CHINKY's POV
The next morning, Grandma Yna called because she will take me to an Ob-Gyne whom she knew, for a check-up and we are be able to confirm if I am really pregnant. Chrysler seemed to be busy, so we just gave up on him.
And I don't think he really has the interest to find out if I'm really pregnant or not and it makes me sad.
THAT WAS when we arrived at Grandma's friend's Hospital clinic. I immediately met Grandma's Ob-Gyne friend, Dra. Jovelyn Viado, who looks like the Filipina actress Janette Agbayari; beautiful, young and sexy, my total opposite. And right away she started my ultrasound.
"Mrs. Cruise, please lie down." Dra. Jovelyn told me.

"Okay, done. Let's just wait for the result." Dra said with a smile on her face.
So, I immediately fixed myself and went to the waiting area. When Grandma saw me coming out, she smiled at me.
"How was it, hija?" She asked happily.
She seems so excited. Well, if I'm really pregnant, he will be the first grandchild of the family. Owemji. It is as if I want the result to be positive.
Few minutes later, Dra Jovelyn approached us to the waiting area with a wide smile.
"Congratulations! It's positive! You've been pregnant for almost two weeks already." She announced.
I'm confused and I don't know what to react or to say!
"Wow!" I heard Grandma's happy voice, and then I felt she hug me tightly.

Still, I don't know how I'll react! It didn't want to sink into my brain. I mean, it was sinking in but I was denying it.
"Hey, cheer up and smile, that was a good news, hija." Grandma said again and helped me seat.
My knees were shaking. There is already a little angel inside my womb. I was crying. Women become emotional when pregnant. Now I can see why my Ate Jo and Ate Pilar used to be so dramatic when they were pregnant.
Shocks! I'm going to be a Mother, after nine months! I hope she looks like, oh no, I want her or him to look like Geun Seuk oppa or just be as healthy as possible.

