When they reached college, they did not find Liang's car in the parking assigned for the student council president. As there was still time for classes to begin, the two friends decided to wait there.
Just then Buzz came over to them. Looking lovingly at Meili he said "good morning beautiful." And extended his hand which was holding a small bag. Curiously taking the bag from him, Meili peeped in it to find her favorite cheesecake pastry.
Overjoyed, Meili jumped and hugged Buzz thanking him. Just when Buzz was about to return the hug, Meili stepped back and started relishing the cheesecake. Buzz was left with his hands hanging in the air as if he was about to hug someone, well he was.
But looking at the cute bunny with cheesecake stuffed in her mouth, he forgot everything and just focused his gaze on her face.
There was some cream cheese on the side of Meili's mouth. Spotting it, Buzz wished "how I wish I could lick that off" but he settled for wiping it with his hand.
"hey what are you doing?" Meili retreated when she saw Buzz reaching out to her.
"just this… you clumsy little bunny." Buzz said wiping the cream off. Meili just replied with an 'oh'
All this while, Jinjing had her eyes set on the entrance of the college. She did not pay attention to what the other two were up to.
In that moment, Liang's car made its way to the parking spot. Jinjing moved forward as if she had springs attached to her feet, but stopped when she saw Jiaying step out from the passenger seat.
She clearly heard her say "Brother Liang I hope you liked the breakfast. It was my first time cooking for anyone."
She slyly sneaked a look at Jinjing who had heard everything she said and was satisfied with the expression on her face, just as she wanted.
Taking a deep breath, Jinjing calmed herself and approached Liang, who was intentionally delaying his departure from the parking lot so as to let Jinjing approach him.
There was a very small smile on his face when he heard her call his name "Liang?"
Before turning to her, he returned to his indifferent look again "yes?"
"I have something important to talk to you. Can you please spare some time?"
"yeah sure!" Liang agreed. He wanted her to pacify him and was eagerly waiting to experience the extent to which she would go for him.
Panicking that everything would be sorted out between the two, Jiaying tried butting in "ohh!! We should hurry, the class will start soon." She tried pulling Liang along but Liang did not budge. Instead he told Buzz and Meili to carry on they will join them in the afternoon session.
Liang and Jinjing walked away from the group. Meili pulled the third wheel along so that she would not interfere.
