The only thing that could be heard in the room was Alexa's laughter from watching the video. "What the hell. Deneza is... Hahaha..."
Eric cut her off while he was looking at Elijah and asked him, "So, is this another Leilanie thing?"
"Yes. Pretty sure." Elijah shrugs his shoulder while looking at his laptop. "I'm already used to how that doctor works."
Liam only look at him without saying anything, neither did Jayce.
"That doctor who keeps helping Leilanie from the shadows?" Alexa asked curiously as she looked at Elijah, her eyes were full of curiosity. She had heard of this man in the underworld as he had become a well-known surgeon.
Elijah stared at her as he lifted his right eyebrow and said: "Yes. He would always clean up everything Leilanie left behind." He them turn his attention on his laptop before adding: "But he always left two leads saying, where they take Deneza and where she went after that."
There was complete silence waiting for Elijah's next sentence but they heard nothing for a long time before Alexa broke it and said it with displeasure. "Brother Elijah how about stop being mysterious and continue your tale?"
Elijah shake his head and chuckled and said: "How can you be so impatient?" He looked at Liam and frowned as he said, "This time, he doesn't. He wiped everything except that footage."
Liam looked at the laptop and chuckled, "Looks like he's trying to delete it as well."
Elijah frowned hearing what Liam had said. When he looked at his laptop, his eyes widened because the file for that footage were completely erased. "What the fuck?! I haven't saved it on my cloud yet! Come on! That footage was the greatest blackmail for Deneza."
"Brother Elijah, I wouldn't have expected you to be that idiot." Eric said that when he lifted up his phone, he was looking at Elijah with a ridicule in his eyes.
"It is you who is stupid! I can still it get it. I'm afraid that doctor is not as skilled as I am. He's a doctor while I'm a hacker." Elijah said while getting Eric's phone and went on to say: "As you've already recorded, it is only a waste of my time to go so far. After all, that's illegal."
"Illegal your face! Everyone knew you." Alexa said as she made such a face and went on, "You creepy stalker."
"I'm no stalker, okay? You're not the only person I keep checking up on. Basically, each one of you. Brother Liam made me do it." Elijah said that while shrugging his shoulders, despite being used to being called a stalker, it really frustrated him.
"Are you really hopeless about not knowing exactly where Deneza is?" Jayce asked with a shade of concern.
Elijah smirked and said, "Country X, Road A."
"I though that doctor cleared everything?" Eric asked.
"He actually has, but I'm a hacker. I can get back anything I want, even if it has been deleted." He continued: "I'm quite interested about this doctor's identity." He paused for a moment before he boosted with pride. "He knew a little about hacking but not as skillful as I am."
Alexa rolled her eyes at him and said casually, "Then why not look for it?"
Elijah looked at her and laughs and said, "He's still someone from underworld. As much as I wonder who he is, I shouldn't look for it. It's a private matter." There was a long paused before he went on "Moreover, he just helps Leilanie clean up her mess and never hurt Deneza."
"Everyone should remember that Kayden told us not to touch Leilanie, and that's what we do." Liam said that while his eyes close and added: "You should know that Leilanie has been in high profile for these years, but if not for that doctor intervention, Leilanie could've died many times already."
Elijah nodded and said, "He only leaves tracks to tell us that it was Leilanie doing each time Deneza disappeared."
Jayce let out a deep sighed before she said "But again, I can't blame Leilanie, although I'm pretty upset about her." Her eyes narrowed.
"Only Deneza knew what really happened that day, and she didn't tell us anything." Inah commented out of thin air.
Alexa looked at her and said: "What the hell Sister Inah, you startled me, when did you arrive?"
Elijah laughingly said, "She was here the moment Eric mentioned her name, didn't you notice?"
Inah looked at Elijah and said with disgust written on her forehead, "What the heck Elijah. How about you act as if you haven't noticed? Don't make me sick. You creepy stalker."
Eric laughs and said, "Yeah right. That's a stalker for you! Brother Elijah knows everything."
Liam and Jayce said nothing because they also noticed her. And of course Alexa too, they just want to make fun at Elijah.
Elijah pressed her lips and just shook his head, "Now that you say so. Although all the evidence brother Sam has collected is false. I'll never believe that Deneza killed Shawn."
