Walking down the hall of the palace, Sirius frown deeply as he carried on in rush steps. His hands clenching knowing exactly where Celesti may hid to.
Passing through the secret entrance to the garden Sirius couldn't help but be overcome with a feeling of nervousness. A strange feeling frightening feeling. As he reached down the path and stood infront of the two large doors his heart pounced against his chest. As the doors creaked open his eyes widen catching sight of a slim figure standing besides the silver tree.
"Celesti!"
Sirius called out stepping inside the garden as the doors began closing behind him. There she stood besides the large tree. Her back facing him as she placed her hand gently on one of the large roots of the tree. As a slight breeze passed through the garden her hair shifted slightly. Something in that moment shocked Sirius in that moment to go still.
His heart pounding as he stared at his sister. In the moment she turned her head over her shoulder to face him . He knew.
"You..."
He traced off in astonishment before kneeling down with his eyes glued on the ground in front of him. His eyes widening in shock at the sudden aura pushing him down to submission.
"You knew right away." Celesti spoke out calmly. Her voice sounding suddenly different. A different lightness to it, with little emotion yet carried a certain gentleness to it.
"Mother." Sirius greeted out still not allowing himself to raise his head.
Without a sound he felt her presence grow closer before she stood in front of him. The fresh smell of a forest after a light rain caught his senses. With the lightest touch her fingertips touched the top of his head.
Shivering at the slight coldness of her hand he lifted his head slightly taking a hold of her hand before placing a small kiss on her fingers.
"My evening star, please stand." She spoke out gently. With uncertainty he forced his eyes to clear of any emotions as he stood up slowly. His eyes gazing down at her appearance. He had always felt discomfort when seeing her in this form. This appearance that look identical to his own sister. Same yet different.
Unlike Celesti's long silver hair that grew in loose waves to her thigns. The silver doe's silver hair seemed to glow like fresh snow, Growing long and straight like a waterfall as it touched the ground. Bangs parted down the middle as they brushed against her chin. Her eyes a clear icy blue. Her face features seemed almost identical to that of Celesti's. Yet she barred a making on her forehead in the shape of a star.
"Your sister is sleeping peacefully in my forest so I thought it'd be rude to wake her up."
The silver doe spoke out gently with a motherly smile as she started up at Sirius.
"You've grown since the last time i saw you."
Frowning at her words he turned his head to the side trying to relieve his heart from the pain.
"Soon you'll become a great emperor like your father."
"Tell me."
Sirius interrupted her words.
"Why did you take away her gift? Why give it to her in the first place?"
Sirius questioned her turning to gaze at her as her eyes widen the slightest before she smiled once again.
"The gift is something that can strain the holder. I loved Celesti even before she was born which is why I gave her the silver leaf as proof. But she didn't need it growing up. I gave her the gift when the war started because she needed it. And took it back afterwards because she no longer needed it."
Frowning at her words Sirius before he took in a small breath clenching his fists.
"Answer me this. When that foolish boy swore his loyalty and heart before you all those years ago. Was his heart misplaced?"
