"puff, puff"
The sweats forming on his forehead began to turn into a bullet-like form. He never felt such an intensity before in his life so making a mistake will be grave for him. Yes, throughout his lie, he never made any mistake. In short words, you can call him a perfect man.
If only he was a human.
The man standing who was out of his breath just now is who you call an angel, and his name is Gabriel the Archangel.
"This must be the reason why there's war in this world!" says the angel as he loses his balance and falls into his feet.
The reason why he is seemingly exhausted is that he has to fall in line just to buy his ingredients for the next week. He has to wait in line for an hour to get several ingredients that were on-sale on this particular day.
After an hour of waiting in line, he can finally go home with his newly bought ingredients to satiate his nutritional needs.
"Ahh! The lady in the cashier seems to be in a bad mood too." he sighed heavily as he recalled being stared by the cashier in the supermarket.
The angel Gabriel who seems to be a perfect person now faces his greatest enemy, and that is waiting for hours in a sale.
"If only I can hide my halo, I might be able to not stand out this much." He said as he caresses the halo that is floating above his head.
Yes, ever since he was tasked to go and observe this world, he wasn't able to conceal the fact that he has a halo. He was able to conceal his wings but not the halo, which did not make sense to him. Thankfully, the country he was assigned was called Japan. Everything all started back when he was promoted as an Archangel.

The young angel, Gabriel 22nd was recognized for his excellent performance as an angel with excellent grades on the academy of spirits.
Academy of Spirits - it is an academy in heaven dedicated to the spirits who were able to pass its gate and it is where they were transformed from spirits to angels. After passing from their old lives, all of their memories were cleansed and all of the connection they had in their past life was long gone as soon as they returned to being spirits.
At a banquet for celebrating his promotion, the young archangel was called by the Archangel Council to announce his first mission, or as they call it, pilgrimage in the human realm.
"Archangel Gabriel 22nd, you are hereby tasked to go to the human realm and check if everything is okay or if it's time for them to be judged already." Archangel Michaelangelo the First announced his mission.
Upon hearing this, the young Gabriel was delighted and excited to go to the human realm. Not to his knowledge, the human realm he was going to go was one among the infinite numbers of parallel world there is. This knowledge was only disclosed to every archangel only and since he was just promoted, he has to go and do something if the world he was supposed to go to still deserves to receive His Highness' grace or not.
Among the infinite numbers of worlds laid out upon the creation, some of them already experienced the judgment of God, and those some were the worlds that Gabriel's predecessor worked on to see if they're still good or not, and unfortunately, they all failed the mark. Hoping that this will be a world that still deserves to keep on going, the rest of the Archangels prayed for it.
Amidst the mumblings, Gabriel was taken by the awe of knowing his first mission first-hand given to him by his seniors. It was like he was inside in his own world.
After the announcement, he bid farewell to his classmates and Michaelangelo wished him good luck as he pressed the button in his right seat where Gabriel fell and landed on a mysterious alleyway somewhere in the human realm.

He crawls on the floor as he ha no strength to continue walking after running a flight of stairs to reach his apartment as an additional to him standing for an hour.
"I never thought of this at first but, living in the human world is really tough."
He never realized it but he left his door open as he crawls and for some reason, he heard several footsteps coming near him. As he turns around, he saw some men in uniform carrying several things next to his room.
"A new neighbor, huh?" he uttered to himself with almost a forced voice out of his vocal cords.
Before he realized it, he was now in his living room but as soon as he felt the cloth covering the floor in it, he instantly fell asleep.
