Azazel was sitting on a cliff overlooking a valley he watched as animals and humans move around in The Valley. At the time some thousand years ago he had been the only Demon King to awaken maybe due to his strength, but regardless he was alone. He would go back to that cliff side every so often as it was a relaxing spot. He heard something behind him as he turned there stood a girl she looked to be about 13 or 14. She just stared at him which confused Azazel until she spoke "I've never seen you here before." Azazel just turned around looking back over The Valley she continued to speak to him "Hey I'm talking to you weirdo you know it's rude to ignore someone." Azazel continued to ignore her "Hey acknowledge I'm talking to you jerk!" "And you need acknowledged when someone doesn't want to talk to you." The girl smiled "Oh so you do talk?" "All creatures do. You just need the intelligence to understand them." She shifted her weight while putting her hands on her hips. "Are you saying I'm not intelligent? I can speak isn't that proof of my intelligence?" Azazel sighed "No it's not if anything knowing when to be quiet is a better sign of intelligence." "Oh so now that's just rude." "No more then you calling me someone you don't know a jerk." She puffed her cheeks in annoyance soon someone called her "I got to go well see you around jerky boy." As she ran off an enraged Azazel spat back "don't you dare call me such a nickname human!" Azazel sat for a bit then left.
He retuned for days wanting to run into that girl who chatted with him it wasn't like he wanted to get mocked it was more he enjoyed the company. Unfortunately he would never see her, though one day as he sat a woman came to the spot. She was startled when she saw him. She looked no older then 19 and her eyes seemed to be red, for what reason Azazel didn't know. She stared at him for a bit before Azazel "What are you doing here girl?" She wiped her eyes then respond "I don't need to say anything to you." Azazel cliche his tongue and reply "You know it's rude to ignore a person ." She looked puzzled "I didn't ignore you?" "Oh so that not how that works I was pretty sure that's how it worked?" The woman started laughing, which angered Azazel "What's so funny human?" "Nothing I just needed a good laugh." He looked offended and she continued "You don't get to talk to people much do you?" He shock his head "No not really." She continued to giggle "Anyway thanks for the laugh." He turned back to looking at The Valley and replied "What ever human." She looked at him "Are you ok?" "I'm fine human I don't need you asking about my problems." She walked over and sat next to him she placed her legs pointing away from the edge and looked out in the same direction. Azazel looked over at her and she was quiet beautiful to look at. Her hair was pitch black a very rare thing in this world, her eyes were a pretty shade of aquamarine. Her outfit wasn't modest it was a beautiful color of blue and green with hints of yellow for detail and it was opened at the top Azazel realized he had been staring at her cleavage and averted his eyes blushing a bit. She saw this and started giggling "First time you've sat this close to woman before?" She said it very mischiefly and got closer so she could speak in his ear "Or maybe it's your first time seeing a woman's breasts like this?" He immediately jumped from that "What the hell is wrong with you human?" She giggled more "Sorry I thought I would tease you kid." He looked confused "Kid?" "Well ya you look like a kid so I guessed your probably younger then me." He became angry "I'm no kid in fact I'm most definitely older then you girl." She looked at him with a puzzled face "Really now?" He nodded she continued to laugh "Then prove it if you have the guts like a ma-" before she could finish she was placed on her back with her wrist being held down by Azazel. She looked at him and asked "So what will you do now jerky boy?" Azazel's eyes widened with him replying in an almost remembered voice "Don't you dare call me such a nickname human." Her eyes widened with hearing those words. To Azazel it was something incredible the girl he had wanted to see had not left she was still there now grown up he was happy to see her after so long. He removed himself from on top of her and proceeded to let her up. She looked at him "So wait your that boy I meet when I was younger?" He nodded and she smiled "I hadn't seen you in such a long time I never thought I would meet you again jerky boy." "Would you reframe from calling me that please human." "Sorry it's just we never shared each other's names the last time so I don't know what to call you?" He looked at her and replied "Well human I need you to remember this name and fear it my name is Azazel." She giggled a little "Well at least your name is weirder then Sif." "So your name is Sif?" She nodded "Yes in fact—" again she wouldn't finish as she saw the sun "Oh no I need to get back home." She got up and back the way she came she turned around. "How about we plan to meet up here tomorrow?" Azazel looked annoyed and nodded, she smiled and ran off. Azazel turned to look over The Valley again and smiled.
They continued to meet up and chat and over the next year their friendship grew into something more and lead to love forming between the two eventually forming in the moment they embraced each other's feelings. After that night Azazel would not see Sif for while not until a year later where he faced her on the battlefield.
Azazel sat in his cell fiddling with his earring. He gave a lite chuckle "I broke your heart and hurt you so, but yet here I still sit wearing your gift. the only gift you gave me, and yet even after I hurt you so I couldn't part with this gift and I regret that you never got to see our child grow up, and I even promised to keep him safe. Yet I failed I let him die and now my descendants fight for survival just to hold on to what they have I will not let them die not when I can help I won't fail you again Sif not ever again!"
