The dryad held out to ask in mercy as her body shivered and drunk in lust. Her senses might have been violated but yet for her mentality. Trepidation filled the contents of her chest as Zeid walked towards her with a knife.
"Is he going to kill me?
Am I going to die?
Strip me, violate me, then fornicate me?
Chop me up and sell my parts on a black market?
But I'm a dryad. I'm the protector of this forest. I c-can not simply allow myself to end this way..."
When Zeid neared her she embraced herself and cowered in fear. However, he only passed by her and went towards Aqueshia who is squinting and crying in pain.
Zeid knelt down and grabbed her severed leg, almost losing its form. With a knife, he gently removed the vines writhed around it.
"You're a slime, aren't you?
Here. I know you can regenerate but it's faster if you have your parts back with you, is it not?"
Aqueshia nodded.
Zeid ambled towards her, knelt down, and offered her leg. Zeid held her around her shoulders behind her back acting as a support.
Aqueshia placed her severed leg with a grimace and reattached it back to its rightful place. Then Zeid placed a kiss on her forehead.
"You did well, Aqueshia."
A panel appeared and revealed Aqueshia's status. Just below her name revealed a small bar of HP, slowly regenerating from a critical state.

The panel caught his attention and reminded himself to inquire about that matter. But as Aqueshia finally recovered he turned heels and went to the fallen dryad.
Unable to contain the lust, the dryad had begun playing with herself. The leaves covering her body were dangling on her body, revealing her nicely shaped breast and a pussy dampened by the effect.
Zeid could feel his rod rising but knew to himself, it was never the time for such villainy. He checked his quest and confirmed that taking this dryad will not benefit his system.
Fluids trickled down on her hip. The short tranquil air was filled with her moan. Failed to contain herself, she came with a squirt.
"Aaaaaah~"
The effects wore off and she regained her senses. Her face flushed in embarrassment as she sat on the ground, fixing the covers of her body.
Immediately she stood to attack but his movements were too fast for her to evade. He grabbed her, pinned her down, and placed a knife on her neck.
"Make a move and you will embrace death."
She hesitated for a moment but then she calmed down.
"I won't forgive you. Not only did you protect that pest who destroyed my mother's last gift, but you also violated my senses as well. You will pay for your crimes." She spoke in anger and melancholy.
"I didn't intend to violate you. It was a need for me to survive."
"Animals! Predators!
You human males had always been this way. Even with your own kind, you trespass what you shouldn't. And in your wake, you leave women with a broken heart and a gland filled with your seeds.
Chivalry is dead!"
"I'm not one of them. My actions serve me purpose. If I do not benefit from them, I abstain." Zeid claimed as he firmly placed his hand on her neck.
Pinned down by a mere level 5 was no difficult situation to escape from but her body is too exhausted to move. Not only does Nature's Wrath drained her, but her recent orgasm also took more energy.
"Lies!" She slammed her hands.
"'Then I will prove to you.
Somewhere, there must be daisies similar to the ones planted by your mother. I will retrieve them someday and return to you."
"False promises! I cannot believe you, human! You who violated my body deserves no trust!"
"I promise to you that I can be trusted. If I were not to be, then why are you still alive?"
Realization struck her like a rock.
"Why...why am I still alive?
He's right.
Not only did he refrain from violating me once, but he also did it twice and even on the most vulnerable state I could have been.
Not only that, but I also sense no malicious intent from his aura. No, I can feel the warmth and only determination to move further."
Her mind told her such. With a gentle nod of her head, he knew that she understood. He slowly removed his hand and walked away from her, still wary, however. She might come to attack him anytime.
He observed her. When the tension eased up in the air, Zeid heaved a sigh of relief and stashed the knife in his pocket.
"Altair, scan for the daisi..."
He reminisced the time when he entered the forest. Outside was a vast array of daisies blooming with purity. Cold sweat dripped on his temples.
Zeid placed his right hand on her shoulder and with his left gestured a thumbs up. With a sheepish grin, he spoke: "Worry not. Hah! I-I will retrieve those daisies when I find them and when I do, I'll even help you plant them!"
"Shit, It might have been my fault! Not only did I place Aqueshia's life in danger, she almost took the blame for my mistake! Her slimes must have been wandering around and when I called [Weaklings!], they must have trampled the daisies when they came for me!" Zeid spoke to Altair in mental messages.
"I'm searching now, master!"
The dryad leered at him with a doubtful expression.
"Riiight. Anyways, you won't be able to find such flowers in this forest. But there is one on Tusan Peak. In one of its caves holds a dungeon guarded by a golem. That golem has daisies growing on its body. I could retrieve them but I'm not allowed to leave the forest."
Zeid nodded quickly.
"Understood! Hey, you! Aqueshia! You'll help me retrieve them someday, okay?!"
Aqueshia was taken aback. She pictured Zeid as a calm and composed teen.
Her eyes widen.
"Wait, a minute. It was y~"
"Huh?! You're talking back to me? I'm your master and you should agree to assist me in retrieving this poor young beautiful lady her daisies!" Zeid's eyes were lined with veins.
"Yes, yes! I agree, master!" Aqueshia nodded quickly. His sudden change in expression creeped her out.
Giggle*
Zeid turned his head and saw the dryad trying to suppress a laugh. Her eyes teared in laughter and not long enough, she chuckled.
Eased, Zeid returned to his calm demeanor which eased Aqueshia as well. Zeid painted a smile on his face and held out his hand.
"My name is Zeid and she's Aqueshia, my tamed monster."
"You mean pet? Now it explains why you're protecting her. But it surprises me that you do so. I guess you're not one of the bastards after all."
The dryad smiled then shook his hand.
"My name's Celessia. I'm 18 years old but in existence, I'm 90. I age differently."
"It's a pleasure to be of acquaintance."
They talked for a moment and Zeid told her he needed a quick way to get to Capital City. The dryad told her that she kept some return scrolls she found from the corpses of the adventurers in the forest. She left them to retrieve it.

