But enough of that, i'm not even strong enough to get out of here, much less think about creating my own Space Rings which I wouldn't even need to do for now.
I decided to break through to the 3rd Level of Body Refinement Realm today.
I spent a bit meditating to calm my mind and to prepare, I absorb a bit more Low Tier 1 Void Essence in case anything had happened during the process.

After a while I had calmed down my turbulent thoughts and decided now is the best time to break through to the 3rd Level.
There were different methods to breaking through to different levels, but I wouldn't need to use a different method till breaking through to the 4th Level of Body Refinement.
I ran the method accordingly and started to refine the Essence in the surroundings, some of it Low Tier 1 Void Essence and some Mid Tier. While breaking through to the next level was the perfect time to absorb Mid Tier 1 Void Essence and to refine my body in the process just so that i don't collapse from the overexertion of the Essence during the breakthrough.
The process went smoother than expected and had taken me a day to break through. After breaking through my body was hardened to an increased degree and my senses were sharper. I could now somewhat 'see' the Essence in the surroundings but it was like gas, only the movements were visible while I was in a certain range of the Essence.
My Qi Sea had also been strengthened to a better degree than before. I feel like I would be able to start refining Mid Tier 1 Void Essence without straining my body to a certain degree, but I would be able to strengthen my body using the Mid Tier 1 Void Essence during the refinement so that I would be able to refine more while also refining my body and my Qi Sea.
I decided to strengthen my Qi Sea before I had left, since it was a bit unstable. But now that I had broken through to the third level I think that I would be able to refine it so that it isn't as unstable as there are slight cracks and such which allows Essence to trickle out.
