Jeff's Pov
I look through the diary with Ben, a 'frown' tugging at my lips as we flip through the pages, our heads snapping up when we hear talking downstairs. We discard the book on the bed and rush downstairs, anger shooting through the two of us as our glares narrow at the female bound to the chair, her phone smashed into pieces on the ground. I let out an aggravated growl as I pull out my phone, ready to lunge at the female before I feel myself lifted and dangled into the air, a cry of pain leaving my lips as I feel my head connect with someone else's.
"Fuck Slender you didn't have to snap us together!" I snap, glaring at the elder creepypasta as I rub my head with a growl.
"Jeez we were just trying to do some research," Ben groan, holding his head in pain as the two of us dangle in the air.
"Just what kind of research involves tying a person to a chair and snooping through their personal things?" the being snaps, causing the three of us non-Enderman to wince in pain from the static laced in the angered voice.
"We were trying to protect you and Sally! You don't know who the hell this woman is and you should have seen they way she held and used a gun! An elementary teacher? I think not!" Ben exclaims, scowling at the female.
"I learned to defend myself as a kid so why should you care?! Plenty of teachers learn how to use guns!" the female snaps, her voice slightly hoarse from the effect of Slender's voice. "And everyone is entitled to their own privacy including that of their past."
"I've had my own suspicions about Ms. L/N's past but I don't go about like an uneducated dunce performing highly, and not to mention rude, unnecessary snooping. It's disrespectful and if there's something that I wish to know I'll simply ask her myself or do my own proper investigation. The members of Slender Mansion are my highest priority so if I had a worry this human would be torn apart and on her way through my digestive track and natural decomposition in the woods," he snaps, setting the two of us down before taking a deep breath and giving Y/N a deep bow. "I give you my apologies for the actions of these two Y/N and for any discomfort I have caused you as well." he says, moving to untie the young female from her chair.
"How old are you anyway? You look barely old enough to be in high school," Ben says, cowering and shutting his mouth when he gets a 'glare' from Slenderman.
"Benjamin I have told you about inquiring upon a woman's age for they may find it offensive just as you or Jeffery would. Unless you've known a person for a lengthy time period or are considering dating a person keep your age inquiries to yourself," he growls, whacking elf boy with a tentacle.
"If you MUST know I'll be twenty-one in a few weeks," she says, rubbing her chaffed wrists with a sigh. "And yes I still live with my parents."
"No you don't. The two of us have gone through this entire house. Even if they were on vacation you own the largest room in the house and the spare bedroom contains NO clothing and NO personal items," I says, glaring at the female with a satisfied smirk.
Your Pov
Hey Y/N what was your idea of a good morning? Getting attacked and questioned by creepypastas sticking their noses in business that really didn't concern them. Hey! That was mine too!
You let out a slightly aggravated sigh as you narrow your glare on the two younger pastas before you, completely aware of Slenderman's calculating and slightly menacing gaze. You can't lie to these creatures but that was alright with you because you knew plenty of ways in which you could walk around and stay vague.
"Okay fine, I don't live with my parents are you happy? They passed away when I was younger and I've spent a lot of time on my own. A few years ago I found this town and did volunteer work at the elementary when the highschool did a program for it. I got a job, worked to buy the house, and when I graduated I started working with the kids and haven't had any desire to leave ever since," you explain, ready to kick them out if they inquired any further. Your past is the past and you wanted to hear no more on it.
"There's a reason you lie about your past Miss L/N. I certainly hope that your secrets don't bring harm to Sals or any of the other students you teach. I haven't grown fond enough to regret killing you yet," Slenderman states, clearly sensing my agitation and unease regarding the subject of my past. "Do watch your step." the faceless being warns before seizing the two intruders and teleporting out.
"Believe me I've been watching my steps my whole life," I mumble, running a hand through my hair as I tear slightly. And I only wish the reasons I do didn't involve the death of the two people I relied on most.
