. Dante took us out of our bedroom and started to lead us down the hallway, putting his hands in his pockets.
"Yeah~ I'll hold her and tell her to give them a cute smile." I purred as I thought it over. Richard purred then nodded before he kissed my neck and moved his arm around my waist.
"Dante, we'll meet you there," he purred. We suddenly appeared in Laurence's bedroom where Vlad was hiding behind an armchair from my little sister. I saw black cat ears on the top of his head, matching his red cat eyes. He had finished transforming from the way he looked. My sister was giggling and watched him while calling for 'kitty'. Laurence was watching them in amusement.
"Just in time," he said as we walked in. Vlad laid his ears back as he tried to scoot behind it more but was blocked by the wall. Richard purred in amusement before he went up to my sister and scooped her up, tossing her up into the air before he caught her and spun around with her with a laugh.
"Hey cutie! Did you miss me?" He asked sweetly, watching her.
"Uh-huh!" She gave a giggle before pointing to Vlad. "Kitty won't play with me."
"Oh? The kitty won't play with you?" He asked before he sat Rosetta down. "Hey kitty, play with her," he said and smirked, looking towards his brother.
"No, I'm not playing with that little girl," Vlad grumbled. "What did you do to me?! Why do I have cat ears?!"
"You're demonic now," Richard told him and smirked. "You've always wanted friends, so play with this one," he told him and went over to Vlad, dragging him out and placing him down in front of my sister. "She's a sweet little girl." Rose tackled Vlad quickly and started to rub his ears.
"Kitty, kitty, kitty!" She yelled out and giggled. Vlad's eyes widened before he twitched his ears then melted, a small moan escaping him. Richard smirked and watched him.
"Heh, looks like you're going to be her little kitty," he teased him. Rose giggled before wrapping her arms around Vlad's head. Vlad started to purr like a cat and leaned his head against her. "Well... I think Vlad will make a decent babysitter for her," Richard murmured to me as he watched them. His brother looked my sister in the eyes before he pulled her into his arms, curling her up to him with a curious look. Rose giggled and unwrapped her arms then looked around until her eyes landed on me. Richard smirked then stole her from Vlad, holding her in his arms as he brought her over to me then gave me a kiss on the lips. "You haven't held her yet... have you?" He asked me and smiled. "Here." He held her out and gently placed her in my arms with a purr. I purred and held Rose close to me. She blushed and wrapped her arms around my neck.
"Paris," she purred out before rubbing her head against my chest. Richard watched us with interest then purred. He looks happy holding her.... It seems so right for him to be holding a child- especially one that looks like him. Richard laughed a little then helped his brother to his feet only to have his hands get smacked by Vlad. I looked towards Vlad and frowned.
"What's the matter sugar?" I asked him. "Didn't you miss us?" Vlad glared towards me.
"No, you're both devils," he hissed. "You killed my parents... and you ruined my life!"
"That's a mean thing to say to us. We're sorry we left you behind that day when we ran off." He frowned at us then laid his ears back. Richard smirked and yanked him into a hug.
"Come to the music room with me~" He teased.
"No! Get off me!" He said and growled.
"I never invite you there though. Come listen to me play. I'll play for you," he told his brother and laughed.
"NO!" Vlad said and squirmed, managing to get away before he ran to Laurence and hid behind him. "Stay away from me!"
"Whoa~ You've gotten tall," Laurence mumbled and looked up at Vlad. Vlad frowned and looked at Laurence.
"Do I know you?" He asked and moved back from him a little.
"My names Laurence. I'm the super cool guy that lives a few countries over from you. This is my castle. That's my bed. Those are my friends. You're my friend. That's my ceiling. Those are my walls." Vlad frowned a little and looked around before he looked at Laurence and laid his ears back. Richard sighed then.
"Vlad... I did what was best for everyone.... I'm going to take care of you," he told Vlad. "We're siblings, not enemies."
"You can trust us," I told him and placed my sister on my hip. Vlad looked us over before he puffed out his cheeks.
"Mom told me not to trust you... and then you killed her," he muttered. "You forced me to drink your blood too." Richard smirked.
