At the booksore
There's a line inside is growing longer and longer.
"I want a copy of Naruto."
"Give me three copies please."
"Hey, give me ten copies as well."
"Sorry sir, the book is out of stock." The clerk looks at the long line and bows apology.
"Then hurry up make a call to the company. I can wait."
"Yes, I don't leave if I can't buy even 1 copy."
One after another refuse to leave. They stand in line and wait in order.
The nearby people watch long line with the queston mark on their head. When they go and ask them, they dumfound.
"What? Everyone is here to buy the new manga? Such a long line? What kind of manga is this?" The byslander shocked.
"I heard that this manga name is Naruto. The story is very interesting. It's talking about the ninja and they said the fighting scene is amusing. This is the first time I ever see such a book. I going to wait to buy one as well." He said and stand at the back of the line.
"Well, I'm have nothing to do anyway. I'm going to wait for awhile too." He shakes his head and go stand in the line too.
Some people buy the book because they're curious about the new type manga, some think the story is interesting and some want to buy the manga to make the reference. Anyway, the book is selling like the hot cake. Surprisily, there's a line in every bookstores. It causes such a huge commotion in intenet and the book is selling even more and more.
At the Shonen Publishing
"Chief Editor, they're out of stock!"
"How many bookstores already?"
"All of them, sir."
"How many books have we sell so far?"
"We already print 1 millon books as the order but now they all sold out. Now we receive the call all over the places for an additional copy. We have not expected the sales to be this crazy. It's simple frightening."
"Ok print more copy. Call all staff to work overtime. Tell them that I'll give bonus later. And you make a call to the delivery company. Tell them to send the book to the places as fast as possible."
"Yes sir."
At the conference room of Shonen Weekly
All executive bureaus and the director didn't go back home today. They stay in the room and watch the big screen speechless. That's right, they feel speechless. How can they not when they saw the number of selling book.
They sell more than 2 millon copies in one day. This is the breaking record.
They work more than 10 years in the company. The best they can sell is not even reach 100 000 books in a year. But this new manga is selling more than 2 million books already and this is only the First day.
"Am I dream? If it is a dream, I don't want to wake up anymore."
"Can you pinch me? Is there any error in number? I am going crazy."
"Aww, it hurt. Has ha ha...I'm hurt. It's not dream."
"Calm down everyone. This is only the first day. If we surprise everyday, i'm afraid you will have heartattack sooner or later.
Now it seem our company survival is secured. As long as we promote this manga more, i think it's not a dream that we stand at the top of manga company in this world anymore."
"Yes we have to promote more. If we need more money, I even can spend my own."
"Me too. I know following director suggestion is the best decision."
"Director please give us the order. What we have to do next?"
Everyone silently stare to the director await his order. They know they can success if they listen to him. He is the main brain of the company.
"Ok now listen up. This is the crucial situation. If we make any mistake, we'll doom together."
Everyone in the room can't help guld together. They make a serious face and listen carefully.
"First, we must not leak any information of the author. If other companies know about the person who write the book, they will use any mean necessary to take him away for sure.
Second, we have to make sure that he stays by our side. I want to increase his manga royalty and I want him to work full time in our company. If he wants, I even give him a share of our company. What do you think?"
"I understand that we have keep a secret about him but why do we have to invte him and even give him a share? We already make a contact."
"You are too naive. Do you think someone who can even write this new manga not able to make another one? And who do you think he sell his new work to? If by any chance, he decides sell it to another company, what do you think will happen?" Director Zang smirks and look at him like an idiot.
"Ahh!! I'm sorry sir. I'm not thinking far enough." He bows his head and the sweat drop on his forehead.
"I agree with your suggestion."
"I fully support your idea."
One after another all agree to his idea. Because they can imagine the situation is very dangerous as he say.
If the situation develops as they think, the company will have a strong rival and they can't guaranty if they can win in the end. All they have in mind is "This person can change the world. He is too terrifying."
And back to our MC, he stays in his room and now he feels so excited while await his reward.
