Shouting yields a better result, as more people are paying attention to me (as Stellar) now. And when I manage to let out a tear or two along with some puppy eyes, many come to my defense, including a soldier.
Like everyone else guarding the civilians, she looks like she has not slept for days. That is a given since sleeping is a luxury that she and her comrades cannot afford right now, as countless of their allies have been taken over by something that they do not fully understand or even comprehend. Not to mention that the same allies are now out to get them with all the intentions of an enemy.
This is natural, as the Hive Mind will exterminate what it cannot dominate. While the Queen herself is the head of the Hive Mind, she is also being controlled. Obviously not by the Hive Mind itself, but that does not matter. Her own instincts and biological impulses are more than enough.
"I will take her to the restroom," the female soldier volunteers, and the others grumpily accept despite some comments. If they do not, I can just keep screaming, and it will become a commotion. They really do not want to shoot a child dead, especially for something like using the restroom.
The woman does not point her weapon at me on her approach, but from the way she walks, her guard is still up. She can pull out a handgun in an instant. But I can too. "Please come with me."
I examine her before nodding weakly like a frightened child. I look around while she takes me towards a washroom. At the entrance, she beckons me to enter and then follow me. Since she is a woman, she has no qualm about watching me, as Stellar, using the toilet.
And that is fine. Not like I am going to anyway.
"Umm… what is your name? Mine is Stellar. Like the stars," I ask while formulating on how I should do this. There are numerous of ways, including killing the soldier, but that will mark Stellar as hostile. And I rather not have that. I also cannot just vanish without a trace. Or maybe I can.
I do not remember the Major revealing what I can do, and none of the Major's men are actually around right now. I am also locked in the same cell with those men at the moment. That will give me an alibi.
Maybe I am thinking too much about this.
"I'm Sharon," Sharon answers. "Please do hurry up, Stellar. We have to return to the others as quickly as possible."
I nod and turn away from the woman while channeling my Spiritual Power. I have left a lot of spiritual energy within Stellar, and there no need to conserve them. A powerful spiritual pressure is unleashed, focusing on a single individual.
Before I even reach one of the stalls, Sharon collapses unconsciously onto the floor. She cannot sense or feel spiritual energy, but she certainly can be affected by it just like Stellar.
Once Sharon is knocked out, I grab her and teleport away via my Trade Network. I can leave her behind for the other to find, but that will raise a lot of flags. Disappearing together will also raise a lot of flags, but it can easily be explained.
I teleport Sharon into the underground chamber that I have created the night before. Once in there, I begin to dig new tunnels and a new chamber before sealing it off from the outside world.
Once that is done, I left Stellar and Sharon there before returning to my actual body for the next task.
