Alright.
Chen Jingyun wasn't aware but now she is.
If she was going to live with these three handsome boys, she would have to get used to seeing them shirtless. She couldn't be caught blushing nor sneaking glances. She wouldn't want them to get the wrong idea.
One peek. Two peek. Three... she might get a nosebleed.
After playing outside, they were sweaty and gross. So, they came back to the dorms to wash up before hitting the streets. This resulted in a display festival to which Chen Jingyun had to cover her eyes from or else... she might have seen too much.
Sneaking away to the bathroom, Chen Jingyun was finally in a safe zone. There she washed up and dressed up. She opted for a dress shirt and a baby blue oversized sweater combo. Looking youthful and scholarly.
"You dress like your face. Cute." Su Long commented when he saw her. "But if you want to get girls, you should dress like me. Hot!" He turned to admire himself in the standing mirror.
Indeed, he looked hot. His style reminded her of k-pop idols doing dark sexy themes. He might as well go to the nightclub now and pop some moves.
"Or you can be like me." Luo Shao stood up from his bed and posed for an invisible camera. His style was much more lowkey than Su Long's seductive nightclub aura.
Luo Shao just looked boyish and casual. He sported that famous layering of hoddie and a jean jacket. And the expensive pair of white chunks of street shoes.
"Or you guys can be like me." Chen Jingyun counter-offered with a smirk and walked past them to get her bag.
And there he was. The one who hasn't uttered a word while he sat comfortably in his seat using his phone, looking handsome in a different way.
He wore a simple white shirt and a brown wool cardigan. Anyone else would look quite cute and soft, but Li Minghao... he was something else. He looked suave with an aura of aloofness, and somehow there was a hint of sexiness... Maybe it was the way his body fitted into the shirt, subtly outlining his figure.
"It seems like Qin Yun prefers my style." Li Minghao caught her staring and smiles proudly.
In Chen Jingyun's eyes, he was just growing more confident and arrogant than before. Or perhaps the word should be friendlier?
"In order to pull this off, you only need to be handsome." He shrugged like it was not much.
"Yo, I'm handsome, what are you talking about?" She waves him off and gets her bag.
Out on the streets, they were a unique sight to see. Four differently styled boys, charming in different ways, caught the attention of many females driving or walking by. Such eye candy couldn't be passed up.
As they walked, Luo Shao took up the job of being a guide and talked about nearby places. All the restaurants they frequented and fun spots to hang out.
After a few hundred meters, Chen Jingyun caught sight of the sister boarding school. It was structured similarly to their school, but instead of a flow of male students coming in and out of the gates, there were girls.
As they moved closer and closer to the gates, many girls were glancing at them. Even though there were many other male groups walking around too, they were the most striking group due to their charming appearance. Due to this, they caught all the attention.
"Who's the one beside the short boy? He's hot!"
"That's Li Minghao, the one I told you about!"
"Really? He is even more handsome than I thought..."
"I wonder what is his WeChat..."
"Don't even think about it, he is the type we may only look from afar..."
"Don't you remember what happened to Sister Feng?"
Hearing all of this made Chen Jingyun's ear twitch, but she still made a point to tease Li Minghao.
"Who's this Sister Feng they're talking about?"
"Just a girl." He only shrugged.
"Must be a pretty girl."
"You could say so."
Li Minghao was not the only topic of interest amongst these girls. Su Long was brought up often and he even got waved at, and Luo Shao was occasionally mentioned. As for her... She was regarded as a little brother and didn't get much attention.
Just when they were right in front of the gates passing by, Luo Shao nudged Su Long who was the one beside him.
"Who's the girl with long hair? The one in the center of that group." Su Long nodded towards the gate.
Seeing that it was yet another conversation about girls, Chen Jingyun didn't bother to look. But when she heard that name...
"Oh, that's Yu Xueyan. She is quite popular. She is a junior this year."
Chen Jingyun reacted quickly and looked for that girl who lived in her mind in her darkest days.