Well, I need to grow now, not physically but emotionally and mentally, for my Baby's future. Oh, my! The Nanay's baby--which is me--will be having a baby soon.
Grandma smiled as I eat. I am so mischievous and i really eat every food in the table and Grandma was just watching me, as if she was enjoying what she see.
I eat like there's no tomorrow, so, grandma think thay my baby might grow up immediately and after nine months I might have been a monster but I can't do anything because I love to eat.
I WENT to work. Owemji! The mixed scents inside the office was stinky (for me). So, I covered my nose because I feel like vomiting. Wait, I'm really nauseated!
I quickly went to the CR, and I found Sarah who is there for a retouch. I quickly headed to one of the cubicles to do what I wanted to do.
"Buwehhhhh !!" I vomited.
But I could not vomit. Actually, I was just dizzy and nauseated.
"Hey Chinky, are you okay?" I heard Sarah ask me, in front of the cubicle.
"I'm okay!" I replied as I wiped my mouth.
The hardships of being pregnant. Dung! And it's just really weird!
"Buweeeeh!" I heard Sarah knocking me over.
"Are you not feeling well? Have you eaten anything bad? Did anyone punch you in the stomach? Are you pregnant?" she asked me.
Am I Pregnant? Omeged! What to do? I opened the cubicle door — I saw Sarah there wondering and worried.
I can't tell her that I'm bearing a child on my womb! Because they might suddenly ask who the dad is and my Devil Boss might throw me to the deepest part of hell.
"What? How are you feeling?" she said.
"Uhm, ah—" God!
I see the sincerity in her concern eyes. And I think I can't lie to her. She's kind to me. Her two eyebrows rose as she waited for my answer. Suddenly I was nervous. Should I tell her?
"Uhm, yeah, I'm pregnant—"
Her cellphone starts ringing.
"Wait for a minute," she said, I nodded and took a deep breath. She answered her phone call right away.
She talked to her phone for a few minutes, and returned to me on the cibucle, after five minutes.
"What are you saying again? Who is pregnant?" She asked. My braveness went missing.
"Uhm, well, a young actress is pregnant with her young actor boyfriend, you know, showbiz news." I've changed my mind.
"Well yes, I've watched that news last night."
I was sweating from head to toe. Fortunately Sarah was a bit gullible but promise she is kind! Sorry, Sarah! I will tell you in God's perfect time.
We left the CR together. As we walk down the hallway we meet DB as in Devil Boss. I avoided his eyes and as if I didn't see him.
"Good morning, sir." Sarah greeted DB. Sarah even tapped my shoulder for me to greet him, but I didn't! We kept walking.
"Why you didn't greet him? Are you mad at him?" Sarah asked.
"Oh, no, I didn't see him. " I replied.
"Hooo! It think you didn't like his presence because he is a bit devilish but come to think of it, what more to the girl whom he would marry?" Sarah smiles and shook her head.
Gosh! Gladly, I am still alive in God's mercy!
"But let's not deny that he is so hot, he looks like Jang Geun Seuk, really! He's also rich, model-like, talented and oozing with sex appeal, he's almost perfect!" she explained.
Yeah, that's so true but he's not even my ideal guy. Eww!
Well, after I get off to work, I went home. All of a sudden, I craved for "balut", so I bought five pieces in the market
YES, I immediately removed the shell of the "balut" and dip it in a spicy vinegar, I left the chick because I am saving the best for last.
While I am eating, will also start cooking dinner. And to top it off, I cooked Fried chicken for Chrys, LOL, just kidding, I cooked spicy chicken curry.
He also love spicy flavours. This is some of the informations that Grandma have told me.
So, I started cooking. I learned to cook since I lived here alone in Manila to study and of course my Nanay and Ate had taught me to cook.
It's almost five thirty and I'm hungry already! Wait, I'm pregnant! I shouldn't starve our baby. It's okay that I'm hungry, but I can't afford to feel that my baby is hungry! So, i started my dinner and Chrys. is still not around.
Hmff! I'll just re-heat the food, he's already late. I just covered the foods and went to the living room to watch TV.
I'm now watching Tom and Jerry on the cartoon network. Oh, my! They are so cute. Wait, what if my baby would turn out to be alook alike of Tom or Jerry? My God!
I quickly moved to another channel. I moved again into horror movies, I'm not scared, but baby might scared. Move, move, move, until I feel sleepy.
CHRYSLER's POV
Honestly, I don't really have a meeting or import to do that day. I was busy with paperworks. I didn't want go with Grandma and Chinky to accompany them in an Ob-Gyne clinic. What should I do? A text message awakened my blood.
A message from Lola Yna
"My loving Apo, congrats! It's positive, your wife is two weeks pregnant! "
I almost drop my jaw with that news! Chinky is now really a Cruise! My head aches!
Argh! Because of Angela's longingness, this whole thing happened. I'm really going to be Daddy. I do not know what to do! I'm not yet ready! I don't even know what I'm going to do! Argh! Dammit!
I know Grandma is the happiest person in this world at the moment - and vice versa - In contrary, I'm the saddest person on the planet. I met the nook girl.
I already have bottles of beer. YES you're right! I'm here today at the bar and drinking alone. I'm down for the sheds! I thought I was just married, but I still think of annulment when Angela comes home. Yeah! I still love her!
"Beer here!" I ordered the bartender in front of me. I just wish I could drive home.
CHINKY's POV
Someone is knocking at the door. So, I was alarmed by the loud music, so, Chrys immediate.
Time check: 1am.
I have fallen asleep because of waiting for the Devil boss! I fell asleep in the living room. I wiped my saliva first and quickly walked m to the door to see on the CCTV monitor who was pressing the doorbell and I saw Chrys, so I quickly opened it.
"Don't you have a key or have you forgotten your condo password?" I told him.
My nose clutched as I could smell the strong odor of wine clinging to his body. Just as I sniffed him, I was suddenly intoxicated.
"I forgot that pregnant women are sensitive to anything." He said.
I didn't answer him. Why is he drunk anyway? And he was really really drunk! As he walked, I just followed behind him.
He took off his shoes and a few buttons on his polo shirt and I am so aware of his mouth-watering broad chest.
How does it feels like being enveloped by his yummy biceps and mouth-watering broad chest? I quickly shook my head. The heck I was thinking?
I still follow him and my eyes widened when I saw him almost fell. And exactly right before he kiss the cold tiles, I quickly caught him. But because of his weight and height, I was also knocked down.
My eyes widened, as he squinted at his drunkenness. He was knocked out and fell asleep and I've been trapped between him and the floor and I could smell his alcoholic breath because our faces are just inches away. And in a very unexpected time, I got jinxed and our lips met! Oh my goodness! I blinked for a moment and then stood up quickly, leaving Chrys kissing the floor.
Suddenly my heartbeat accelerated. Then my knees shook. I feel a sudden warmth in both cheeks and body. I just kissed him! NO! I didn't kiss him! It's the gravity that pulled us together — to kiss. That's right!
That's NOT the case! I do NOT like it. Stop acting like so affected. Argh! That soft lips, even though he smells like wine, is still sweet.
I was touched by heart that it almost went out of my ribcage because of it's beat. Whoa! I can't breath! I stared at their sleeping face on the floor. And my heart starts to beat again — harder and faster.
Yeah! What is this feeling? I just can't explain !! Now I just noticed; he's really handsome. I lightly pinched his red cheek. The smoothness of his skin, the redness of his lips, the beauty of her brows. The nose is beautiful, the face is perfect plus he's tall of about six feet.
"Maybe I have a chance to save myself .." No way! I'm crazy! I can't fall in love with him! He's a Devil! But how's that, he's my baby's dad?
