"Do you like that one?"
Clyde asked Syra when he noticed that she was staring closely at one of the books displayed on the shelf.
"Yes..."
Syra on the other hand nodded her head slowly. She felt quite embarrassed asking Clyde to buy something for her again, knowing that the other party just spent a large sum buying her clothes the other day.
However, Clyde did not seem to mind about expenses.
"We will take this one."
He said to the attendant then he gestured to Syra to give it to the other party so she could wrap it up for them.
"100 magic stones for that, sir."
The wood nymph replied right away and Clyde handed her the payment without a second thought. The transaction went smoothly that it seemed as though they only took five minutes inside the bookshop.
Knowing that Syra was capable of reading the Marcellian text, Clyde did not find it a waste to buy the other party a book of her liking.
