Once Maera and her aunt finished their conversation she said good night to her aunt, and told her she would call her in the next to day or two. Maera put her cell phone on its charger then took the plate of half eaten pasta back to the kitchen. She didn't feel like eating anything else, there was to much on her mind. The house was quiet it seemed like everyone was asleep. She turned around and headed back down the hall to her room.
Once she reached her room, she closed the door behind her, and locked the door. She sat on the edge of the bed and then pulled the necklace out beneath her night shirt. Maera stared down at the green stone, and was mesmerized by it. As if it was calling to her, like she was connected to it. Suddenly she felt light headed, she tired to look away from the stone but Maera couldn't. Before she knew it she could feel a vision coming on. Usually Maera knew how to control it but for some reason it came so fast she couldn't prepare herself against it.
Maera felt like was pulled into the vision, as if she was really there. She looked around and found herself on a beach, it was daylight outside and standing beside was a tall well built man. He was dressed in dark brown leather armor, his hair was black like a ravens, and dark green eyes. He looked like he had seen a lot of battles for there was scars u and down on his arms, and one scar running from his eyebrow down to his eye. As if someone tried to cut out it out of him. She knew he was the same man in her dreams, and in her aunts visions. He stood beside her, he said something to her then he suddenly put one arm around her and he drew out his sword that was strapped to his side.
Maera turned to look ahead of her to see what was coming towards her and the warrior standing beside her. She saw several riders on horses racing
towards her and the warrior beside her. He then pulled her closer to him, sword drawn ready protect her. Suddenly the riders were upon them, there was five of them. They surrounded them and she and the warrior were in the middle of the riders. Four of them were dressed the same in black armor, with matching helmets and all looked like soldiers but the fifth man was dressed differently. He didn't have a helmet on, he wore black armor as well but there was dark red cape strapped to his back. This man had golden blond hair that went past his shoulders, blue eyes and pale complexion. He couldn't be more than in his twenties. He jumped off his horse and he turned to hand the reigns to one of the other men. Then he walked towards us, and at the same time he drew his sword.
"So Lady Meara, have you decided to if you would like to become my queen? Or to remain as merely a seerer to Aeolus?" He pointed his sword to the man beside me. "She's mine Caspian, and I will not give her up that easily."
As fast as she was pulled into the vision she came out of it. No warning, no preparing for it, she felt completely drained from the vision. Maera hadn't felt this way in a long time no had a vision so real that it frightened her. Maera knew that in her heart that the vision was a warning that she would end up in the past, and that she was meant to be there. She knew that warrior protecting her was Aeolus , and that he would do anything for her.
