Chapter 6 - The Vision

"Awake daughter" her mother said in Lindsays dream "It's time for you to know the truth"

"What's going on?" Lindsay said looking towards her surroundings at what seemed to be a galaxy behind her mothers figure.

"Mom? Is that you? Mom!" she began shouting "I thought you died on the fire"

"I need you to listen to me and listen carefully I don't have much time" Lindsay nodded in accordance.

"This will begin with a story, It will not be a long one but enough for you to understand..

"Some time ago there was a king named kalibris and a queen named tenebrae. Being from different backgrounds representing light and darkness many elders (those designed by the world to protect it from supernaturals) disagreed on their choice to have a child.

They tried to stop it oftentimes because of the prophesy by an elder which once said that the first born child of every generation was to inherit the powers of the earth, the moon spirits and most importantly darkness.

What they didn't know was that this child also had the power to get rid of the darkness in others by getting rid of the darkess in themselves..

Many firstborns through the generations fought to get rid of their hatred and greed, but once they saw what they had missed they did undesirable things to people they disliked.

The Elders had no power to stop them.. so they had decided to go through the valleys of hell for answers. Not knowing that by doing so they had released hell onto the world."

"Why are you telling me this mom?" Lindsay replied not understanding

"I don't have much time b-b-bu-t fin- Geret-t" were her last words to Lindsay because Lindsay had woken up from her dream.

"Wake up lili, alpa wants see you" the little man repeat while jumping on her bed. Lindsay had awaken, thinking of what had happened on her dream.

"Hey little man" she said as he stopped jumping on the bed and stood "Have you heard of a man named Geret?"

"My mommy once told me of him" he said with his big dark green eyes.

"Is there anyway I can meet your mommy right now" she asked in fear I'd be too late by then.

"But alpa wants to see you" he replied with sad eyes "It's okay, he can wait" she said happily trying to boost his mood.

"Okay!" he replied "Follow me"

A few seconds later, they had arrived to what seemed like another house connected to the mansion.

"Wow, this is beautiful" she said while staring at the the high ceilings with designs from ancient times. "How old is this place?" she asked outloud forgetting Aiden was with her.

"Old " he said, as she chuckled and followed him to his mothers' room.

"Mommy Mommy! I have a visitor!" he shouted "May I come in?" he asked politely

Lindsay had never heard of such a smart four year old that was not only police but this intelligent at his age, it almost surprised her sometimes.

"One second love, your brothers inside" Aiden's mother replied "But come on in, the more the merrier"

Lindsay not wanting to intrude, had decided to wait outside the door with Aiden till his brother had left the room.

Finally the door opened, to Lindsay's surprise Elios had came out and Aiden had ran under him to his mother.

"What are you doing here?" Lindsay asked abruptly.

"Visiting my mother?" he replied " I should be asking you the same question, did I not have you called by Aiden?"

Everything clicked. The green eyes! It all made sense now, the little man was related to the dark devil Elias she thought to herself

"Listen here you geezer" she snapped "You might be the ruler of the strongest pack in bloody America, but you will never and I say never have control over me. I shall go whenever I wan-" She stopped realizing his mother was to the side of the door.

"I'm so sorry ma'am" she replied fazed "Your son hes a wonderfu-" as she once again got interrupted with a welcoming hug from his mother.

"I have never seen anyone stand up to that giant buffon, you are welcome in the family child" she replied, smiling at Elias, as he walked giving her death eyes. "If eyes could kill yours wouldn't do a thing" she replied to his gesture.

"Would you like to go for tea?"

"Yes ma'am" Lindsay replied happily, knowing Elias' mother was nothing like him.

"Please call me Allison, that makes me feel old"

After the two had introduced themselves and sat for a cup of tea. Lindsay began to speak.

"My mother came to me in a dream and said it was important, while I surely don't mean to bother but I need to find a person named Geret"

"Geret?" Allison replied in shock "as in Elias' uncle Geret?"

"It is him" a voice inside Lindsay said which she had once trusted. "I believe so" she replied audibly, thinking of whose voice that could've been.

"..I'm sorry to hold bad news dear but he has been missing for some days now, he tends to do this often and comes back within months" Allison replied with a small point of sadness in her voice. "Mindlink doesn't apply to free wolfs, and he unfortunately refuses to be in a pack"

Lindsay sighed, what else could she possible do, it was her only way to find the truth. While a part of her refused to believe that was the truth..

"You're lying" Lindsay accused "He hasn't gone missing, he's here isn't he?"

Allison immediately stood up of surprise and sat back down with a devilish smile "How could you tell?" she replied

"I just knew" Lindsay replied with a straightforward face unable to read the woman who stood in front of her.

"We have been waiting for you, Phoenix "
