Chapter 84 - Chapter 84 Ocis’s Victory

Thomas glared at Lily as he asked "What other spells you got that I don't know about?" Ocis glanced at Lily as she asked "Do we have more spells he doesn't know about?" Lily nodded as she said "I have a spell or two I can still use." Scarlett glanced at Thomas as she asked "What should I do?" Thomas stood their as he said "Surrendering is still an option." Ocis glanced at him as she said "No thanks harpies are a proud race that'll fight for their cause." Thomas stared at her as he shrugged and said "Suite yourself." Thomas began to walk towards Scarlett as he mumbled "If I take out the muscle this fight should be easier." Scarlett began to run towards Thomas as she shouted "I'll keep him distracted while you two come up with a plan." As Scarlett began to swing at Thomas he grabbed her fist and stopped it with ease. Thomas glanced at Lily and Ocis as he said "Your strength won't work on me as well as it did." Scarlett smiled as she shouted "Surely you jest I have yet to reach my full potential." Thomas glanced at her as he said "You might wanna reach that full potential soon." As Scarlett swung with her other hand Thomas quickly grabbed ahold of it to. As Thomas held both of her hands he asked "So how much of your plan has worked so far?" Scarlett laughed as she said "Our plan is still in motion!" Thomas glanced at Lily and Ocis as he seen Lily chanting the same speed spell over and over again saving up the power preparing it for one burst. Thomas smiled as he mumbled "Its just as I thought." Scarlett glanced at them as she said "My goal isn't to beat you but to stall you." Thomas smiled as he said "You've had this all planned out huh?" Scarlett began to laugh as she said "Pretty soon that perfume Daisy spread will affect your performance." Thomas leaned back and threw Scarlett over him as he said "It can affect my performance all it wants but just know that I won't let that stop me." As Daisy stood up Lily casted the spell onto Ocis. Thomas turned to see the results of the spell as he seen Ocis fly at him faster then he could see as he mumbled "Dammit I wasted too much time." Scarlett began to laugh as she said "We have you beat." Thomas watched as Ocis appeared in front of him and used the non sharp end of the spear to knock him to the ground. As Thomas fell he grabbed onto her leg and brought her down with him. Thomas quickly stood up as he mumbled "If she wanted to she could've killed me." Moments after Thomas stood up Scarlett punched him in the back knocking him to the ground once again. As Ocis stood up she pounded the non sharp end of the spear into Thomas's back and held him on the ground as she said "We have you beat." Thomas smiled as he said "You may have me beat but you still don't have the book." They stared at him as they noticed his satchel was gone. Thomas began to laugh as he said "I already knew that you would've beaten me." Ocis pushed the non sharp end of the spear harder as she pressed it on his back and asked "Where is the book?" Thomas laid their as he said "I'm not saying a word." Scarlett bent down and asked "Where is it?" Thomas grinned as he said "Its like I said my lips are sealed." Thomas put his hands on the ground and began to push himself up off of the ground. As Thomas did this Scarlett grabbed the spear and helped push it down harder as she said "Stay down and allow us to find the book." Thomas continued to push himself up as he said "I'd really like to but only one of you can get to command me if you find the book and I'd hate to give you guys an unfair advantage while Ocis holds me here while you guys search for it." Ocis glanced at them as she asked "Where you guys really gonna ditch me here and keep the prize all to yourselves?" Scarlett pushed the spear down even harder slamming Thomas into the ground as she said "Don't let his mind games fool you." Thomas smiled as he said "If you don't believe me Lily already went to search for it." Ocis began to look around as she said "Your right she's already gone." As Ocis let go of the spear Thomas quickly grabbed Scarlett's leg and pulled to the ground. He quickly stood up and began to walk towards Daisy as he mumbled "I'll just leave it to them for a while." Scarlett watched as he walked towards Daisy while she shouted "Are you that big of a coward that you abandon a fight!" Thomas glanced at her as he said "Coward or not you should probably look for the book too if you wanna win." Scarlett began to look around as she said "I'll let you off the hook this time but first I'm gonna find your satchel and that book." Thomas picked Daisy up and began to walk towards the tree. As he arrived at the tree he sat her down and sat next to the tree. As Thomas sat down Daisy woke up and put one of the blades up to Thomas's throat as she said "Hand over the book." Thomas glanced at her as he asked "How's your head?" Daisy out the dagger closer to his throat as she said "Don't play dumb where is the book?" Thomas grinned as he said "Why don't you ask one of them?" Daisy glanced at Lily, Scarlett, and Ocis as she asked "Where's your satchel?" Thomas pushed the dagger away and laid back as he said "I'm not telling." Daisy quickly stood up as she asked "Is it the first person to find the book?" Thomas yawned as he said "Yeah, but none of them seemed to pay attention to where I threw it during our little fight." Daisy began to search as well while mumbling "I can't believe he hid the book." As she walked away Thomas stared at the satchel hanging in the tree as he mumbled "Some people just don't pay attention." Thomas smirked as he said "Knocking out Daisy was the only way I could hide it." Thomas stared at the satchel as he mumbled "It wouldn't have mattered if they did notice it though because even if they did the book is actually hidden inside my jacket." After a while Thomas fell asleep under the tree. As they continued to search Ocis walked over to Thomas and sat down beside him. She glanced at him as she asked "You wouldn't be willing to give us a hint would you?" Ocis stared at him as she said "Oh your asleep." Ocis got closer to Thomas as she said "Have a good rest." As Ocis got closer to Thomas she noticed the book resting underneath his jacket. Ocis glared at the book as she asked "Did I win?" As Thomas laid their Ocis grabbed the book and stared at the cover. She continued to stare at it as she she shouted "I can understand the words in this book!" As she shouted this Thomas shot up and asked "What happened?" Ocis stared at Thomas and held the book in front of him as she said "I won I won!" Thomas glanced inside his jacket as he mumbled "The books gone?" Thomas stared at the book as he smiled and said "Congratulations you won." They all turned and stared at Ocis as they shouted "Where did you find the book?" Thomas glanced up as he said "I had the book hidden in my jacket and the satchel you were looking for was above me the whole time." Lily glanced at Scarlett as she said "We failed once again." Daisy walked towards Ocis as she asked "What are you gonna ask him to do?" Ocis glanced at Thomas as she said "I want him to go on a date with me!" Thomas stared at her with a blank expression as Daisy asked "Why would you waste a command he can't ignore on a date?" Ocis stared at her as she said "Well he already said I couldn't ask him to marry me." Thomas stared at her confused as he asked "What's a date?" They all stared at him as they shouted "You know what marriage is but you don't know what a date is?" Thomas nodded as he said "The village I was originally in had wedding and stuff but I've never heard of a date?" Lily stared at him as she said "I sometimes forget that you came from a demi human village that was attacked." Daisy and Ocis stared at Thomas as they asked "Is that how you became a slave." Thomas nodded as he said "I thought you already knew." They shook their heads as Daisy said "Never mind your village some one has to explain to you what a date is."