Zeid confirmed the contents of the notification and closed it.
"So Aqueshia, you're a vassal. Tell me what that means."
Her expression lit up in an instant. She smiled and began to tell him how great she was despite being an uncommon monster.
It turns out that Vassals are monsters that have the ability to become a Boss Monster as soon as they become stronger. They exist to roam the land, find suitable places, and build a dungeon as soon as they become a Boss Monster.
Zeid asked her how she came into existence and she simply said.
"As long as there's mana, we will exist. One molecule of mana slowly evolves into a living being."
Zeid apologized for consuming the souls of her lower slimes but she replied with a reassuring smile. She reassured that the slimes were a small deal and only a small fraction of their billions of population around the world.
Aqueshia took a small drop of slime from her skin which slowly turned into one blob of the slime he recently fought. She told him that these slimes did possess life but they are not that important. She compares it to a leaf to convince Zeid.
"You see this leaf? It has life as well. So when you pluck a leaf, you're basically doing the same thing as dealing with a lower slime."
"I see."
Their conversation ended when Celessia returned with a small leather bag.
Zeid opened the bag.
[Dead Man's Bag]
•3x Return Scroll: Capital City
•10x Hp Potion (Small)
•30x Scraps of Leather
•3 golden gems
•1 silver gem
[End]
The currency of the locals is characterized by this vivid gems. There are exactly four types of gems: copper gem, silver gem, gold gem, and then diamond gem. They are used for each has an intrinsic value and are used for trade. From the copper gem, converting to higher values requires a hundred of them.
Their values are fixed by the denominations of the king himself. The Kingdom of the Golden Lunes, ruled by the King and guided by the High Church of the Seven Seraphs, discovered these gems from dungeons and even in loots obtained from killing a monster. It was made so to hold the value of the adventurers and to give them occupation.
After a short study with the group, Zeid and Aqueshia planned their arrival. Apparently, when Zeid came within her, she absorbed his seed and obtained the ability to turn her skin to human.
Aqueshia became a beautiful dainty girl with black hairs, and a skin akin to porcelain. Flawless and bewitching, Zeid was impressed.
They decided to arrive in the morning rather than the night. Zeid couldn't just appear out of nowhere from darkness and proceed to convince he's just a commoner applying as an adventurer. If he's still applying, how could he have survived the night? All application starts with novices otherwise they are invited by a guild and which Zeid has none.
He kept in mind that he has to kept his identity a secret or else he would be hunted down by witch hunters. Worse, the church might sentence him to death.
So to spend the rest of the day, Zeid roamed around in hopes of another quest to pop up and help him finish his daily quest.
Just so they roam through the forest, they encountered a hostile beast.
"Dire Wolves..." Celessia spoke.

Celessia and Aqueshia prepared for battle but Zeid stopped them.
"I'm enough to face them." He spoke with fierce eyes.
