Chapter 224 - Chapter 224 Beginning The Attack On The Zetallion Nest

As Thomas sat in the hot springs with Poppy he asked "Have you thought of a plan yet?" Poppy stared at him and said "You just got done training stay a while and rest." Thomas took off the blindfold and said "But my eyes returned to normal so I don't need to rest right now." Poppy pointed at him and said "I understand what your saying but think of it this way, the people here are happy to have finally caught a break and be safe for once, shouldn't you have the same luxury." Thomas glanced at her and said "To be things frankly I don't really care to much about luxuries, I'd rather get this done and out of the way." As Sam sat down in the water he stared at Thomas and said "So I've been thinking and I have a favor to ask you." Thomas stared at him and asked "What do you want?" Sam smiled and said "I want you to take me with you as back up." Thomas pointed to him and said "Fine by me but on one condition, you have to take all the credit so when I leave this place it'll be as if nothing ever happened." Sam stared at him confused and said "Seriously?" Poppy nodded and said "It's like I said earlier, he doesn't care much for attention and would rather be unknown." Sam stood up and shouted "Let's do this thing then." As Thomas stood up he said "Yeah we'll go in a few minutes, let me get dressed." Sam glanced at Poppy and asked "Wait is he seriously ready to go, I just got here!" Poppy stared at him and said "It's your own fault for mentioning it." As Poppy and Sam sat there Zoey walked over and said "I'm coming with you." As she said this Thomas walked back over completely dressed and said "I already have someone to claim all the credit, your not needed." Zoey punched him jaw and shouted "To hell with that, we're saving our planet I have a right to go!" Thomas stared at her and said "Now that my eyes are back to normal your punches are pretty weak." As he said this Zoey kicked him in the groin and said "I refuse to stay here and be insulted by you." Thomas immediately held his groin and fell to the ground as he mumbled "What the hell is a matter with you?" Sam stared at him and said "That's gotta hurt." Poppy stared at him and said "Well that one was your own fault, you shouldn't have insulted her." As Thomas slowly stood up still holding his groin ha said "It doesn't matter what you do I'm not bringing you." Zoey stared at him and said "I'll give you two choices, either take me with you or I tell Poppy all about your little secret." Thomas glared at her and said "Using that as leverage won't get you anywhere, I'd give it around a few weeks before she finds out." Poppy stared at him and asked "Fond our what?" Zoey glanced at Poppy and said "He has a hidden space around here that you can't get into and he doesn't want you to know what's in it." Poppy nodded and said "You must be talking about the grave." Thomas flinched and shouted "You knew?" Poppy nodded and said "You actually didn't lock that one up too well." Thomas stared at her and mumbled "I've been trying to keep a secret for weeks and you already knew." Thomas tossed Sam some clothes and grabbed him as he said "You know what forget it we're leaving now." As they walked through the mana door Zoey shouted "Hey you can't just leave me here." As they stood in a field Thomas mumbled "I wish didn't pry into my memories and share them with everyone, the others probably already knew about it to but none of them are willing to bring it up." As Sam got dressed he shouted "You could've at least given me a warning!" Thomas handed him his sword and said "Just stop complaining, your wasting valuable time." Thomas held the compass out in front of himself and said "Let's see this thing seems to be pointing towards, that way." Thomas began to follow the compass as he said "We don't know how far away it is but at least we know we're going the right direction." Sam stared at him and said "So in lay man's terms we could be walking for days on end?" Thomas glanced at him and said "Well if we run I'm sure we'll get there in at least a week." Sam stared at him and asked "What the hell are you talking about?" Thomas began to run ahead as he said "Simple we'll just run." Sam began to chase after him as he shouted "I understand that but isn't this a waste of energy?" Thomas glanced at the compass and said "It's not a waste if we can get this done sooner." As they seen a massive split in the ground they stopped moving and stared at it as Sam said "The earthquake caused a massive amount of damage, and everywhere these cracks appeared those Zetas soon followed." Thomas smiled and said "Then if I hop into one of those cracks and follow it I can find the Zetallion nest?" Sam shook his head and said "If it was that easy we wouldn't be in this mess right now, I mean seriously don't you think we would've thought of that by now?" Thomas nodded and said "Well yeah but don't you think I'm at least semi right?" Sam nodded and said "Of course I agree with you, but the moment we hop down there we'll be surrounded by Zetas." Thomas smiled and said "If that's the case let's bring the fight to them." Sam stared at Thomas and asked "Do you not understand what I'm saying?" Thomas grabbed his sword and said "Not a clue but leave this to me." As Thomas peered into the dark chasm he said "Looks like a bunch of big old baddies are in here." Thomas glanced at Sam and smiled as he said "See you in a little bit." As Thomas jumped in Sam rushed over to the chasm and shouted "What the hell are you doing?" Sam stared into the darkness and asked "Did he just kill himself?" Sam continued to stare into the dark as he shouted "If you die what will happen to the others?" After a few seconds Sam felt the ground shake and watched as a few explosions happened inside the chasm. After it went dark for a few moments Thomas was sent flying up out of the chasm covered in blood with a Zeta following close behind as he mumbled "This bastard is a lot tougher." Sam stared at the Zeta and said "It's one of the legendary Zetas of myth." The Zeta grabbed Thomas in its mouth and threw him to the ground as Sam shouted "Its teeth are razor sharp and it's red eyes are said to pierce your soul, it's wings are enough to cut the sky's." As Thomas stood up he glanced at Sam and said "It sounds like this thing is over exaggerated Thomas tilted his head side to side and said "I think my shoulders are still a little stiff." Thomas tossed Sam his sword and said "I'm gonna use this guy as a warm up to get a little more loose." Sam picked his sword up and asked "Are you crazy, this thing won't be fazed by some pathetic punch!" The creature began to fly towards Thomas as he said "Whatever you say doesn't matter to me." Thomas took a stance and smiled as he said "To me this creature is nothing special, besides I got a friend hundreds of times stronger that I have to get stronger for, so I can give her a fight she won't forget." Just before the creature made contact Thomas began to punch as he shouted "If this creature kills me I deserve it for being weak!" Once Thomas's fist and the creature made contact the creature's head came clean off and the creature's body hit the ground with an incredible amount of force causing the ground to crack. Sam stared at Thomas and said "What the hell even are you, there's no way you can be that amazing, you came out unharmed after fighting something of that level?" Thomas began to shake his hand around rapidly as he shouted "Holy hell that hurt." Sam stared at him and said "Forget What I just said." Thomas glanced at Sam and said "Next time I'm using the sword, that hurt." Sam nodded and said "Well it was moving at over one hundred miles per hour." Thomas glanced back at the chasm and said "Well moving on, we need to get down there and find the nest." Sam handed Thomas the sword and said "I think it'll be best if you have this." Thomas gave him the sword back and summoned two swords in each of his hands as he smiled and said "I may not have my sky metal one but these ones will do just fine." Sam stared at him confused and said "Sky metal?" Before he could get an answer however Thomas hopped into the chasm and began to slaughter more and more Zetas.
