Chapter 13 - Nov 13, 2019

I woke up this morning and got ready. I ate some oatmeal for breakfast and added extra syrup and brown sugar for added taste.

Today was the second Wednesday of the month, meaning it was the day I have to go to school dressed up in "business" attire. I slapped on some fancy black pants, black socks, dress shoes, a button-down shirt, and a patterned tie. Going to school in this attire is fine, but the shirt being blank white I have to be careful about avoiding stains. Also the black pants surely collect lint EXTREMELY easily.

Needless to say, I began walking to the bustop, and it was then that I realized how cold it was. I continued to lick my lips as they froze and stuffed my hands in my pockets to avoid the cold. I hadn't even worn my usual hoodie due to the business attire, and I was honestly freezing. However, once I made it to the bustop 15 minutes later, the bus arrived relatively early and I was able to sit on board with the heater.

Another important aspect of the weather to note was how windy it was. It can be 30 degrees fariegnheight outside and if there is no wind it will feel warmer than 45 degrees with wind. Today, there was a lot of wind blowing straight in my face.

Alrighty... let's move on. I got to physics and we finished up the power point on energy for now. We then had time in class to just chill. I'm not sure when we have our next quiz, but I need to ask my teacher. I havn't started on the homework yet and it's always due quiz day. Also, if you havn't done the homework by quiz day, you're probably screwed for the quiz.

In digital design I just chilled, practicing gmetrix. Most students in the class were working on projects but since mine was different and due early, I was just given time to do whatever I wanted. I decided to practice gmetrix testing to prepare for the next summative gmetrix grade.

In AP Statistics we had a substitute teacher today. Our teacher had left us a practice test to complete with both a multiple choice and FRQ section. I completed the multiple choice section in class with a friend and saved the FRQ section for homework.

For lunch I ate school macoroni 'n cheese and today it was just awful. It was rather cold and undercooked and so I couldn't even finish it. On the side I had an orange which was admittedly pretty good as well as some carrots and ranch.

In IT today we went over some database security roles such as the defined rolls to get permissions on a server. It turns out that to even learn database we need the sysadmin, dbcreator, and serveradmin role. Once I finished my work, I also worked on some minecraft world tasks that I needed to get done. I'll have more information on this tomorrow.

In pre calc we went over some review on the law of sines. Not gonna lie, I didn't pay attention at all. For some odd reason my nose decided to begin running and my eyes began watering during class today. I guess I judt have allergies, but it was sincerely annoying but I also didn't want to make a big deal about it. So I basically just sat there trying to cover up the fact that I was literally shedding tears for no reason. I hate when this happens, but it actually happens really often. My eyes will start watering just by looking at a bright light and I can't do much about it.

During APUSH we had a lecture on the chapter we were supposed to read yesterday. We got through quite a bit and overall it seemed to make sense to me. I'm just hoping it'll continue to make sense to me when I have a quiz on Friday.

Finally, English class came around. As I walked in the door my teacher said she needed to talk to me. She told me that recommendations were coming around for next year and that she wasn't going to recommend me for english 4 honors, but AP literature instead. I told here that I'd accept the recommendation, but I'd probably choose to take normal honors english anyways. I'm going for a laidback senior year next year where I have as little work as possible.

Finally the day was over and when I got home I immediately got to work on my homework. I just needed to finish a worksheet for pre-calculous as well as that practice test for AP statistics. I did so and I managed to finish before 5:30.

I then prepared to get ready for teaching religious education tonight. If you forgot about the entry last week, I teach religious education for service hours. Today I explained some basic geography around the Israel area so the children could grasp what I said when I referenced certain places. It turned out pretty well. I always say that Israel looks like a potato, because in my opinion, it does. It grabs the class' attention and makes them remember it.

On the way home, I got a 44oz drink for the gas station. As I got home, I went straight to my bedroom and began resting. I watched some Overlord and soon after began writing today's chapter at around 10:10 PM. It's now around 10:46 PM and I'll be releasing this chapter at 11:00 PM as usual. Peace out.
