Haze watched [Joke Land] appear in his room and fall on the floor.
Her five gods that she chose fell around her as blood dripped out of her leg. It made Haze jump over to her as Calli ran in the room with a nurse outfit on. She'd been waiting for the right time to show Haze, but finally stopped hiding when she saw [Endless Fantasy] arrive.
She ran up to Laminate and started to heal her with a white light coming out of her hands. The rest of her gods were also extremely worn out looking. It seemed that everything was fine as well as Helm walked into the room.
"The show is fine," Helm said as he rubbed his hand and passed Haze the computer, "Nothing to worry about. I promise it's fine."
"Shit! We lost Rocket," Terror said as he slammed his hands down on the floor.
He'd just witnessed a massacre as Rocket tried her hardest to stop a guild from invading her mansion. She was [Joke Land] strongest god but was destroyed when she ran outside to try and stop the guild from entering.
She was the best at long distant attacks so it made sense for her to stall for time. She tried to fight three demon users by herself but was killed right as Haze answered the call.
Now they were here and she was dead.
Now Terror was a live, and his girlfriend was dead!
"I-I want revenge!" Terror slammed his hand down into the floor and nearly created a hole in it. A bang sounded.
He wanted to kill those people who took away his love.
"She'll never be back! Even if I live, she'll never be mine again! She'll be recorded into someone else's software!"
"It's not our fault," Rail said as she walked over to Terror and pat him on the back, "It's a huge risk to even bring you here. If that guild is in this world too, we're screwed."
"How did she get hurt?" Zack asked as he put down his popcorn. "What happened that made her bleed?"
"She got hit by class while I was blocking the door." Terror grunted as Laminate started to come back to herself.
She also felt terrible and was trying to make peace with what happened. She woke up with tears in her eyes as she saw her god getting blown to shreds. The demons used some type of blood attack.
There was an angel and a few other application users too, but demon application users were the main ones in the guild. She opened her eyes with confusion as Haze put his head on her lap. He knew enough about medicine to stitch a not.
He'd learned some knots in the military, and a stitch was a common one.
He was about to heal her before the cut disappeared. He blushed as she stared at her torn red dress before she opened her eyes.
"You-you're timing is horrible. If you got to the computer two seconds earlier, Rocket wouldn't have gotten killed."
"I heard already. Are you okay?" Haze asked as he brushed back her hair. "Do you need something for the pain?"
"Nope, I need revenge, too." [Joke Land] looked down at shards of glass still stuck in her stockings and coughed. She paused for a second before she pointed at Haze's laptop.
"I need us to wipe out the guild above us called [Fated Road]. We need to get new recruits and smash them!"
Guilds got credits for destroying other guilds, so it made sense that [Fated Road] attacked [Joke Land[. How they got her information though was something else altogether.
The guild that had been planning on using her as a sacrifice sold her information to every other guild they could as revenge. Her world after all had 361 different types of users in it and they could teleport to that world. The guilds that had members in that world wee eager to buy.
It was a lot easier to destroy a persons domain with a large group than it was it complete missions.
The missions from the companies could be downright impossible, but you could get around that by buying out missions with god credits.
You had to get to the C rank to be able to buy out missions.
However, it didn't take long to get to the C rank, it just was hard to survive to the C rank.
The average time for the average application user was less than one week, That all changed if you made it up to the C rank. Now you were in the realm of hunting those beneath you and biding time.
Haze right now was a prime target for lots of different guilds, and he just didn't realize it yet.
"So, what?" Haze said as he gently pulled Laminate onto his chest. "We take them out and what do we get?"
"You get a reputation that you can't be messed with. Don't destroy them now, and we're screwed. Either that or disband the guild, and lose all chances of doing guild missions."
"She's right," Rail said as she sighed and walked over to Haze.
There was simply too much at stake to not take on another guild. "They have only been around for a week longer than us. Let's just and get a few more members. We'll need them when they come to us."
"By the way?" Laminate said as she smiled, "Off topic, but I saw you're in the D rank now... Do you mind if I spend the night? I might die if I go back?"
"I thought you can't?" Haze said as he looked at her with confusion, "I didn't think that was possible."
"In the D rank, you can bring guests over for a week," Rail said as she crossed her arms, "However, the max time limit is 7 days a month. She can also go outside with you now for twenty minutes and not lose her abilities."
"Fine, you can stay." Haze said as he looked over at the computer. "However, we have to get new members now! If we're going to get revenge, we're going to do it right!"