"Well, you're staying here whether you like it or not, so you're going to have to get over it," he told Vlad before he walked up and kissed me. Vlad's ear twitched as he watched us. Richard looked down at Rose then purred, grabbing her hand and gave it a kiss. "Hey cutie~ You're such a sweet little princess. I'm going to spoil you." She giggled and eyed us over. I gave Richard another kiss and made it passionate. He moaned against my lips then moved his arms around my waist, pulling me up against him as he kissed me back eagerly. He pulled back suddenly then looked at Rose before he kissed her forehead. He looked at me and gave me a playful look, exposing his fangs at me and leaned in and gave my neck a kiss, scraping his fangs against my skin. I gasped and yanked away from him before I rubbed Rose's head.
"Not in front of my baby sister," I warned. He watched me then nodded.
"Yes, not in front of her," he whispered then gave her a grin. "Hey sweetie~ Come back to my arms," he said and stole her from me, tossing her up into the air then caught her before he started to tickle her as he held her close. I watched as Rose giggled.
"Let's go see Victor, Val, Reuben, and Alex," I suggested. Richard paused then looked at me before he nodded.
"Let's go talk to them," he said then looked at Rose. "Alright sweetie, we're going to go meet some new people. Want to be in your big brother's arms?" He asked her sweetly. She nodded and looked towards me before holding out her hands. I blushed and stole her back from Richard.
"You too, Vlad. I want you to meet them too." Vlad frowned at me as I told him that then shook his head.
"No, I don't want to meet the other rebel-"
"Vlad, if you come with us, we'll give you some blood in a glass," Richard purred, catching Vlad's attention quickly who snuck over slowly. "There we go. Look, we're not going to hurt you. We're the good guys. You remember our childhood," he said and smiled at his brother, rubbing his brother's head. "I do love you, brother."
"I love you too," I purred out quickly. Vlad looked between the two of us before he flicked his ears and then lowered them. He blushed a little then rubbed his cheek.
"F-fine, I'll come with you... but only for food," he said.
"You'll warm up to us," I promised. He frowned then went for my sister but Richard stopped him.
"Vlad, we want Rose in his arms so that way our friends are more forgiving. If they see her in his arms, they'll be happier," Richard told him then purred, kissing the top of his head. Vlad widened his eyes then smacked Richard away quickly.
"You should carry your little brother," I teased Richard.
"He's not that little," Richard huffed out, looking him over. "I guess I could give him a piggyback ride. Hey, Vlad, get on my back," he said and turned around, kneeling down for Vlad. Vlad widened his eyes then bit back a smile before he got onto Richard's back and wrapped his arms around his neck. Richard grabbed his legs and held onto them, helping him stay on his back as he stood up then turned around to face me. "There~ now I have a sibling to show off. Laurence, what do you think? Think we won't get killed?"
"No way," Laurence said and chuckled. "You're too adorable." Richard grinned then.
"Laurence, you should carry Mayloi- wait, where is he?" He frowned and glanced towards the bed. I saw Mayloi on the top of headboard, running around on it before he finally leapt out over the bed, moving his wings as he tried to fly but hit the bed with an oomph. He sat up on his hindlegs then growled, sneezing. "He's been wanting to master flying," Laurence grumbled out before snatching him up into his hands. Mayloi purred at Laurence's touch and looked up at him innocently before he glowed a little. He shifted into a small toddler then wrapped his arms around Laurence, giggling. I saw Richard's eyes widen at the sight, taking in his brilliant red hair and his gold eyes. Laurence gasped and looked down at his baby dragon's human form. "THOMAS!" He yelled. The door opened after a few seconds, and Thomas came rushing in.
"What is it, young master?!" He asked, sounding worried. He froze up as he looked towards him then looked towards Mayloi in his arms.
"Mayloi transformed for his first time. What do I do?" Laurence asked. Thomas laughed and walked over.
"Is that all? Young master, you've held Baleen before. Hold him like I taught you to hold my son when he was a baby. We should dress him though," he said and looked Mayloi over. "We don't know how long he'll stay like that." Mayloi purred and nuzzled his head against Laurence, giggling. "I have some old clothes from Baleen when he was that age if you'd like me to fetch them."
