Zeus : Why are you all so happy, it's not like he is at his peak or anything, and remember last time he saw us, he almost killed half of us.
Poseidon : Brother, you're just mad because he will definitely have his revenge against you. And he don't even have the memories of his past existence. He is a blank page, we can write whatever we want on it.
A voice then came from one of the four highest seat. "You all know you'll need him for the sake of this multiverse. He is the most powerful of the four of us. And you want to control him?"
Zeus : With all due respect, last time we were able to force him back.
The voice then answer : Do you really thing all the higher god could even take the weakest of us in a fight? The only reason he didn't pursue you last time is because he though that this multiverse was too corrupted to exist so he tried to erase himself but couldn't leading to his reappearance as Poseidon's son. But that's not something a lowly being like you could even dream of knowing.
Zeus : B…But we can still restrain him with the winged band since it's a limiter to his power, he would have do what we want him to do.
Voice : He will be more powerful since unlike last time his power don't take one of his concept place. And you cant even kill him now to reset his memories. One wrong move and its over for you, it's a really dangerous game you want to play.
Zeus : In the worst case we will seal him and unseal him when its time for him to fight for us.

The result of the vote were not surprising the majority was for letting Murphy wear the winged band forever. A small minority for sealing him. Only the water god faction (all water related gods) were for letting him free.
While they were having there decision about Murphy, others were playing with his body.
All for one : Did you find a limit to his immortality ?
Kurogiri : He seems to be able to reverse all damages done to his body but we cant know more without doing more damage. But its currently impossible with the water that protects him.
All for one : Let Tomura try to touch the water then quickly try to hurt him. If its really immortality I may have found a good quirk for myself.

Kurogiri : Its quite interresing, its really immortality, even if you destroy entirely his body he will come back, the only downside is that he is not conscious so we don't know if it's a side effect of his quirk or only a traumatism he can't overcome.

He then tried multiple time to take Murphy's quirk by taking his heart out his chest but each time it didn't work, and all things that left Murphy's body withered away.

Kurogiri : We could still use him to test the determination of new villain, they would have to kill a child to join

Kurogiri : Yes, heroes but the majority who is looking for him work for the government, as if they would let go a way to immortality and a potential immortal soldier
All for one : You're right, this fool always hide themselves behind the heroes but they have much more power than them. Lets hide him outside the country.
While everyone was making their plan Murphy safely arrived in the time chamber. His killing intent and wrath were so overwhelming that it started to affect the entire realm.
Murphy : How can my mental state affect what's around me I don't even have enough power to do that. I should try to keep my wrath under control.
After numerous try, he was finally able to keep his wrath and killing intent inside him. Don't misunderstand, he didn't erase them or forget and forgive, no its was still there but it looked more like a calm like cold and quiet sea that could erupt at any moment. Murphy knew he should train himself since 1 day inside the time chamber is 1 year outside so he has 365 years to improve himself but that's when he realized he was still in soul form (his body is in bnha with afo). He didn't knew what to do so he though about the concept and choose to focus on "First" and "Time" for now since concept only require understanding. So he could have at least some techniques to protect himself.
He didn't know what to do so he tried most stupid thing he could think of and yelled : Water shadow clone jutsu. And surprisingly a new Murphy appeared in front of him

Murphy the created an other clone. "Okay both of you I think we should try to learn a bit about the Time concept and water manipulation since its with our soul."
Murphy and 2 then tried to create water of life but were unable to but then they saw three with a small water ball floating, the water was green colored.
Murphy 3 : Guys I did it!
Murphy : Okay dissolve so we can learn how to do it

They then tried to learn more and more about the time concept while competing against each other for three months straight

He didn't dissipate but he was not here anymore, where he stood you could see a man that looks exactly like Murphy if he was 35. His charm was like senior's white but he had blue hair and you could feel from his demeanor that he went through numerous battle.
Murphy : May I know who you are?
