Before she could complete her sentence he came closed and placed a finger on her lips.
"Quiet, be good and listen to me. The job that I'm offering to you is easy compared to your previous one. Plus, your past work was teaching you how to assassination one or how to steal. Morally, all these skills are unnecessary to you. You are not a killer. Whereupon, If you work in the main office, you will learn about business or many things. You will live in light instead of surviving underground. Most importantly, your body needs a good rest. There are still some injuries which are yet to heal. Do you understand Little Hella what I'm trying to say" He described in a low voice.
Even though, He put every good and bad point in front of her. Still he didn't mention the main reason why he is shifting her 'to keep her close to him and keep her safe'. He was not sure how she would react if he told the truth to her. It was not the right time to demonstrate his care. Well it was obvious that she would find it strange. After all, it was their second meeting and sudden change of his behavior would make her variable towards him. Who knew if she tried to run away from him. He could not take a risk.
Talking about Zoe, Her body grew numb and her eyes were wide open, staring at the dreamy figure front of her. The sensation of his touch was enough to make her mind go blank and the sweet fragrance which was coming from him was intoxicating.
"Do you understand?" He repeated sweetly.
There was no way for Zoe to refuse the temptation of this beautiful devil. So she simply nodded.
"Good." He grinned then moved his face close to her and kissed her on the forehead.
After giving her a light peck, he departed from there.
Zoe looked at the door from where his figure was heading off. As he vanished from there, She slowly raised her hand then touched her forehead. The corner of her lip uplifted and cheeks turned pink. 'That guy! He will kill me one day for sure.' She screamed in her mind.
Though she was complaining but her lips, they couldn't stop smiling.

Meanwhile, Bella and Peter.
Outside of the room, Peter was leaning on the wall. He was still in daze. He was shocked by Noah's behavior. That girl, She was too suspicious yet his actions towards her were too mellow. Noah should have taken her to the dark place and investigated her. This matter was grave, she could be an enemy or she could become a great pawn for him. There were two possibilities, she could be advantageous or harmful.
When He tried to evaluate her through her way of speaking and the expressions, Noah threw him out from the room.
The problem was not that Naoh scolded him. It was totally normal. The issue was his gaze, he was holding so much heed and care towards her.
He even dared to think that she could be his mate. They only had fondness for their mate. However, that case was not possible because she was human.
Then, what could be the reason for his sudden tenderness?
Peter's thought dissolved as his consciousness sensed the rate of shiverness of the girl who was standing next to him.
He tossed a glance on Bella then moved his eyes and looked straight to the window. "You are scared of him."
"No." Bella denied it. Even though her whole body was still trembling like a jelly and her palms were wet by sweat over and over again.
It was white lie. Still he knew she could not accept it openly after all Naoh was their boss. However she was his junior he could help her to calm down a little. It would not cause trouble. "He didn't take any steps against you if you didn't give him a proper reason."
"I'm not afraid of him. It's just..my body reacted automatically. I can't help it." she mumbled.
Although, she pronounced everything as low as it was hard to reach one's ear. Sadly his hearing ability was outstanding. Every word that she uttered arrived in his ear in the first class quality.
"How tamid" He taunted.
Bella raised her head and stared at him. He was looking at the window. He was mocking her. However she didn't understand how to respond to him. She could not scold him or say anything improper because he was her senior. Thus, she gulped up bitter drink and suppressed the insult inside of her.
They both were silent until Noah appeared.
He looked at Bella then ordered."Go inside. Help her."
Bella nodded and straightforwardly entered the room of Zoe.
As she vanished from there, Noah headed further without even looking at Peter.
His cold demeanor didn't affect him much. He also moved his body and walked after him silently.