"That would do. Here, take him and get him dressed." Laurence handed Mayloi over quickly. Thomas took him and frowned.
"He's your baby, young master. You should bond with him. I think you should dress him..." he suggested, watching Laurence. "He'll identify you as his primary caretaker if you do little things like that for him. He probably already does, but I don't think you want it to shift to me if I take care of him more. He only transformed in your arms. He's never done this for me."
"I know... I just... I never dressed anyone before." He frowned and looked Mayloi over.
"I could teach you," Thomas suggested. "It's not that hard to dress someone. I dress you all the time."
"F-fine. Until he's older to know better." Laurence reached out for Mayloi again. Thomas nodded and gently passed Mayloi back, laughing when Mayloi immediately started purring once he was back to Laurence.
"I'll be right back," Thomas promised, giving a small bow before he walked out of the room to go get clothes. Mayloi giggled and wrapped his small arms around Laurence again, purring. Laurence eyed Mayloi over before sitting him down on his bed. His little dragon looked the bed over before he fell over and nuzzled his head against the bed, giving a soft moan then giggled. Thomas came back in shortly, carrying an outfit that looked small enough to fit Mayloi, and he brought it over to Laurence. He sat it down on the bed and looked Mayloi over before he pulled him over to the two of them. He smirked and grabbed a cloth, putting it on Mayloi and pinned it as he wrapped it around Mayloi's privates. "There, that was the hard part," he told Laurence. "This is easy to take off but a little harder to put on, and if he goes to the bathroom, we'll be able to clean this easier," he whispered then grabbed the pants off the pile of clothes then held them out to Laurence. "Unbutton them then slid them up his legs. Once you have the waist part up over the cloth, I put on him, button the pants onto him." Laurence looked confused before eyeing down the pants.
"Thomas," he whined. Thomas chuckled then unbuttoned the pants for him.
"That's how you unbutton them," he told him then guided Laurence's hands towards Mayloi's legs. Mayloi looked at them then whined, kicking at the pants as Thomas helped Laurence. He started to cry, his golden eyes watering up. "Mayloi, behave," Thomas scolded then managed to get the pants on Mayloi, helping Laurence button them. He grabbed the shirt then and held it out to Laurence. "Slip it over his head and get his arms through the sleeves. Laurence eyed over the shirt before doing as he was told. Mayloi looked the shirt over, quieting down when it was on him then touched it before he giggled and tugged at it. He fell forward then, slipping off the bed. Thomas widened his eyes and caught him before he sighed. "Laurence, you're going to have to be careful. If he falls, he could get really hurt in this form. His dragon form can take it and be okay because he knows how to land, but toddlers don't know how, and he's never been human." Laurence nodded before taking Mayloi and started for the door.
"Get the door." Thomas nodded and opened the door for him.
"Yes, young master. Your friends should be in the dining room. It's almost dinner time," Thomas informed him. "I'll have two new places set... and I'll see about getting silverware set out for Mayloi. I doubt you want him eating with just his face, yes?"
"I'll feed him personally until he gets the hang of it," Laurence suggested. Thomas widened his eyes slightly.
"You could," he said then grinned. My young master is so sweet. I thought he was going to have me feed him. He's really stepping up to take care of Mayloi. I wonder how this will change Laurence. A child is a big thing. Richard purred and left the room with Vlad, taking him to the dining room quickly. Thomas started to help Laurence down the hallway, laughing a little as he watched him and Mayloi. I followed them with Rosetta and smiled. Thomas really likes his young master. Thomas helped us into the dining room then looked towards a nearby maid. "Get two new place settings, and Mayloi's dinner needs silverware," he instructed. The maid nodded and set out two more plates of food before she got a spoon, fork, and knife off the cart of food she had in here, setting it out by Mayloi's usual place. Thomas took Mayloi away from Laurence then got Mayloi in his seat before he pulled Laurence's seat back for him to sit. I saw Laurence's baby dragon giggle before he grabbed the bowl in front of him and leaned his face into the bowl to eat. Richard laughed then sat Vlad down in front of a new place setting then sat down in his usual spot and looked towards me. I placed Rose in her seat at the table before sitting down. Laurence frowned and took the bowl from Mayloi before taking his seat.
