I felt paralyzed as my eye twitched.
"I see you remember me. Yet, you haven't told anyone? Strange. Don't yell. Don't freak out. Or else, Quinn dies." She spoke so firmly. I could see exactly how evil she was with her smug grin.
She took out her phone and had a picture of Quinn. They we're laying on the ground covered in blood. With ropes everywhere. Passed out.
"With just a click of this button." She held up a little red button. "He will explode into a million tiny pieces." She laughed.
"Let go of them. Quinn has nothing to do with this." I exclaimed.
"Then come with me. If you do not cooperate, Quinn will die and I will rip you're tongue off. Got it?"
I hesitated. I didn't know what to say. But I knew I couldn't let Quinn die.
"Got it?" She repeated in a harsh voice. "Y-yes." I finally answered in a shaky voice. I didn't know what would happen. I was so scared.
She signaled for me to leave the room before her. I quickly walked out with her just behind me.
"Kai. Where are you going?" Malcolm asked as he stood in front of me. He didn't even look at me. He just looked directly into Ms. Bailey's eyes. I could see that he didn't like her.
"I'm uh... I have to go..." I said nervously.
He looked down at me and could see the fear in my eyes. I looked away from him though. "Alright. You may go then." He surprisingly let me go.
I walked away with Ms. Bailey still following behind.
Once we got in the car she pulled out some hand cuffs. "Put these on." She demanded.
"O-okay." I agreed. I put them on but she made sure to tighten them making them uncomfortable to wear.
"W-where are we g-going?" I asked.
"It doesn't matter. Now stop talking." She replied.
I was so nervous as I looked down at my hands.
After about forty minutes we arrived. It was an old house. It had no neighbors for miles.
We got out and she hung onto the handcuffs so that I couldn't run.
We walked inside and into a dark room. She tied me to a chair and left. Before she left she said something to me. "Don't move ya little bitch!"
I focused on the thought of Quinn. Where could they be?
I tugged on the rope for it to cut loose. It didn't work so I looked around the room. Then I decided to close my eyes and focus the energy on it. They moved and tightened until finally they broke.
Now I had to look for Quinn.
I stood up and tried to open the door but it was locked. So I did the same thing to the lock as I did with the ropes. Again it worked. But my powers were weakened and so was I. I was loosing so much energy. It felt like I hardly spent a minute on it but in reality it took me twenty minutes.
I slowly opened the door and saw that no one was there.
I looked around and went up the dusty old stairs. I opened the door to an unlocked room. When I did I saw Ms. Bailey with a few other people. Crap! I thought.
When I tried to close the door in hopes of them not seeing me, one of them did. "It's that little rat!" One of them called out.
I was terrified. My veins were starting to burn already. The green ora appeared and my eyes glowed. "Get him!" They shouted.
