Shaun awoke in a dream. He was back in town. But everyone was gone. He looked desperately but there was no one. That's when he noticed the cemetery was significantly bigger. He ran inside only to see everyone buried. "Your running out of time. Your going to have to make a decision soon." Shaun turned only to be back in his room. These weren't just dreams now. These were warnings.
Shaun woke up not so early, it had technically been two days in that world. Justin had been trying to wake Shaun up but he had been completely numb. But there wasn't time to chit chat, the story was starting to get more clear, he needed to find something more detailed other than diary entries though. He headed to the town hall in search for answers. This time he took Justin to help.
As they walked in, clouds of dust rushed at them, this place seemed beyond abandoned, it was as if they built it and then immediately abandoned it. Inside were probably thousands of fliers, advertising jobs to build the train line. The tagline "Taking you places you've never dreamed" seemed very suspicious. He took a flier with him just in case. Justin found a mysterious document inside a desk. It was a permit to build the line, another to seek employees, and another to... recruit testers? Why did they need people to test the train? Was it supposed to see if it was comfortable or something? Everything about this train was becoming especially suspicious.
Just then, the doors began to shiver and shake. Loud cries for help behind them. Shaun and Justin started looking for anywhere to go, there was a second floor. They both ran upstairs but Shaun slipped on the fliers and dust. Justin caught him in his arms and pulled him up the stairs just as the dark fog rushed in. Why was it forming in the day? Was it just random, or was this town realizing that Shaun was getting closer to the truth. That's when Shaun found something, something absolutely horrifying.
