Violet is unable to accept the death of her parents this auntie and uncle wang help her hold the funeral and sell away the song's family company.For the few days after the death of her parents, Violet cries non stop and sleep when she feels tired. Adrian do not know how to comfort Violet and only accompany by her side. He is heart broken when he sees violet crying and it felt even worst she weeps in her sleep, eating and drinking lesser each day and getting paler as days goes by. "Eat somemore, you parents will not want to see you in this state." Adrian said worriedly. However, Violet only cries and sleep, hoping to dream about her parents
After the funeral,
Violet insist on going back to her own home so auntie wang relent and ask adrian to go back to accompany. When Violet reach home, she cooped in her parents room and refuse to come out. Adrian will just stay outside the room fearing that something will happen to violet anytime. The food served was not touched even a little. Adrian wanted to urge Violet to eat some food but auntie wang stop him. "We cannot do anything to ease her pain from the loss of her parents so we should not disturb her. Let time heal her pain." Auntie wang said with sorrow and pity.
Just then, a lound thup was heard from the room, Adrian anxiously know on the door but no one answered. " Violet , Violet, open the door. Don't scare auntie!" Auntie wang exclaimed but there is still no reply. Adrian quickly open the door and saw that violet fainted on the floor. Adrian quickly picked violet and put her on the bed.
When Violet woke up,
"Are you ok, my dear. Why are you so silly. Don't you still have us?" auntie wang said worriedly.
"Do you want to die! Do you want to follow your parents. Go ahead. No one will care, if you want to die, you can starve to death" Adrian scolded violet and she started sobbing again
"Adrian! How could you say that. Do you not know Violet is still grieving over her parent's death. Why are you scolding her?" Auntie wang berated Adrian. "Mom,don't stop me. I need to wake her up."Adrian said "Don't you see how we are all worried about you. If you do not eat and fall sick, you parents will be unhappy up in the heavens. You should think about yourself too." Adrian told violet as he soften his tone so as to not scare her. "Violet, We will always be by your side. We will always support you." Auntie wang comforted her as they hugged tightly and violet cried in auntie wang's arm.
