As morning came they all began to pack up as they marched to their first destination. As they arrived Thomas looked at them both as he said "Welcome to our first stop, Ameslita Cove." As Lily and Scarlett stared at the lake Lily said "I've heard of this place, they say that a giant monster is resting here in the bottom of the lake." Thomas looked around as he said, "I can see the town from here." Thomas looked at them as he said "Wait here a minute I'll go explain that Scarlett isn't going to steal their kids." Thomas walked into the town as he called out "Hello, anyone here?" Thomas looked around as he said, "Shouldn't be a ghost town the map wasn't that old." Thomas walked around the town as he said "People of Ameslita Cove we mean you no harm we're just passing by." As Thomas continued to walk he heard footsteps behind him followed by a voice saying "Stop beast."
Thomas turned around as he said "Beast?" The man stared at him as he said "I've been brought to this world from a king and three sorcerers so it's my duty to stop you." Thomas glanced at him as he turned around and continued to walk as he called out "Is there anyone here who isn't insane that I can talk to?" Thomas shrugged as he said, "I really don't think I'm that scary I mean seriously everyone's avoiding me apart from that crazy guy." Thomas turned around as the man lunged at him with his sword. Thomas looked at him as he teleported behind him and said "Look whoever you are I really don't feel like doing this and it'd be great if you could just stop bothering me." The man stared at him as he swung the sword again while he yelled "I am the hero from another world and the king has called for me to save the world from the demon lord." Thomas stared at him as he yawned and said "I really don't think I fit the bill, I mean seriously what part of me looks like a demon?" The man pointed his sword at Scarlett as he said "Your not the demon lord but her follower."
Thomas looked at her as he said "That's the reason I went on ahead to explain that she isn't a bad demon." The man began to charge at Thomas as he yelled "That's exactly what a demon lord servant would say." Thomas stared at him as he said "Suite yourself but just remember that I warned you." Thomas pulled out one of his daggers as he said "So you're really about to fight a guy that can only use one hand?" The man stopped moving as he said "So you're agreeing to the fight?" Thomas stared at him as he said "Sure and don't worry I'll be sure not to kill you." The man looked at Thomas as he swung his sword and said "I'll send you back from where you once came." Thomas ducked under the sword and landed an uppercut on him, as he hit the ground Thomas said "If you can't handle me what makes you think you can beat a demon lord?" The man stood up as he yelled "Good your the real deal." Thomas stared at him as he mumbled "How dumb can one guy possibly be."
The man swung his sword down as Thomas stepped to the side and said "Maybe we should move towards the lake so we don't bother the town?" The man stared at Thomas as he said "Alright then but remember once we're out of the town anything goes and only the victor will walk away." Thomas stared at Lily and Scarlett as he said "I'll be back in a moment as of now just try and convince them Scarlett's not evil." Thomas began to walk towards the lake as the man looked at Scarlett and said "Once I'm done I'll kill your other servant and then you." Thomas looked at the man as he said "I'll make you regret making that threat." The man stared at him as he said "I'll make you regret challenging me." Thomas stared at him as he said "I didn't challenge you, you attacked me." The man stopped moving as he drew his sword and said "Get ready to fight because I'm coming at you with everything I got." Thomas yawned as he said, "Yeah that's great you do that."
The man stared at Thomas as he said "Tell me your name so I can remember a worthy opponent." Thomas stared at him as he said "I'm Thomas the one-handed man who is about to punch you so hard that your armor will shatter while you're in it." The man looked at him as he said "Well then it's only right you know the name of the person who will kill you." The man began to pose as he said "I am Toby the hero from another world." Thomas stared at him as he sarcastically said "Thanks for wasting so much time, I definitely don't have anything better to do." The man stopped posing as he jumped at Thomas and swung his sword while yelling "Justice slash." Thomas looked at him as he ran towards him and ducked under the sword as he landed another uppercut and said "I don't care punch." As the man hit the ground Thomas stared at him as he said "See I can name moves too." The man stood up as he said "That's twice you've hit me so now it's time I return the favor."
Thomas stared at him as he said "Toby listen this is just a huge misunderstanding and I'd rather be sleeping right now so how about we just quit?" Toby looked at him as he charged with his sword and shouted "Now die." Thomas looked down at his stomach as he said "Looks like you got me." The man let go of the sword as he fell to the ground and said "That's why they call me the hero." Thomas began to step back as he said "I wonder if that voice is gonna tell me that I can't die yet." Toby looked at him as he said "What voice you demon lord servant?" Thomas stood at the edge of the lake as he said "The voice isn't there?" Thomas fell back into the lake as he said "I guess that means I can finally let go." Thomas began to sink into the lake as he thought "So this is how it all ends?" Thomas stared at the now fading sun as he sunk deeper and deeper as he thought to himself "Looks like I'll be able to sleep plenty pretty soon." Thomas looked up as he saw two figures standing there. Thomas looked at them as he thought "It must be Scarlett and Lily."
Thomas began to close his eyes as he said "Nothing I can do about it now." As Thomas's body hit the bottom of the lake his eyes opened as he thought "I can't let that bastard hurt them." Thomas looked around as he stared at something while thinking "You think you can kill me off just like that, we'll then you got another thing coming." Thomas put his hand on the bottom of the lake as his eyes began to glow bright orange and blue as he thought to himself "I can't die just yet." As Thomas set at the bottom of the lake Toby approached Lily and Scarlett as he said "That servant might have taken my sword but I'll be sure to kill the demon lord if it's the last thing I do." Lily and Scarlett looked at him as they began to shoot water bolts at him. The water bolts did not affect his armor however so Lily and Scarlett began to run as they shouted "You killed him!"
Toby continued to walk towards them as he said "It was my duty to kill the demon lord and his followers." Lily looked at him as she yelled "Why would a hero kill innocent people?" Toby looked at her as he said "Demons are not people and neither are their servants." Scarlett and Lily began to run towards the village as they stopped and stared at him as they yelled "Stop where you are." Toby continued to walk towards them until he felt the ground shake as he looked at the lake and seen bubbles rise to the surface of the water as he said "You think you kill a demon and they just get right back up." Toby began to walk towards the lake as he said "I'll deal with you two once I finish some unfinished business." Toby continued to walk towards the lake as Lily and Scarlett stayed away from him as they looked at each other and said "He's alive." Toby stood at the edge of the lake as he said "Maybe he's coming back to return my sword."
