First we will ask you about different abilities and you will be able to select the ones that are your favorite. Then we will move on to races you like and dont like. Finally we will ask you questions about how you view things in everyday life.
"Very well we will no begin, Please look at the screen and answer if you like or do not like that ability. You can ask for clarification of an ability if you are not sure what it is. You will get that at the end of each section and then can choose if you like or dislike it then." The voice said again.
The screen went black a moment and then text started showing up in front of me.
"I like flying." I said but nothing happened.
I walked up to the word flying and an option appeared like, dislike or need clarification. I selected Like and the word went away. Next was shapeshifting, Like. Drinking blood, Dislike. Magic, need clarification. Hypnosis, Like. Death, Dislike. Strong, Like. Smart, Like. Speed, Need clarification. Control, Like. Family, Like. Groups, Like. and the list went on and on. Quite a few didnt seem like abilities to me but I answered them anyways.
"Abilites have all been answered. Now we will move on to the 5 races in this game. Please tell use your opinion of each race. You may speak your answers or type them up." The voice said.
Text appeared on each screen and one appeared above my head on the ceiling. It read:
In front of me was Vampire.
Vampire: Blood drinker, can hypnotize, two types, nobility and commoner. Nobility can walk in the sunlight and can command obedience from commoners, prefers human prey but rarely kills. Keeps slaves for food. Commoner weakens during the day but can go out in the shade, prefers animal prey, very strong and fast and can shift to another form based on bloodline. A vampires natural enemy is the werewolf.
"I hate vampires as they creep me out. The way humans can be prey makes me shudder. They are very powerful and strong but the lack of sunlight ability is annoying. Although if a nobility vampire can go out in the day that might be pretty cool." I said as I looked at the text.
To my left was Werewolf.
Werewolf: turns into a wolf, swift and bite is toxic to vampires, two types pureblood and mutts. Purebloods were born as werewolves, don't have to shift during the full moon, can command mutts and prefer to be around humans. Mutts are people who were either cursed or turned, forced to shift during the full moon and new moon. Live in packs and fear the purebloods control. A werewolfs natural enemy is the vampire.
"I love werewolves, they are swift and I love wolves. They have a family in their pack which can be both good and bad. Purebloods would be my dream as I would like to be able to shift at will versus being cursed for doing something in the past." I said excitedly as I faced the text.
To my right was Fay.
Fay: a small being, human in form, playful and having magical powers. faerie, faery, fairy, sprite. spiritual being, supernatural being an incorporeal being believed to have powers to affect the course of human events. elf, gremlin, imp, pixie, pixy, hob, brownie are somewhat mischievous. A Fay's natural enemy is the magicborn.
"To be able to be unseen from humans woild be annoying as I would want to interact with all of the races, although being able to mess with humans would be hilarious and would keep things interesting in the game." I said facing the text.
Behind me was Magicborn.
Magicborn: a human like person with magic like abilities. Can cast elemental magic, Fire, Earth, Water and Wind. Have been called witches and wizards over time. Can form contracts with powerful beings to increase ones power but at a terrible cost. They are always born and can easily see Fay. The Magicborn natural enemy is the Fay.
"I like the idea of being a witch and having the ability to control the elements but I would want to be strong andto have to contract out with someone at a price seems like selling my soul to the devil. That is not for me." I said flatly while rereading the description.
Above me on the ceiling was Terran.
Terran: Human: The standard race, average in abilities, has an affinity with Luck and can choose to be good or evil with their luck. They are definitely a jack of all trades and tend to multiply quickly. Also have the ability to see the future so can be deadly when confronted. The other races are weary of them as they are many and their luck and seeing into the future can do deadly things to the other races. Has no natural enemy but is hated by all the other races for one reason or the other.
"I would hate to be Terran as I am already a human in real life. It is a safe choice but lacks vision. Yes the ability with luck and seeing the future would be cool and gives them a chance to really kick butt but its still not for me." I said although I didnt quite believe I would turn it down.
"Very well done, The races part of this is over. Now I will move on to the final part of this questioning. Please answer the questions for me and explain your answers to the questions. Are you ready?" Said the game voice.
"I am ready." I said with convidence.
"First question out of all of the abilities which 5 did you like the most? All the abilites that you liked are right here to help you pick which ones." The game voice said.
"I liked Flying, shapeshifting, wolf, speed and strength." I replied.
"Second question, Which of the abilities did you hate the most? Please choose 3 of them. All the abilities that you disliked are right here on the the screen to help you pick which ones."
I disliked Blood drinking, forced transformations, and Death." I replied.
"Third question, If you could choose two races to pick from which would they be?"
"I would choose Werewolf and oddly enough Vampire even though I dont like them much." I replied again.
"Fourth question, What race would you hate to be if you could choose? Please pick two."
"I would hate to be Fay and strangely enough Vampire." I said.
"Fifth question, Why would you want to be vampire but yet not want to be vampire.?"
"Well to simply put it, I think vampires are creepy and the thought of having to be one and drink blood makes me shudder. I would rather starve. That is why I wouldnt want to be one. On the other hand the abilities of a vampire are very cool and if I could be a noble one and not have to give up the sun I would love to be one. I prefer werewolves though." I replied with feeling.
"Sixth question, If you could have a servant what race would you want them to be one of your least favorite races, one of the races you didnt mention, or one of your favorite races?"
"I would prefer on of my least favorite races." I said.
"Seventh question, Please explain your reasoning for the sixth question."
"Well I dont like the race so I wouldnt feel bad for having a servant of that race having to obey me and they would obey me or I would punish them into obedience."
"Eighth question, Please explain the reasoning for your chosen in game name."
"Well I went with the name Lilth as in history that was the first ever female ever made and this is my first avatar that I got to make. She was made to be with a man but was basically a powerful demon. So I thought in a world surrounded by the supernatural it would be a bold statement for others when they join the game that I am Lilth and to not mess with me." I replied
"Ninth question, Would you prefer to have a servant male or female or does the gender not matter to you?"
"The gender is not what matters to me. The abilities of the said servant would matter to me. I wouldn't want a weak servant."
"Tenth Question, What do you hope to do while in the game?"
"I want to have adventures. Be able to be more then what I can be in real life. I want my game to be an escape from reality. I want to get so immensed in the game that I forget I am in a game and can truly live, do quests and use my abilities to the best of my ability." I answered with passion.
"You have now finished up the questions. Welcome to Written in Blood RPG!" Please look around in the room and select the setting you would like to start in. All areas have a starter area for you to begin in."
*** Your partner would like to take a break please reply back to them***
I replied give me a minute to pick my setting. He replied I chose the city on the river setting.
I looked at my options, a majectic but evil looking forest on my left. On my right was a small village near a lake. In front of me was the city with a river. I turned around and it was what looked like a village surrounded but farms. Looking up I saw what looked like a workshop with herbs around. I thought about it a sec and while the wood callled me I didnt feel like being in the evil setting so I choose the city on the river setting.
The world went black and I found myself on the street in front of a tavern and inn.
*** Your partner is still waiting***
I walked over to the palm scanner and put my hand in it thus logging me out of the game and raising the sheets. I walked over to the door and opened it. Damien was standing right outside his room.
