Rainbow got out of bed the next morning and continued to pack up her stuff. She sighed, she couldn't stop thinking about Dimond, quietly hoping that she would be alright and maybe still her friend?
The door to the dorm opened revealing Barry holding open the door for Dimond who was all bandaged up. She was walking though so that was good... Rainbow ran over to her and attempted to hug her.
"Dimond! Are you okay? I've been so worried about you! I thought that maybe you'd not be able to walk ever again or..." Rainbow rambled still checking Dimond and attempting to hug her again. Dimond pushed her off.
"Get off me Rainbow." She forewarned, in a bad mood still. Rainbow frowned at her harsh words. Dimond looked around checking that there wasn't any other girls in the dorm. "I'm always trying to cover for you RB, I always take the fall for everything you do! I even have to go to this school for you! I'm sick of being your scapegoat and your sidekick! So leave me alone and go mess up someone else's life!" She shouted and stormed into the bathroom to continue packing.
Rainbow frowned again and looked up at Barry, who was still at the door. "Do you feel the same way?" She asked weakly. Scared of what he might answer.
He turned to her. After a long pause he simply said "The bus is coming soon, you better hurry up." He turned away and went to his own dorm to pack.
Rainbow's eyes pricked with tears. She'd ruined Dimond's life?
