It is fine to leave both Sharon and Stellar together inside the makeshift tomb, as I did convert the tomb into one of my Headquarters before I'd left them both there.
Establishing the Headquarter is mostly precaution against intruders such as subterranean dwellers.
There might be some within the Life Zone, but I am not to certain about this. Since I am not, then I will assume for the worse and prepare for such eventuality. It is a good idea, especially when I need Stellar to be alive and well and loyal to me.
The last part will need more work. A lot more work.
I also prevent anyone from leaving the Headquarter, and it is mostly for Sharon, as Stellar is currently trapped within her own mind. Sharon will not be able to wake the girl up regardless of what, and this is because the only way to wake up Stellar is by going into her mind and pulling her out of the memory.
In order to do that, Sharon must not only awaken her Spiritual Power but to wield it with total mastery, and that requires a lifetime of experience. I doubt she has my kind of experience unless she secretly a reincarnated individual.
Probably not, but who knows, as I have seen some crazy shits before. Speaking of which, I will possibly see all those shits again. This time, I will be prepared. Crazy prepared!
Anyway, Sharon will keep an eye on Stellar for me while I can focus my mind on something else. Before that, however, I take notice of how long I have been gone since being placed inside the cell along with all the Major's men.
Not much time has passed, implying that time flows much faster within Stellar's mind than the outside world. Stellar can think much faster than her perception of thing, which is good. Very good. Only if she can make use of it.
I will teach her when it is time. I will teach her plenty of things.
"Something is happening," one of the men speaks up, getting the attention of everyone. They all look out the small window of the cell. While they cannot see anything, they can hear distant gunfire. Quite a lot of gunfire.
The guards outside the cell heard it too and immediately rush outside.
"Hey! Hey! Open the cell! We can help!" another man calls out before the last guard vacate the room, and it is in vain. "Shit. Hey… umm Merchant, can you let us out?"
"Of course," I response with a devilish smile, but sadly, no one can see it due to my gasmask. Oh well, I suppose. "I can do more, like arming you guys too, giving you guys a fighting chance against whatever is out there, mauling down everyone."
"You can?"
"Yup, but it is not for free," I state the obvious. It should be obvious to everyone since we have stayed together for more than a day after all. Not really, as I had left during the night to smelt some Mithrils, but they assume I was in my Inventory. That is possible, but not right now.
The men look at me as if I have said something strange. Several of them sigh and try to find something to pay me with for weapons and their freedom, and I happily accept their priceless trinkets.
