Lunar Forest
Bright flashes of light of all colors flashed in the night sky, most, if anyone was around to look, would think an amazing lightning show was present.
Testing her new abilities on the surrounding rocks, Kirin was quite enjoying the different things she could produce. Changing the rocks from solid to vapor, making them take different shapes, even bringing one to life for a few minutes before she changed it back. She even found out she could make a barrier shield around herself and anything she wanted it to cover. The strength of it was unknown to her but she was impressed nevertheless.
As she swayed in her movements, flowing her arms in an intricate wave as majestic as the rising sun, she looked more like a mythical fairy that was dancing across the green grass under her feet. Various creatures watched in awe of this elegant lady dancing amongst the stars.
At this moment she felt so free feeling the magic flow in and out of her body. Giggling after she made the rock look like a little dumpling, she gazed at it for a time before a loud rumble sound from her stomach. Unaware of the eyes casting their gazes on her she reverted it back again. With her practice for the day finished she began to scout out a good place to eat and rest.

Cherry petals floated gently with the wind, they seemed to be heading towards one location if one focused on it. Luckily, or unluckily, two such individuals happened to catch sight of this anomaly, one had just entered the sanctity surrounding a majestic lake, the other was watching on a monitor in a high rise tower in the city.

High Rise Tower
"Call our forces now!" Wei ordered his secretary.
"You finally show yourself. You will be mine." Wu Wei gently stroked the screen with a gentle glint in his eyes. His lips curled upwards almost reaching his eyes. If you didn't know better he almost seemed like a gentle lamb. The truth though… well that has yet to be seen.

Lunar Forest
Catching that glimpse of wind he raced as fast as he could to follow it. He opted to shape shift to his other form, elegant legs, long silver mane and tail, powder white fur that was blushed with the hint of silver tips that created a soft glow in the moonlight, garnet colored horn, and ruby red eyes. The effect is nothing less than magical.
The fairies flitting around him as he flies through the forest allot hints of glowing light to mark his path.
'That scent…'
'Why is this so familiar?'
Racing as fast as he can, he followed the scent that floated on the wind once the petals disappeared, as he neared closer, he saw her.
"Tee hee." The girl giggled at the newest transformation of a rock to a dumpling.
Dumbstruck at the beauty before him he stood quietly, observing her every action. The familiarity confused him as he is quite certain he would remember someone like her if he ever crossed paths before.
One step…
Two steps…
Closer and closer he moved towards her. Just when he was almost within her eyesight, she flitted off ending her fun for the day. He followed her to see where she may be headed, once he noticed that she was searching for food he quickly scanned the area, finding a berry bush patch not far he quickly transformed back to his human form. Snatching a broad leaf from a nearby tree he picked all of the ripe berries and placed them inside the leaf then folded it up.
Heading back to where he last saw the girl, he transformed back to his unicorn form. 'Best not frighten the girl this way' he thought. Carrying the berries in his mouth he slowly approached her. Making sure she saw him he walked to a nearby boulder and placed the leaf packet down and backed away. Standing a bit back, he stared at her, hoping she would go over and eat what he brought.
Tilting her head at the gesture from that gorgeous creature she asked "Hmm, for me? Are you sure?"
Seeing him nod, she gave a ge smile and said "Well, thank you! I was quite famished after all of that practice, care to join me?"
He walked closer to her but instead of joining her for food he laid near the makeshift table so he could watch her eat. "Hehe.. you are a curious one aren't you?" She giggled at him. "My name is Lin Kirin, I don't suppose you would be able to tell me your name?"
Just then a magnetic, soothing voice that could melt the heavens sounded in her mind… 'my name is Qilin Jun. I apologise for being rude and joining before I introduced myself. I was afraid of frightening you.'
Her eyes grew as wide as saucers when his voice sounded in her mind. "Ho..how did you do that!?" Her voice shook in shock.
'Mm.. you can to when your magic develops, you are like me are you not?' He said, at the same time he slowly transformed back to his human form, waist length silver hair with silver tips, broad muscular shoulders, he wore a simple black tee and a pair of jeans. His face gave off a masculine elegance, faire skin, ruby red eyes, and a taut jawline.
"I hope I didn't scare you Kirin, you seem.. familiar to me… please let me join you." He pleaded.
Her eyes did not waver once off of his face, it almost seemed as if she fell into a trance. After all she has never met another of her kind before so this was normal wasn't it?
"Y...you, what… how… I thought I was the only one!!" She whispered in her shocked state.
He faintly giggled at her. "Mmm seems that is not the case now is it? May I please join you?" He repeated to her.
Shaking her head at the revelation that hit her, she replied quietly. "En, it would be my pleasure."
Grinning at her reply he sat with her and opened up the leaf pack, one by one he placed the berries near her gesturing for her to eat. "I can help you with your magic, if you would allow me?"
Thanking him for the berries once again she nodded her head shyly.
