"Oh my god! I'm scared!" Emma said to Honey, while taking quick steps towards Olivia's room.
"You don't have to be. I'm here, if you want to talk." Honey replied.
"Thank you, but I felt like I'm lying to them. They were sincere, but I'm nothing but a fake. I felt …...fake." Emma said what was bothering her.
"You shouldn't feel like that. If you're not here today, those two might be dead right now.
Laura was 10 seconds away from losing her life, while Smith was about to have a heart attack, which could have claimed his life, before we interfere." Honey said.
"Oh my god! That's scary." Emma admitted. She didn't even want to imagine what would happen to her own family, but she still felt sad for Olivia's parents.
"Yes, It is. I'm sure she would also come around and learn the way of life." Honey added, feeling Emma's worries for her family.
"It's a bit complicated. I mean…. how on earth is all this even possible?" Emma asked.
"A lot is happening in this world, Emma William. It is only those that get entangled with it, that get to know about it. You two aren't the only one, because our system has been in existence for a very long time." Honey said to her, and Emma didn't know how to feel about all these.
She was dead, but getting a second chance to live again isn't bad. She wasn't freaking out too much, because she knew that if she was returned to her own world, Sammy would still try to kill her.
She was weary of the water at first, but felt like it would be rude to question their kindness. Olivia was right about her, she was really an idiot, but she had nothing making her feel fear in this world.
There was nothing holding her back from saying everything that's on her mind. She has freedom here.
She can be the girl that she has been trying to suppress, to avoid trouble. She can dream now.
"That's right Emma. It's what this chance was all about. Explore this world like it's your own and enjoy it.
Olivia knew her life was being threatened, but she never breaks down. Do the same, use the same spirit in a positive way and before you know it, you're almost done with the quest assigned to you." Honey said and Emma smiled softly.
"I will do my best." She said, with determination.
She was now outside a white painted door that doesn't have a single stain on it. It was wide, which made Emma wonder about how the inside would look like, but immediately she let her mind wonder about it, she couldn't help but open her mouth wide.
The image of the room popped up, making Emma hold her breath, as the door opened immediately she was at a very close distance with it.
It takes her a few seconds to get over what she saw, before realizing that the girl was spoilt to the extent that she doesn't even open her own door by herself.
There was a bot controlling the security of her room.
Emma stepped inside the wide room. She was sure that the space, this room was built on, could rival the one her own house sat on.
Just how rich are they?
There was a pink barbie curtain at the center of the room, which demarcated her bedroom and the outer space, where her bathroom could be seen, including her large walk-in closet.
Oh! Don't let her get started at the number of high brand clothes that was beautifully arranged in the closet. It was extraordinary.
The wall was painted white, but was decorated with paintings.
Ah! Don't wonder too much, because those paintings were beautiful artwork of Olivia in different outfits.
She was all over the walls. There are virtual paintings that look just like you're staring at her, same as a few simple pencil's drawings of her.
There are also framed pictures, with birthday wishes written beside them.
"This girl lived here life like a queen. She lived like the whole world revolves around her. She was like a queen." Emma couldn't help but speak up.
Even though the memories felt like her own, she still couldn't help but be wowed.
The room smells of lavender, soothing every nerves in Emma's body. She moved closer to the pink curtain, which splitted apart, immediately Emma stepped on a control that worked with people's weight.
She could only shake her head.
A big queen size bed came into view, making her realize that the image in her head was right.
A big teddy bear that was bigger than Emma in size, laid on the bed like a human.
There was a dressing table at the space below the bed and two pink fur covered sofas, closed to the entrance to her balcony, which you can step into, by opening a transparent blind that was behind the pink curtain, shielding it from letting the sun penetrate the room.
A custom made pink drawal was at the both side of the bed, where different remotes laid.
Emma stood in the middle of the room and began looking around, checking out riches that made her life felt useless the more she stared.
"Are you okay?" Honey asked.
"Hum… I'm fine." Emma replied and was about to drop Olivia's purse, on the surface of the drawal, when she heard a ringtone.
I'm a queen
Everybody knows that.
I'm a queen.
If you don't know, now is the best time to find out.
I'm a queen.
If you can't accept it, I can only tell you to go and die.
"What sort of ringtone is this?" Emma asked, while bringing out the phone from the purse.
Honey didn't reply to her, because she was surprised as well.
Emma saw the name, 'Alicia' displayed and felt her heart beating wildly.
Isn't this the girl that Olivia asked her to make sure she doesn't insult her and get away with it?
But of course, the memories of their bantering popped up, before Emma's mind could wandered far.
