Chapter 1 - Morning - Rainbow

Rainbow was sitting on the bed observing the ongoing gossiping between her friends. She hated to gossip but somehow always ended up knowing everything about everyone. All the girls laughed.

"And! And! I heard that Dimond Aimes is dating Bradly Goodman!" A girl squealed excitedly. She jumped up and down at the blank faces she received.

"Well she is Dimond... what a slut!" One of the girls shrugged.

"I hope his wallet is as big as his ego!" Another girl interrupted. They all laughed again.

Rainbow sighed and shook her head. That seemed to be all they ever talked about. One of the girls strutted over to Rainbow confidently, her long brown hair swishing from side to side. She was wearing quite a revealing outfit, all of them were.

"Hey RB! What's up?" She asked, her hazel eyes shimmering as she smiled.

"Not much. Do you know where Dimond is?" She replied as a smile crept onto her face. The girl sat on the bed next to Rainbow.

"Nope, how should I know where your cousin is?" She huffed looking at her nails. "She's probably with her new boyfriend anyway!"

Rainbow smiled at her jealousy. "You'll get a boyfriend soon, Linds, I know it." She reassured. Then the three girls in the corner bust into laughter again causing Rainbow to roll her eyes.

"I hope so, I just don't know how long I can keep following Barry around like this!" Linda sighed. Rainbow looked away, she knew that pain all too well...
