This morning after getting ready, I decided to change things up a little. I had a somewhat scratchy throat and wanted something hot to eat for breakfast, and not some lukewarm bowl of oatmeal.
I got the frying pan out, slapped some butter on it, and waited as it melted. Soon I then cracked an egg, sprinkled some salt and pepper - and finally - some cheddar cheese.
I had made myself a cheese omelot within a couple minutes. I scrunched it down and decided that overall this was a successful breakfast. I should probably do this more often in the future because it's actually very quick and easy.
In physics we went over power and how it relates to work and force. I remembered doing this back three years ago in physical science, but to be honest I havn't used it since then. My memory is certainly not the best and I'm glad to be re-taught.
Then digital design came around where I simply practiced my Gmetrix again today. As was yesterday, most people are working on projects; however, already being done, I just decided to practice these gmetrix photoshop tests so that they will be a breeze in the future.
In AP statistics we went over the practice test multiple choice section we did yesterday. Fortunately, all my answers were correct. This is always a positive because sometimes I'm unsure when the concepts are being taught but then I think about the problems myself and hope I am getting the concept correct. Seeing that nothing was wrong on my practice test confirmed that I was thinking about the concepts correctly.
For lunch today I had some mini corndogs. Whenever I get mini corndogs, I always make sure to get ketchup as well to dip them in. On the side, I accompanied the mini corndogs with an orange and some carrots with ranch. I also drank a chocolate milk.
During pre-calculous I once again found myself bored. It's not that the concepts are too easy for me nor that we aren't doing, I just dont find math alone to be fun. I much prefer to do problems like physics than just straight up math. Needless to say, we went over the law of cosines today. Once again, I had already learned these in 9th grade so I kinda went at my own pace re-learning how to do each different type of problem.
During 6th period, APUSH, we were supposed to be working on the chapter 11 outline we had received yesterday. However, nobody actually worked on it. Instead, we all just sat on our phones and sat there conversing.
I also decided to teach a lesson on taco bell. I walked up to the whiteboard in APUSH and began telling the story of gambling with sauce packets at tacobell and purchasing the winner a cheesey roll-up without cheese. The joke is that a cheesey roll-up without cheese is just a heated tortilla, so it's rather hilarious (or atleast in my opinion it is).
Finally, english rolled around, and we received two assignments that would be due Tuesday. One was to answer some questions on an essay written by a transcendentalist. The other was to make a bumper sticker to represent the story. We had time in class to work on these assignments but to be honest nobody actually worked on them. It seems my generation is just the lasiest of all.
Finally seventh period was released and I headed to tech club. Today, myself and the other leaders all hopped into a minecraft education edition world and began testing different aspects of the game. In order to gain more underclassmen members, we are going to be hosting a minecraft tournament next week in the forms of UHC and survival games, so proper setup and testing was required. I worked on this until the end of tech club.
Tech club ends at 5PM, but my friend who drives me home does not get out of lacrosse until 6PM. I sat in the courtyard with another friend of mine for around an hour until my ride was available. We should have gotten some homework done in that hour but instead we were as unproductive as possible.
Eventually lacrosse ended, and I was on my way home. However, there was an accident with a truck on the way home. The normally ten minute ride suddenly became around 45 minutes, as two white trucks had crashed into each other and one was ran off the road. I ended up not arriving home until near 7PM.
I got home and immediately began my homework. Working from then on I was up until around 9:30PM doing homework. Mainly I had to do the APUSH work that I should have done in class and I had some pre-calculous homework.
Shortly after finishing my homework, I got up and microwaved a baked potato for dinner. I made sure to add plenty salt, butter, and sour cream for this one. It ended up tasting very good.
After eating it was slightly past 10PM, and I began writing this chapter. I hope you all enoyed, peace out.
