Once they arrived at the City Thomas looked up at the wall as he said "Time for a break." Lily looked at him as she said "But you slept most of the way here." Fredrick looked at Thomas as he said "We should turn in the quest before we rest." Thomas looked at Fredrick as he said "Fine let's get it over with and turn in the quest so I can go take a nap." As they all walked towards the capital Lily said "I can't wait to go see dad." Thomas yawned as he said, "I'd rather just sleep in a field under a tree away from people." Scarlett looked at Thomas as she asked "May I keep you company?" Thomas looked at her as he said "I never said I was I said I want to." Scarlet looked at him as she said "Well if you're not going to sleep then can you teach me how to use that spell you defeated the golem with?" Thomas yawned as he said, "Maybe another time I'm still exhausted."
Fredrick looked at Thomas as he said "After all the mana you used I'd be surprised if you weren't." As they arrived at the capital Thomas looked around as he said "Good to be back." As they walked to the desk Lily held up the paper as she said "We defeated the golem!" The lady behind her desk looked at the paper as she said "Yes I know one of the people from the village stopped by last night and confirmed that for me." The lady looked at them as she said "Here's your reward." The lady handed them each twelve silvers and fifty coppers as she said "I'd assume you're splitting it among the four of you?" Thomas looked at the lady as he said "Yeah we're splitting it among the four of us." The lady looked at them as she said "Thank you for completing a quest we hope to see you again soon." As they all left the capital Thomas smelled a familiar smell as he looked at the others and said "You guys go I'll catch up later." As they left Thomas waved goodbye as he looked around for the smell could be coming from.
As he searched for the smell he turned around to see the three men who had attacked his previous village as they walked into the capital. Thomas looked at them as he said "It's those people again." Thomas watches as they walked out and began to walk towards him. As the men got closer one of them looked at Thomas as they said "Looks like someone should tell an exterminator that a rodent got into the city." Thomas turned to look at the men as he said "It's you three." The men looked at Thomas as they asked "What are you talking about you three?" Thomas looked at them as he said "Never mind I got the wrong people." Thomas watched as they walked off as he said "Forget it they'll get what they deserve eventually." Thomas began to walk towards the Rolling Ship Inn as he heard Scarlett yell "What do you want?" Thomas looked around as he started to run towards where he had heard the voice as he called out "Scarlett where are you?"
Once he found Scarlett he saw that she was being harassed by the same three men he had just run into. Thomas approaches the men as he asked, "What is your problem." As Thomas approached the three people they turned as they said, "Hey look it's another freak." Thomas looked at them as he walked over to Scarlett and asked "Are you alright?" Scarlett nodded as she said, "These three men keep following me." Thomas looked at Scarlett as he asked the three men "So destroying peaceful villages and slaughtering their people isn't enough for you?" The men looked at Thomas as they asked "What do you know about us and villages." Thomas stood up as he had his back turned to the men as he said "You killed the people of my village and sold me off to a slave merchant and you can't even remember it?" The men looked at Thomas as they said "So your that same weak Demi human that we sold."
Thomas turned to look at the men as he said "I want a rematch." The men looked at him as they laughed and said "Your pretty eager to lose again aren't you?" Thomas looked at Scarlett and then them as he said "The city has a no fighting policy so we're gonna have to take this outside of the city walls." The three men looked at him as they said "You really do have a death wish don't you?" As Thomas and the three men began to walk towards the city gate as Scarlett gotten up and started to run toward the Rolling Ship Inn to find Fredrick and Lily. As Thomas and the three men stepped outside of the city Thomas looked at the three men as he said "I won't lose this time." The three men looked at Thomas as they said "We can't let demi-human scum like you live after you've insulted us like that." Thomas looked at them as he said "This field here will serve as our battle area." The three men looked at Thomas as they said "So this is where you'd like to die."
Thomas unsheathed his weapons as he threw them to the ground as he said "I want a fair rematch so I won't fight any differently than before." The men began to laugh as they said "I didn't know you wanted to die that badly." Thomas smiled as he said, "We'll start whenever you're ready." The three men all looked at Thomas and began to charge at him Thomas stared at them as he said "Same old tactics." As they got closer one of the men began to swing his sword as Thomas hopped backward and said "I may not be in perfect condition right now but I won't lose to you three ever again." The three men continued to charge Thomas as he shrugged and said "If you wanna chase me I might as well return the favor." Thomas looked at the three men as he began to run towards them as he said "I'll make you pay for killing all of those innocent people."
As Thomas ducked under the first sword he caught the second one in between his palms as he said "Gotcha." Thomas began to push the sword towards the other man to block his swing as he said "I'd rather you not try and kill me." Thomas let go of the sword as he head-butted the man who was holding the sword. As Thomas's head-butted him he hopped back as he said "I remember you three having a lot more to say than this." The two men looked at the man Thomas had head-butted as one of the men said "He's out cold." Thomas looked at them as he said "I wasn't gonna fight you guys again but after you messed with one of my friends I wasn't gonna let you get away with it." The two men looked at Thomas as one of the men reached into a pouch and pulled out a strange potion as he said "Let's see if you can beat us once I use this." The other man looked at him as he said "What are you doing your wasting our trump card on this nobody."
As the man said this he turned to Thomas as he said "He just disappeared." The other man began to drink the liquid as he shouted "Now that I have this strength potion I'm unstoppable." As the other man looked at him he pointed as he saw Thomas behind him with a finger over his mouth as if he was telling him to be quiet as he said "Look out he's behind you." As the man turned around he swung his sword as Thomas jumped over it and said "I thought you'd get used to me ducking so I decided to jump this time." The man looked at Thomas as he said "Enough fooling around let's finish this here and now." Thomas quit smiling as he said "Alright I'll end this now then. As the man went to punch Thomas he said "I'll kill you." Thomas smiled as he punched the man's fist and said "Fist pump?" As Thomas's fist hit the man's he screamed as he said "What the hell did you do, did you break my arm?" Thomas looked at him as he said "The next punch is your face try to block it if you can."
The man started to guard his face as Thomas started to punch as he said "I wanted to sleep but I suppose you'll be doing more sleeping than me today." As Thomas punched the man he fell to the ground completely unconscious as Thomas turned to the other man and said "Your turn." As Thomas looked at the man he dropped his sword and started to beg as he said "Please don't kill me." Thomas looked at him as he said "Isn't that ironic a murderer begging for his life." Thomas looked at him as he said "You killed my entire village and then beg for mercy?" Thomas looked at him as he said "Just go, murdering people makes me feel sick to my stomach."
