CHAPTER TWENTY-EIGHT
Desi thought of how to get out of the situation. It had been a minute and none of them wanted to leave.
"ahhhhh!" She cried out. Shocking everyone. She jumped up and hurried to the sink. Pouring a large amount of water in her mouth which ended up over flowing from her mouth.
She gargled with water continuously until she was sure that all attention was on her. She turned to the people outside the door.
"Who amongst you is the head chef?"
She asked in a commanding tone. This instilled fear on the head chef that he ran to the front.
"I am the one madam."
"How can there be so much pepper in this, do you want me to die?" She asked the chef.
Putting on a poker face. She ran to Michael, hugging him from the back, she said.
"Hubby, I had come here to make sure that they prepared the meal well. Who would have thought they added a sack of pepper in the food. Now my tongue is burnt. Hubby you have to do something!"
Michael "....."
Head chef "...."
Others "....."
Desi kept on acting all cute. Snuggling closer to Michael. Inhaling the scent coming from his shirt. But why could she smell tomato? Oh oh, she must have fed too much.
They all looked at Desi with pity. How were they going to tell her that Young Master prepared the stewed pepper chicken himself.
Someone had to tell her!
Suddenly the temperature dropped in the room.
All the chef shivered.
"Hubby, why is it so cold in here?" she asked finally raising her head from Michael's body.
Michael's face was pitch black. Why was he angry. Oh, he wants to deal with the chef! Desi thought.
"Hubby it's okay, you don't have to get angry. They all need to upgrade their culinary skills. They are still in the basics."
Bang! One of the chefs fainted. This new madam doesn't know when to shut it.
Michael pushed her away and left the kitchen with heavy steps.
"What's wrong with him!" Desi couldn't help but ask the Chef.
"Madam Young Master prepared the food himself."
"What!"
"I have finally annoyed the red eye Demon from the pit of hell"
She ran to her room and locked the door, panting heavily.