Mayloi let out a cry as the bowl was taken from him before he looked at Laurence then at the bowl, reaching for it as he made grabbing motions with his hands. Laurence grabbed a spoon before spoon feeding Mayloi. Mayloi looked at the spoon in surprise then sniffed at it and giggled, eating it off the spoon and chewed it up. He looked back towards Laurence and relaxed, giving a purr as he patted the table with his little hand. Laurence purred in amusement and focused on feeding Mayloi. Mayloi giggled and started to catch on easily, getting expectant of his food and opening his mouth for it. Richard laughed a little and took a sip of his blood as he watched them then chuckled as Mayloi looked at the spoon curiously before his eyes focused in on it and he reached for it. Laurence sat the spoon down in the food and pushed the bowl to Mayloi to see what he would do. Mayloi looked it all over before he stole the spoon out of the bowl and rubbed his cheek against it with a purr like it was treasure to him. Laurence laughed before leaning over and took the spoon then gave him another spoon full to eat. Mayloi giggled and ate it before he looked at the spoon then at the bowl then at the spoon. Laurence smirked and gave him another bite before sitting the spoon down and picked up the glass of milk and pushed it up against Mayloi's lips. Mayloi licked at the milk inside then started to swallow it, getting the hang of it before he took the glass himself and shakily held it up as he started chug it. Laurence kept his hand right under the glass to help Mayloi hold it up and gave a soft smile. After a few minutes, Mayloi had drained the glass and was licking the inside of the cup with a whine. He went to stick his head into it then growled when he realized his head was too big. Laurence smirked then sat the cup down and fed spooned Mayloi another bite. He giggled as he ate it off the spoon then went for the bowl, reaching for it as he purred. Laurence took the bowl away and frowned.
"Use your spoon," Laurence groaned out. Mayloi looked towards him and giggled before he patted the table then looked at his hands in amazement before he smacked the tabletop lightly, watching his hands. Laurence smirked as he watched him. Looking back to Laurence, Mayloi purred then patted the table again, showing Laurence with a squeal of delight like he was pleased he could make a noise on the table. He ended up accidentally hitting a spoon- Reuben's spoon- and sent it flying, hitting Val in the chest. Val yelped and looked towards her chest before at Mayloi and tsked. Laurence grabbed Mayloi quickly and placed him in his lap then gave him another spoon full to eat. He ate it and looked around curiously before he looked up at Laurence then nuzzled against him, leaning his face against him with a sweet smile. I saw Thomas laugh a little, watching the two. Laurence sat Mayloi on his knee then and started to bounce him on it.
"So.." I started and trailed off. "The war is over."
"The war?" Victor asked and frowned at me sharply. "What do you mean the war is over? We have two more battles to fight before it's over!"
"They did it without us," Dante told him and leaned back in his seat, crossing his arms. Narrowing his eyes, Victor glared at me and Richard before he exposed his fangs.
"You did it without us?" He snarled. "What the devil is wrong with you two?! You were supposed to do it with us fighting beside you!"
"We brought home adorable siblings," I said innocently. Victor glanced to the new ones at the table then frowned as he looked Vlad over before he looked towards Rose. His eyes widened at the sight of my sister, and I saw his eyes softening as he watched her.
"That's your sister?" He asked me.
"Yeah. Isn't she just adorable?" I asked him and purred. I patted the top of her head before purring. "She's going to be my little sister forever. I'll spoil her and give her all the dolls she could ever want." Victor purred then nodded.
"Well, if you saved them, it was worth it," he said then smiled, watching her with a curious look. "What's her name?" Mayloi looked towards Rose then and sniffed the air before he snatched Laurence's spoon and started to rub it against his cheek.
"Her name is Rosetta," Paris purred out. "But I think we should call her Rose." Victor nodded.
"Rose," he tried out on his lips then purred. "I like it." Dante laughed then.
"Suckered in by a little girl," he grumbled under his breath, watching Victor.
"Well… Now I'll work overtime to get the ball ready," Val sighed out and gave a satisfied smile. Rose eyed down Victor before giggling and kicked her feet up under the table. Laughing, Victor eyed her down then leaned over the table a little.
