At Shonen Weekly Publishing building
All executives member of the company are called for the emergency meeting. Each leader was dressed in a business suit.
"Director Zang, why did you gather us in such a rush for?"

She take the book that she has already prepare and gives everyone each copies before return to her seat. Of course it is "Naruto" manuscript.
Each leader take the book in front of them and start read silently.
Ten minutes later
"Has ha ha...Director Zang where did you find this masterpiece from?"
"Yes, I can't beleve it if I don't see this myself. This is the best manga I have seen in my life."
"Director Zang, what is your plan? We'll follow whatever you do without question."
"I suggest that we must give this manga our best resourse. First step, we should print 1 million copies to test the market. Second, we have to make advertisement on TV, Radio, Internet and every kind of media. I want everyone in this country hear about this manga. This is the revolution in Comic Entertainment. This is the era of manga." Director smirks. His eye shows how much ambitious he is.

Shonen Publishing issues release a new manga "Naruto" in a big wave.
The news is spread through everywhere around the country like Magazine, Newspaper, TV Show even on Internet default search or Main page recommendation and website link and such.
The storm call "Naruto" cause the big shock everywhere.
