as everyone heard this they became even more frightened of this person *permission to kill* is all everyone thought as the guild master stood there "remember what you promised Haruta, calm yourself boy" as Haruta retracted his blood-lust still with his dead look he turned to Makarov "sorry about that, well i got something to deal with i'll let you deal with the rebellion oh and word of advice master keep aware of your surroundings oh and Natsu take care of Lucy will you" leaving the area the rest of them were confused with Erza concerned about her fellow guild member "Haruta?" with fairy tail going to war with Phantom guild Haruta left for Josei knowing exactly where he is, heading towards Phantoms main headquarters Haruta was covered in black mist with lightning as memories flashed past him every second not caring about his aura or stealth he was pissed, his cold menacing aura that black coated mist and purple lightning once again shadowing him with his red glowing eyes as deaths incarnate, sensing him Josei felt a surge of magical energy like never before not overwhelming more like a cold type of energy dark, and foul as Haruta made it to the front of the building he blew the massive doors down as they flew far back "i know your here, come out and i'll be lenient" as a cold and chilling voice spoke out directly to Josei he appeared "and who might you be? fairy scum i presume?" hearing the remark the room was being darkened as black mist was coming from the shadows, as hands with claws instead of fingers started warping out like a horror movie, Josei actually felt the killing intent immensely, and it was more than he had ever experienced "who are you boy?" asking in interest wanting to know who this young man that made even Josei himself sweat drop at the killing intent "shut your mouth and submit obediently" as Josei heard this he smirked "hah fairy trash dare speak to me like this" dashing at Josei Haruta covered his whole arm in dark energy and lightning aiming for his leg, however as he was entering range suddenly he was struck by what seemed to be floating skulls (boom) smashing in to the wall he got back up up with small wounds "i commend you on finding me, may i ask how you did so?" as Haruta coated his arm again looking directly at his target "simple i smelt Phantom trash heh" provoking him he disappeared from his spot only to reappear next to Josei hitting him in the face then sending him a kick to his legs tripping him Josei quickly reacted sending his skulls and whacking Haruta several times (boom) as Haruta made an energy like armour however Josei reacting quickly sent a force like beam at him getting sent in to the wall again annoyed and injured "(cough damn im too weak)" as he stood back up weakly Josei stood up as his face was a bit swollen from the hit earlier "that actually hurt you fairy fly" angered at what Haruta did "heh suits you, i should do it so-" (bam) being struck again spitting out blood and sent through the wall Josei was angered at him "(cough) what Phantom lords master (cough) get a boo boo hahaha" laughing at Josei he became even more infuriated, as he was sent the skulls towards Haruta again, Haruta annoyed at this tried something stupid coating the room in darkness Josei became confused stopping his onslaught "what did you do?" asking in question wondering whats going on "something stupid" as lightning struck the whole room both of them were struck immensely seeing as Josei was still conscious and Haruta was barely keeping awake from the use of magic energy he bit his tongue (boom) as he struck again he lost conscious
on the other hand with the Phantom guild currently in disarray as the plan hasn't gone into play with Josei not using his projection and Aria was defeated thanks to Haruta's advice along with Lucy not being kidnapped thanks to Natsu and returning guild members, everything went as planned however cut short as no one can find Josei or Haruta, as Makarov guessed it "Haruta has duked out with Josei...(sigh) such a reckless young man" as everyone heard this they were shocked, as Erza feared for him "Master we must find him now" with Makarov pondering on this he figured Haruta was in trouble due to his anger and emotions "i do not know where the boy could be, all we can do is hope to god and pray for his safety"
"hey Haruta, get up whats with the sleeping" as a burly mans voice spoke out Haruta looked up "Old man Sabato?" reaching his hand out as a tear went down his cheek "whats with the water works kid, i never taught you to be such a baby, come on your a grown man now" hearing those words reminded him "yeah but what do i do he's too strong" complaining to the man "it's a first i heard someone was too strong for you, or is it just your giving up?" saying so Haruta knelt down "giving up? i don't know.....should i give up?" hesitating on whether or not to give up till (bam) "since when did this brat ever learn to say such idiotic words, you give up i'll come back just to beat you, you hear me?" saying that he started fading away "yeah heh guess your right old man Sabato, thanks old man" laughing the man faded away, as Haruta opened his eyes he saw it a dark purple blade of energy headed straight to him, quickly reacting he went inside one of the shadows "DAMN BRAT!!! YOU DARE TO STRIKE ME WITH SUCH VULGAR ATTACKS SEE HOW I KILL YOU!!!" as Haruta concentrated watching for openings sensing for his magic flow he put a lightning current in his hands as he sent 5 lightning bolts towards Josei "such puny attacks won't effect me" as he vanquished them with a single slice Haruta dashed at him "i know thats why i coated dark energy on them" as the dark energy was absorbed into his shadow, his shadow started pulling on him resisting he ripped the shadow arms from him as he noticed Haruta going in for the finishing blow he quickly sent the skulls at him (whoosh) dodging them to the side he started dashing at him again, coming from behind he quickly jumped in the air kicking of one and turning into lightning punching Josei again however was caught unlucky as one of the 3 skulls struck him again "argh, damn it" as they both stood up weakly Josei grinned "seems i won this match now lay down and die HYAH" sending all the skulls at Haruta, he quickly made a dark energy wall and coated himself in mist and lightning as the skulls were stopped by the wall but breaking it at a fast rate, Haruta took the opportunity to absorb the dark energy around getting a small boost in magical power he pulled up a stance taking his tattered coat and shirt of "i'll put everything in this last attack" putting his hands together he formed a black like bolt with lightning surging around it as the wall broke he quickly jumped sideways barely dodging it earning a few scratches and a large wound on his side "GYAH, feeling the immense pain he knelt down sending dark energy just to keep the wound stable as he got up holding the bolt Josei was panting as they have both used a lot of magic power "guess its time i end this game fairy fly" creating a purple like ball Haruta readied his bolt, as they both Squared each others attack up they finally got to it "DIE FAIRY FLY/ YOUR FINISHED" (whoosh) (BZZT) (BOOM) (Crackle) (Crackle) (BOOM) as they were both sent in opposite direction due to the blast Haruta was injured massively and Josei was also similarly injured taking front of the explosion "(cough) i guess (cough) this may (cough) be it" as Haruta faded out of conscious Josei lost conscious too along with everyone spotting the massive explosion everyone knew Haruta was there rushing over in panic, as Erza and the rest saw Haruta wounded badly they rushed over "HARUTA!!!, wake up, WAKE UP/ no way this can't be/ dude no way your dying on us/ i will not have this" as they tried desperately to wake him up suddenly laughter was heard "heheheHAHAHAHA, so the bastards dead is he? how does it feel Makarov knowing you couldn't save your oh so precious children?' as Josei mocked Makarov "JOSEI...YOU BASTARD!!!" as Makarov grew anger and large, about to crush him till "(cough) (cough) (cough), ugh, what....a pain" hearing Haruta Makarov turned back rushing to his side, quickly someone heal him now, Haruta my boy, you foolish kid" as Haruta saw Erza he spoke "thanks Erza" hearing that she smiled "no worries you big idiot, just sleep now its all over" falling asleep as he was being healed they left the master with an injured Josei
"that brat sure is strong, damn can't believe i lost to him" as Makarov clenched his fist "why did you do it Josei, this could have all been avoided if you just refused to kidnap Lucy, now look you, you blundering fool you could have done so much more and could have become a role model for our younger ones" speaking out of pity he left Josei going back to guild
