Mary gasped waking up in her bedroom, shelly placed a glass of water and her medication on the table.
"Don't forget to take your medication it'll help with your anxiety. Oh by the way I wanted to tell you when Mathias tries to erase your memories he never does it. He wants you to remember everything it just scares him that your going to disappear again, your date is today so hurry up and get ready!" Shelly walked out of the room as Mary gets out of bed taking off her clothes, she noticed a small Hickey on her neck. Not wanting to pay it any mind Mary put on a nice floral dress with flats tying her hair up in two pigtails.
"Okay, Shelly I'm heading out!" Mary felt a tug on her arm seeing Shelly give her a concerned look. "What's the matter?"
Shelly pats her head "well Dress is a bit short I don't know how Mathias will feel about you wearing a dress like that but as long as your bottom is not showing then it's fine. I would hate for Mathias to beat up some guys for staring at your body."
Mary pulled her dress down a little bit "I got Mathias so I'll be fine. I'll tell you how everything is!"Mary closed the door behind her seeing Mathias already at the door smiling happily at her holding an umbrella in his hand with flowers.
"You look Beautiful as Always Mary despite your dress being short for an ice cream date, but you're a shorty so I can understand though you are my cute wife." Mary blushed deeply at his words taking his flowers while he held her hand as they somehow teleported to the ice cream ship. She was surprised how quickly Mathias can teleport from one place to another she was truly fascinated. They went inside as Mathias offered her a seat.
"So Mary kind of ice cream would you like?" He said looking at the small little menu of ice cream flavors.
Mary wasn't sure what to get as she said "I'll leave it up to you Mathias"
"Alright cutie pie I'll be back" Mathias leaned forward giving her a kiss on the lip as he walked away to get their ice cream. Suddenly three girls walked up to the table. One of them spoke to Mary blushing as the other two encourage her to ask Mathias out.
"Hey there ummm I was wondering If I could ask your friend if he could go out with me?" She looked down flustered after speaking to Mary. Mathias their ice cream on the table as the other girl bowed to him he was confused by her sudden action.
"May I ask what the problem is?"Mathias said in a serious tone.
"I was wondering if we can maybe go out somewhere sometime? "
Mathias sat down handing Mary a spoon as she ate quietly " Sorry but I'm with my wife so I have to refuse." The girl teared up running away as her friends followed behind her. Mary felt bad for the girl seeing that she really like Mathias but doesn't know what he really is .
Mary noticed his eyes were starting to turn red "Um Mathias your eyes are starting to turn red."
He smiled taking another bite of the ice cream "Mary you know I would never be with another female but you. Do you know how many times I wanted to make love to you my desire gets stronger I'm not sure how long I can wait for this. Though I'll wait till your ready. I'm not trying to rush but it's difficult would you like to um take it slow with me?"
Mary nodded shyly she wanted to take things slow with Mathias not wanting to rush anything with him despite being his wife. He wanted to try his best to make her comfortable as much as possible. Mary excused herself for the moment heading to the restroom once she went inside she saw the girl she seen not to long in the mirror putting on makeup. Mary tried to avoid the girl until her friends called her out.
"Why are you married to that guy?" The girls took a step closer to Mary, on of them suddenly grabbed her hair pulling it some forcing Mary closer to the girl that got rejected by Mathias.
"Ew look at your ugly why did he fall for you!" Mary felt a hard slap against her head causing her to whimper. "I loved him for as long as I can remember then there you go, you don't deserve him I do and if I can't have him then you can have either!' Mary's eyes shot up seeing the girl hold a knife, seeing direct punches being thrown at her causing her to fall embracing whatever was being thrown at her. It seemed like forever but they finally stop ,the worst was yet to come they ended up ripping her dress leaving her body halfway exposed and giving Mary a black eye. Mary looked at herself in the mirror for what seemed like forever until she heard Mathias's voice.
"Mary?"Mary turned to look at him surprised to be in the girl's bathroom though he wasn't supposed to be in the room. He didn't take the time to notice what was wrong his eyes fluttered turning red rather quickly his nails sharpening.
"I'm sorry it took so long Mathias somethings happen while I was in here." she couldn't look him in the eyes, she had never been so embarrassed in her entire life.
Mathias placed his jacket around Mary "Don't dare apologize to me you had nothing to do with what happened. I'll make the girls pay for what they did to you."
Mary looked down wanting to cry "I didn't expect my first date to go out like this, what do you plan on doing to the girls?"
He picked her up suddenly looking deep into her eyes "I'm going to kill them since they put their hands on I have no choice but to rip their limbs off their bodies. So many things I wanna do, see Mary I'm very serious when it comes to you I tell you everything I don't hold back."
"How did you know that girl was the one that attack me?"
"Mary I just know, the way the girls seemed happy after coming out of the bathroom. I saw one of them with a small piece of your dress. I wanted to go Rip their throats out right there from the start, I want you to know that ask your husband I shall always come to your Sid protecting you when you need it most. Let me take you home and get you situated."
Mathias placed her on the edge of the bathroom sink leaning his head forward and kissing her forehead. He gripped the counter breaking it instantly. Mary stepped on the tip of her toes hoping to kiss him, he leaned forward kissing her Mathias snapped his finger teleporting them into her room as she closed her bedroom door.
Mathias took his jacket off her body as she covered the naked parts of her body from the ripped Dress.
"Mary I'm going to need you to take off your dress and lay on the bed. I know you're probably going to be naked so may I ask if I can put you to sleep so you don't feel -"
Mary blushed deeply taking off her dress and underwear in front of him covering her body from him."I think it's better if I'm awake" Mary walked over to the bed, slowly laying down feeling her body completely exposed to him. Mathias pets her head getting out a healing cream from his back packet.
"Mary can I do something to you?"
Mary looked away blushing" what is it that you want to do?"
Mathias bites his lip trying his best not to kiss all over her body so he decided to hold her in his arms. Laying on the bed with her sparing no time embracing her body, which he haven't held in Centuries.
"M-Mathias what about my bruises?"
"I know love I just wanted to hold you in my arms, I've longed for your touch which seemed like forever. I'm just glad to see you again Mary, I love you."
"I..L- Love you too" Mathias lets her go getting up from the bed and letting Mary lay on her back. He opens up the cream "May I touch your body?"
Mary nodded closing her eyes feeling his hand's guild over her body she smiled " You know Mathias I just remembered something"
Mathias stopped looking at her " what do you remember?"
"I remember dancing with you when I got ill. All the times you were taking care of me holding me in your arms, I don't remember walking at all during the time I got sick let alone eating anything."
Mathias rubbed the cream under her eye putting the lid on top of the cream and placing his jacket on her shoulders.
"Sorry for the sudden -"
"Mary it's fine I know your memories are coming back but the thought of you getting sick worries me. I don't want to lose you again, if you died again I don't think I can keep on anymore."
Mary jumped off the bed putting her arms through the jacket Sleeve. "Don't say things like that it's scary Mathias, I'm sorry you had to wait for so long but I'm back now I'm not going anywhere. I was going to ask you if you wanted to say over for a little bit."
Mathias kneeled in Infront of her intertwined his hands with hers" I know I'm sorry for making you worry. I don't mind spending time with you, you are my wife so I need to make sure you are happy."
Mary smiled"I already am!"She hugged him as he did the same.
