"You guys, sit down in the floor," Elliot voice was clear, echoing in the once dirty room of Shrieking Shack. The two sat down on their place without any complaints, also without knowing what's going on or what they're gonna do.
"Are you training.. us now?" The voice of Justin asked, confusing and interest hinting. Elliot nodded as he stared at them nodding too. Seemingly trying to be ready for what he's gonna teach them.
But as for Elliot's perspective, his inner mind groaned, as his face crunched, smiling through facade as he sweat dropped. Squinting as he looks at them, their posture was very bad. They weren't even in the same position, and their ones are so random. Lacking in strength and preparation.
He rubbed his nape, pushing the imaginary glasses up to the bridge of his nose, troubled.
The two managed to see that facade and rubbed their temple embarrassed. Ignoring Elliot's worried eyes away from them. Without any warnings or comments, Elliot came up to the back of Justin to start it off. If he start off with Tasia, this ravenclaw might cower in pain of he see how much they will gonna get.
Oh well, Justin felt the touch of his friend. And stiffen a bit, only to be pat by him to relax. Reluctantly doing so, Elliot goes for easy mode. Stretching his arms a bit, circle swings as Justin noticeably started to be more open and relax. Until Elliot hit his bottom back with his hands as Justin thrust forward groaning.
"Aghk" An uncontrollable whimper was let out by Justin's mouth. As Tasia felt a shiver run down in her spine.
Few movements more of Elliot, neck, shoulder, and more, as loads of groaning of pain erupted within the certain room of Shrieking Shack. Tasia next to him sat in horror, gulping several times as she deniably and uncontrollably stiffened as Elliot, done with Justin, came up to her back. It was all silence, no one dares to cease that. As Tasia's posture was fixed then, tons of wailings and whimpers was made. And the houses near Shrieking Shack should have a hell of a night now. It will probably creep the shit out of them.
As Elliot approvingly nodded, sighing, he sat himself down along with them, doing the posture within seconds giving the two a perplexed and surprise face.
"Ight, so what now?" Tasia voice then sounded. Successful calming her wavy breath and staining posture, and Elliot, as he knew Core Enhancing was just not any technique you can immediately teach, he wondered for a moment.
Going back, the Owlers too had a hard time grasping it, but were able to do it as theyre already experienced wizards and fighters. Their Core was enhanced naturally through experience. But now, he's facing two guys that doesn't even know what Expelliarmus is.
"Ehmh," He coughs clearing his throat. Continuing, "Close your eyes. Clear your thoughts out, all you need is my beautiful voice."
The two closed their eyes as they lightly snorted, first taking the moment of silence to clear their minds. Next step was then said.
"Try to feel, feel a thing in the very middle of your body. Faint or not, feel it."
The two nodded, hearing the peaceful sound of the night. Birds that are flying back to their nest, the wind that was cooling everyone's evening. The beast that were waking up in their sleep. This was not an easy thing to do, and would take time so. Even him had a hard time, but as he already know what is the basic of it and also having, though a narcissistic master, but pretty hella skilled one, hence, with that, he had more a better time. So Elliot only hopes for the best. He turned on his energy perception, seeing the cores of his friend. Both were small, but definitely more than the average. Like expected, they haven't yet felt it. Not gaining the access to activate it and control on how they want to use it. Which can result to future wrong use of mana and explode something out. One reason why accidental magic happens.
Elliot sooner felt a bit unsatisfied and disappointed. But not surprised at all. Half an hours passed since then and nothing at all happened. He was feeling angsty.
"Are we there yet?"
The hopeful Justin asked, though he himself knows that nothing changed. Nor he felt a thing at all. Maybe his hungry and achey stomach perhaps.
"Fuck, we can't do it!"
And there's comes the inpatient Tasia opening her eyes finally. Technically, not that really inpatient if you literally pretended like you performed a rip off of meditation for half an hour. Wasting time not able to be productive.
Elliot bit his lips as he scrubs his temple looking at the two. There was some minutes left before theyre needed back at the castle, or else, some nosy stuck up kids will report them.
But there was at least the left hope in his heart.
"Alright try it again, but.....forgive me if you died," Elliot plainfully said as if it was any normal. And the two just snorted as if believing his statement.
The two closes their eyes once again, going back to the right posture strained already, grunting. They weren't mad or annoyed by Elliot, instead, by themselves. They're not enough, that's what their brain believes.
As Elliot calmed his breath, he started the process. The three were only a meter apart from each other, and that's enough. Using his own stored mana, he started releasing it. But not by solid or liquid for, instead, spiritual form.
It won't be seen by the naked eye, only those who have energy perception. And it can be felt by those who have their sensitivity set high. It was just like in the air. In the atmosphere. It was blending in with them.
It's basically his mana going outside his body, like an aura, but as aura surrounds body, it was doing the opposite instead. It has a destination. A path. And that place is Justin's and Tasia's core.
The two started sweating hard as their body felt something they've never felt. It was cold, yet hot. Their body hair started going up as they cooled off.
There was an unusual force around the three as wind and dust started surrounding them like a typhoon.
"W-what is this?"
One asked as he felt something. It was being filled. Like a box, where liquid is being stored in it. It was painful. Forceful. It was like eating so much food even though you're already full. Or maybe drinking gallons of water within a short time.
"Just stay still-"
Elliot crunched his face as unknown to the two, he splurted out bits of blood on his nose and mouth. Keeping it to himself enduring it. Now he knows. Everyone's core is different. It acts according to what shit they're best at.
And the two ones are definitely more outstanding than his previous core. Theres was more defined. Tasia was strong. It was not giving in unless Elliot try to force his mana more. It was not submitting, almost repelling actually. Rock hard, like Tasia.
And as usual, opposite for Justin. His was smooth, like crystal smooth. It gave up immediately, and surprisingly, forcing Elliot to give more energy. It has no end.
And as the session was being performed, the two finally felt paths in their inner self. It was a Meridian. Paths that connects his hands, legs, feet, head, etc.
In Elliot's knowledge, this is what he calls Energy Extremity. A Meridian like path ways that the energy goes to. Like a nerve or something. If you let's say, want to form an energy in your hand. Then using the pathway to your hand, controlling your energy to go there will make you successfully do Simple Magic.
But the two didn't know everything about like that at all. As there mind was amaze as well as perplexed.
It was indeed magic.
