Time then restarted flowing, Murphy could see Inko, Izuku and 3 armed men in the room. The moment they saw him open his eyes Inko and Izuku ran to hug him. They didn't look like what he remembered of them.
Izuku had numerous scar on his harms and his body seems to be stronger than that of a typical Four years old.
What nobody knew was that when Murphy and Inko got kidnapped Izuku stayed with the Bakugou family, when it was discovered that he was quirkless he was bullied by everyone except Katsuki but the last one didn't help him since Murphy wasn't here to force him to and event though Izuku was his friend, he only respected strength.
Izuku was quite devastated by this and needed emotional support but no one was there to tell him everything will be okay. He tried numerous time to ask heroes when he would be able to see his mother and his brother again but nobody answered him.
He started to lose faith in the system. One day while going home he was attacked by a villain whose quirk was to send wind slash, he yelled for help, the heroes he went to see arrived but when they saw the villain's quirk they left saying things like they weren't paid enough for this and it didn't matter since he was quirkless. Izuku doubted his ears but then the villains told him that nobody would save him since heroes would not risk anything for a quirkless boy.
Finally the villain pitied Izuku so he let him go and choose to attack another child but Izuku tried stop him. That's when a Vigilante going by the name of Stain saved Izuku and praised him for his courage. Izuku asked him if it was possible to become a hero without a quirk.
Stain was shocked that someone without any quirk could sacrifice himself just to help others without any means to protect himself. He reflected a few seconds then answered : "Take Eraser head for he still need to fight with his body sometimes so I think its possible it will just be hard"
Izuku then asked "But those heroes they refused to help me because they were not paid enough, why are they heroes?"
Stain : They were not real heroes only attention and money seekers, now they are not heroes anymore, they aren't breathing anymore too

Izuku didn't pay attention to that, it was the first person to tell him something positive since his family went missing. "Can you train me to be a real hero?"
Stain : "Kid, im a Vigilante I don't have a license and I've killed 2 heroes right now, I'll definitely be considered a villain"
Izuku : "Since when do you need a license to help people, everybody can help anyone if they have the ability to."
Stain : "If everyone could be like you kid the worl would be a wonderful place. I will train you so you can be the next All Might and only you and him will be allowed to capture me, but if you choose the wrong way I'll be the first one to chase after you and kill you.
Izuku started crying : Thank you sir, I'll be the best hero out here and I'll capture you. Cause that's my nindo my hero way. So believe it.
Stain then started to teach Izuku everyday after school. Since Izuku just wanted to be a hero he didn't taught him how to use a blade but he still taught him how to fight and dodge. He quickly discovered that Izuku was a genius at dodging any attack so he started to use his blade to attack him but still paid attention to not kill the boy or permanently injure him.
(In the canon nobody taught Izuku how to fight, he just use Ofa to punch and kick and sometimes copy moves from others. It makes him lose all his potential just by learning martial arts he could have more control on his body and enhance the right muscles with Ofa before punching to have a more destructive attack.)
Inko was still very beautiful but there were some bruise her body coming from the beating she received when she refused to help Afo kill Murphy. During the year she was just there to keep Murphy clean and carry him since they were all unable to. She quickly understood that all people with bad intention couldn't touch Murphy. She tried to come at him with bad intention but was unable as she loved the boy as if he was her own son. She considered herself lucky since villain didn't r*pe her and only beat her when she was uncooperative.
The federal agents didn't let the family have their cheerful reunion and made Izuku and Inko leave the room.
Agent ??? : Im Carter I work for the government I have some question for you boya.
Murphy : Just ask
Agent Carter : Do you know the importance of your quirk
Murphy : Yeah its quite powerful
Agent Carter : So you understand we need to have it under control
Murphy : You're just like the other bastard who tried to strip away my quirk from me at least he was able to say the truth about his intention.
Agent Carter : Calm down we wont take your quirk we just want to assure ourselves that you serve your country
Murphy : And what if I don't want
Agent Carter : Then we will have to force you to
Murphy : You really think you can?
Agent Carter : What can a little four year old immortal do?
Murphy while having a huge grin on his face : who told you im only immortal?
He then made 3 majestic ice dragons who measured 10 foot each appeared around the agents. The dragon were constricting the agents and they could feel the cold started to freeze their blood, it was so cold it started to burn their skin. They quickly understood that if they moved just a bit they will get killed.
Murphy : Never threaten me or my family or I would have to erase the government from the surface of the globe.
Agent Carter : And how can we be sure you are not going to do anything if we let you?
Murphy : I'll do one thing for you and in exchange you let me and my family in peace
The agent then left the room and came back one hour later.
Agent Carter : Its okay but you will be under surveillance and you will have to be the bodyguard for the Yaoyorozu family.
Murphy : Okay but don't lie to me in the future and don't betray me, you dont want to see what will happen then.
He then said with a cheerful voice : Can I get a costume for that?
Agent Carter (sweating) : If you want
Murphy then described Itachi anbu's clothing but withour a mask since he didn't want to hide his features. What Murphy didn't realise was that the negotiation were easy because he was subconsciously realizing 3% of his charm.