"I'm going to spoil you~ You're such a cute little girl. You're the youngest princess at this table," he told her and smirked.
"I'm a princess?" Rose asked. I laughed and wrapped her up in my arms and kissed the top of her head.
"Yes sweetie!"
"Of course, you're a princess," Richard told her then leaned over and kissed her head. "You're my princess~"
"Mine too," I told her in her ear. I let her go and purred. I love her so much. She's so cute. Richard snatched her up from me then and hugged her, showering her face in kisses. Dante rolled his eyes a little but smirked before he picked up his glass and took a sip of it. Mayloi gnawed on the spoon before he dropped it then grabbed Laurence's shirt, curling his fingers around it then tugged on it. He struggled to move his body, trying to face Laurence with a whine. Laurence smirked and moved him to facing him then kissed his face. Mayloi giggled and looked up at Laurence before he reached up for his face, purring happily. Daddy~! Laurence laughed before looking us over. Mayloi suddenly managed to get ahold of him and attempted to pull Laurence to him, squirming to get up to Laurence's face. Laurence leaned down and kissed Mayloi on his cheek before he started to tickle his sides. Mayloi giggled and let go quickly before he started to fall backwards, pushing at Laurence's hands while he gave a playful growl. Laurence placed him back into bouncing him on his knee. Thomas walked up then and knelt beside Laurence's seat.
"Would you like me to take him yet... or are you okay?" He asked Laurence softly, watching them.
"I'm fine. He doesn't look too upset at me," Laurence purred out. Thomas nodded and smiled.
"He's going to adore you so much when he's older. He'll always protect you," he mumbled and watched Mayloi give a small squeal as he was being bounced. He clapped his hands then looked at his hands before he started to gnaw on one. Laurence grabbed his hands quickly and tsked. He looked back to Laurence and stopped, watching him before he giggled and reached for him with grabbing motions. Laurence purred before picking up Mayloi and walked off with him. Thomas got up quickly and watched him. "Young master?" He asked with a frown.
"I'm going outside," Laurence explained. Thomas nodded.
"Yes, of course, young master," he said and smiled. "If he turns back into a dragon anytime soon, I'll have those clothes put in your closet for him later." Laurence ditched us then, shutting the door. Richard looked towards the door then smirked, looking down at Rose before he started to tickle her. Vlad glared them down in jealousy before he grabbed his glass of blood and dumped it on Richard's head, getting to his feet. Gasping, my mate looked towards him then went to grab him but earned a hiss from Vlad as he started to walk away, laying his ears back.
"Kitty!" Rose yelled out and chased after Vlad quickly and tackled him to the floor. Vlad widened his eyes then looked towards Rose before he purred and hugged her. Rose giggled and started to rub Vlad's ears. Vlad let out a soft moan and melted under her, flicking his ears in delight. Frowning, Richard eyed them over and licked the blood off his lips as it dripped down to them. Rose sat up and gave a small smile towards Vlad before crawling off him and got to her feet. Vlad watched her then smirked before he snatched her up off the ground, running towards the door with her. Richard got up quickly and went for them.
"HEY! YOU CAN'T RUN OFF LIKE THAT!" He shouted. I frowned and got to my feet.
"You better not get my little sister hurt!" I warned him. Vlad kicked the door open and laughed, taking off running out quickly. Richard sighed then stopped me.
"He's not going to hurt her. He might warm up to us if we let him spend time with her," he whispered. "Let's enjoy dinner. We can find her afterwards." Victor watched us before he frowned and got to his feet.
"I think I'm going to go for a walk. It's a nice night out," he said then looked towards Dante. "Dante... want to come with?" He asked and smirked.
"No, I'm staying with Reuben," Dante hummed out and leaned over, kissing Reuben's cheek.
"Don't go spying on my pretty sister," I told Victor. He looked at me and laughed.
"No~! If I was going to spy on anyone, it would be Laurence," he purred. "No, I'm going to go for a walk- maybe go to the next town and get a human to feed from." He stretched and started for the door.
"Try not to kill too many," Val hissed.
"Oh~ maybe I'll kill a girl," he purred, glancing back at Val before he walked out of the room, leaving us to eat.
