With steady steps and long strides, I walked towards the forest. Every now and then, I would look back to check whether or not I was being followed by any of those on campus stalker girls.
They sure were persistent even after knowing that I already had a girlfriend and getting rejected by me for heavens know how many times. I was irked by their behavior after an year and a half, I stopped paying attention to any of them. Why would I look for another woman when I already had one?
'Then why are you after the white headed beauty?'
And here it was once again, my nagging subconscious. I wondered why it was siding with her so much. It was always busy taking a nap whenever I was with Dana. Did it like Dana that much? Or did it hate Dana that much? It had to be the earlier case as it couldn't be the latter.
"Why don't I give you to her? You two will surely get along well, too well if I may say."
I muttered under my breath. By her, I didn't mean by Dana. I was referring to Amara, the white headed beauty which my subconscious tended to admire so much.
I looked over my right shoulder once again to make sure there was no one in sight as I walked into the forest. I knew going into the forest in broad daylight would be too conspicuous, especially at this hour. But I wasn't given any choice when at the time as I knew it was the only place I would find Dana since she had no class scheduled for her at this hour.
She didn't prefer to spend much of her time with humans. She was one of those angels who believed in the fact that celestial beings were not supposed to mingle with the common creatures, by which she meant humans in specific. So, she preferred to spend her free time in the wooden hut and utilize it to practice spells.
I shook off the thoughts from my mind when I saw the wooden hut just a few steps away. I needed to focus on the more important matter at hand. I needed to give her a piece of my mind about her putting a spell on my belongings without my permission, that too such a strong one. I might have turned a blind eye to the matter if her actions hadn't hurt someone, especially a fellow being.
"Dana?"
I called out her name softly as I knocked at the door. I could have entered without bothering myself to act so gentleman-ly, but I didn't want to interrupt her with the sudden bust if in case she was in between reciting a spell. That would do her no good and could even potentially damage her brain cells if it was a strong spell.
"Come in."
I heard her voice coming in after a minute.
It seemed that I was indeed right about her being in between practice. As the door opened from the inside, I was stepped inside and like always, I found myself pinned against the wall. Before I could utter my protest, my lips were sealed by hers.
"D-Dana."
I mumbled against her lips as she refused to stop and her hands trailed down on my body before her fingers traced their path back up my torso which only made a certain part of my body stand up in attention. If it wasn't for my boxers restraining my third leg and the fabrics between our bodies, I would have been too distracted to remember the purpose I was there for.
As her lips moved over mine, it was getting hard for me to keep my mind and thoughts on track. With every ounce of restraint in me, I managed to pull my face away from hers.
"Not now." I uttered in between my gasps for air. The effect this woman had on me. Damn!
"What do you mean by not now?" I heard her protest as she pushed her body against mine. "I know you want me just like I want you." She continued as she pressed her pelvis against my bulge.
"I am here for something important. I need to ask you something."
I managed to force the words through my gritting teeth as I pushed her body off mine. I needed to have my space if I wanted to have a proper chat with her about the matter. With her clinging to me, it would only end in some sort of heated make-out session.
"Speak." She gave me a one word response and walked away from me after giving me a frustrated response.
"Why did you put on a spell on my bag?"
I went straight to the point as I found it useless to dance around it.
"Oh, that! Isn't it obvious that I wanted to protect your belongings?" She answered me right away as she shrugged her shoulders in a nonchalant way.
"I don't mind you using around spells like it's a God-damned confetti. But using them on my things without my permission is a big no?" I glared down at her which only earned me a frown.
"Geez! No need to get worked up so much. I won't do it from onwards." Giving me the same 'I-am-not-so-bothered-by-it' look, she answered me, which only added to my fury.
"How can you take matters like this so lightly? Because you used a silver spell for protection of a mere bag, someone was hurt." I spoke up, raising my voice a couple of notches. I had always turned a blind eye to her actions even though she managed to get on my nerves a few times, but this was the first time I was enraged to such a extent by her.
"She got hurt because of your stupidity, and I am blaming myself for it." I almost yelled at her as Amara's red palm flashed through my mind once again.
