"Let us eat you, human, or else, you die!" One of the demonic beasts that could speak the human language threatened Tang Peng. It was a giant bear with a harsh voice, but the claws on it was not for show. It cut through Tang Peng's arm, and nearly sliced it off. The arm was hanging off by a few threads of flesh.
However, Tang Peng remained unbothered by this happening, as his hatred rapidly increased with every attack. Instead of speaking with his mouth, he spoke with his teeth instead. A giant bite mark appeared on the bear's belly, as a large amount of fat appeared in Tang Peng's mouth.
The intestines tumbled out of the bear's belly, after Tang Peng spit out the fat in his mouth continued targeting the other beasts around him.
Tang Peng started swirling around quickly, using the bladed ends of his wings as a weapon, turning into a cyclone that decapitated some of the beasts that was around him.
After fighting with more of the beasts, the swords on his back and the arrow on his head were all ripped out brutally through the force exerted by several beasts. They were all hell bent on killing and devouring the demonic body of Tang Peng.
"How barbaric... even though he still has some intelligence left, he really has inherited the characteristics of the Hatred Soldier." Zhou Qing wanted to observe the demonic descendant further.
He had not seen any demonic descendants that had fully unlocked their bloodlines before. Even though he was furious at the death of Elder Liu, his natural curiosity overrode the anger that he felt.
The other elders, on the other hand, wanted to torture Tang Peng. Just his death alone was not enough to satisfy them. They wanted to kill him by a thousand cuts! Only through his agony would Elder Liu's soul rest in peace.
"YOU THINK YOU ARE IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO BLOCK ME? GET OUT OF MY WAY!" Even though Tang Peng had already slaughtered quite a few beasts, more beasts consistently came in to fill the gaps. Flying demonic beasts... underground demonic beasts... all of them came to consume Tang Peng.
However, as time went on, Tang Peng started to get his rationality back. At the same time, the power of his Hatred Form started to decrease, causing him to slow his power. Even though he had absorbed more Yin Qi from the dead beasts, the Hatred Form itself had a cool-down, and could not be maintained simply by supplying more spiritual soil!
Therefore, it was dangerous for him to remain here. Not only was there the large amount of beasts, but the cultivators that was after his life. For now, he could not be recognised in the Hatred Form. If they saw his real face, wouldn't they come after his powerless self?
The only way he could to escape now, was to knock those damned cultivators off their flying swords, and use them as meat shields against the incoming beasts that were chasing after him! This way, he could kill two birds with one stone. However, he needed to check if the spatial ring was still with him first.
Lowering his head, he discovered that the spatial ring had expanded to fit his enlarged hands. For some reason, throughout the intense fighting, the ring had not dropped through the commotion. Now that the ring was safe, he could confidently leave the area now.
With quick flaps of his wings, he started soaring to the skies, where he was traced by several flying demonic beasts. The beasts that could do projectile attacks all targeted him, aiming to hit his wings to pull him back to the ground.
"Look! He's heading towards us! I can see it in his eyes! He wants to use us to bring down the demonic beasts!" The elders noticed Tang Peng's actions, and took out their own projectile weapons.
Previously, there were several beasts that prevented them from properly utilising their own weapons, but now, they could use it without restraints. Instead of feeling scared, they were filled with joy instead, the joy of getting to torture this monster that had killed their friend.
"Crossbows? Harpoons? Crap! I didn't expect them to have these sophisticated weapons!" Tang Peng saw the weapons that the elders were arming themselves with. These were weapons that only the empires in the Five Star Continent could manufacture. He did not expect them to get hold of them.
"How scary... however, these cultivators underestimated the extent of my resolve!" Tang Peng could feel that the centipede inside of him was made of Yin Qi, along with the several beast ghosts that were stored within him.
The Hatred Form could hasten their refinement into spiritual soil, so he decided to make a last ditch effort and refined them all at once! With the increase in spiritual soil, the more unstable the Hatred Form became, but in exchange, more power entered Tang Peng's body.
"His power... it's increasing! It's going above the Rotating Core stage! That's his world spirit..." Zhou Qing shakily pointed towards a giant bomb in the sky, which was constantly ticking down. It was an artificial world spirit formed by Tang Peng through his forced sacrifice of spiritual soil.
"Run! He wants to blow all of us up! The demonic descendant has grown crazy!" Zhou Qing commanded the elders to run away, but it was too late. Tang Peng dove straight at them, and tackled them towards the ground.
"LET ME TEACH YOU TRUE FEAR!" His giant hands gripped the elders tightly, unwilling to let them go. The swords that was poking him did not bring him as much pain as before, as he aimed straight for the beast horde that was on the ground.
The world spirit of Tang Peng started to have holes appear on it, which progressively grew bigger. As the holes were bigger, the energy that the world spirit released increased as well.
"SINCE THE WORLD WANTS ME DEAD, LET'S DIE TOGETHER!" Tang Peng spike up with a frenzied voice that struck fear into the elders' heart. This person had the capability to kill them, and he was not bluffing at all. The world spirit was at the verge of blowing up! The world spirit held the power of an entire world. It would cause immense destruction!
"This is my final gift to you... Hehe." Tang Peng had fully recovered his entire intellect, the moment the world spirit exploded. A giant physical shockwave appeared on the ground, annihilating some of the mountains in the vicinity.
