A man walked through the dark alleyways. He wore a large coat and pulled it closer to him. The empty streets caused horror to creep up his skin, and the man gulled nervously.
Tonight he felt unsettled.
No sound could be heard, and no soul was seen in sight. His heart drummed against his chest, and his intuition acted up, making him feel as though he was being watched by a pair of keen eyes.
Goosebumps rose all over his body, and he hurried his steps in anxiety. At the same time, he hugged the bag in his hand tighter after gulping.
That's when, he heard the footsteps behind him. It made him pause for a second before he was about to rush away. But his endeavors remained unsuccessful, and a scream escaped from his mouth, echoing through the streets.
A sharp pain penetrated his being, and with his widened eyes, he looked back. They fell on the auburn haired teenager behind him. Those black eyes of his were blank as he took his life.
