"Lady Odette," Adrian whined, "you sneaked out with Dennis again."
"Hmm."
Noticing how Odette barely paid him any attention, Adrian felt discontent. Standing in front of her, he narrowed his eyes at her, trying to appear solemn as he said, "What about me? It is as though you forgot about me these days. You are always busy or spending time with Dennis. Are you abandoning me, Lady Odette?"
Amusement crossed through Odette's eyes. The boy's complaints never got old to her. She poked his puffed up cheeks with her finger and stated, "Grow up then. Do you see Dennis whining around like you? How unbecoming of you."
Adrian's eyes widened. As though he received a large attack, he grabbed on to his chest while his face dramatically contorted.
"Lady Odette, you have changed."
Odette laughed at his antics before saying, "Enough now. Be ready to go with to the Palace tomorrow."
"Eh?"
