Mary swallowed her pride wanting to hold back the things to say to Yama, the fact that he knew something that she didn't scared her.
Yama softened his grip on her hand as he rose to his feet "Mary tell me what do you remember I'm curious, if you don't want to tell me then I understand but there are certain things I would like for you not to remember."
Mary tilted her head "Such as what Yama? "
"It's a secret darling, it's better to keep things away than spoken. I know you're pretty tired so let's go." Yama grabbed his sweatpants putting them on before touching Mary's hand.
Yama held her hand as she exited the studio. For some reason, she felt excited to be out with Yama though they knew each other for a couple of days they seemed to hit it off pretty well. Mahias was the last person for her to be concerned about, but she wants to know who Yama is and what is he hiding from her. The past may be the future she didn't know for some reason Mary felt safe in his care.
As they walked to the car Yama tightened his grip on her feeling an unwanted presence as she spoke to him."Yama what made start dancing?"
He tilted his head to Mary "Dancing has always been a big part of my family, I feel like I'm letting out this energy that needs to be out. I trained myself constantly to get to where I am today. I used to be depressed for the longest time after I heard you were dead. Someone close to taking you away from me I was upset. It struck me harder than anything I had nothing to fight for I didn't talk nor speak to anyone, I closed myself off for a very long time."
Mary looked down slightly "I'm sorry about that I know you were alone for the longest time since my departure. "
"You're here now and I couldn't help but feel joy when I first saw you again. When I sat next to you I just wanted to kiss you. " Yama whispered making himself blush in the process.
Mary blushed deeply at his words not knowing what to say " I don't know how to respond to such a thing Yama, I am nothing more than a stranger."
"You are more than just a stranger to me I consider you a person of interest. I would date you now if I could but let's take it one step at a time. "
"Are you..."Mary hesitated whether she should say what was on her mind or keep a secret. The only way to know who he is by asking, the memories she seems to regain over time are nothing but blurred images of a man and her child. Feeling his hand tighten against hers she looked up immediately feeling his lips against her lips, the soft yet fragile mark he left on Mary almost made her smile.
"Why don't you tell me what's on your mind little Mary? Don't be shy about what you have to say"

Yama looked down slightly "I don't know what you're talking about Mary. Isn't it about that report that you're doing? If you want help then let me know okay."
Mary let go of Yama's hand as he gave off a confused look as to why she let go. She shook her head in disbelief as to why he would lie to her about something so simple to say. "I don't understand why you don't want to tell me. Just say you are a demon just like Mathias it'll make me feel a lot better. I know your identity is everything to you, If I'm in the way then I'll leave and you'll never have to worry about seeing me again. I promise -"
Mary felt her body being lifted by him and nearly gasped he smiled brightly tears streaming down his face yet she couldn't understand why he would cry.
"Marry me! you don't know how long I've been looking for you I tried as much as I could to keep myself away from you but that is nearly impossible. I need you in my life again, I fear you will disappear just like you did a long time ago. I promise you I won't ever let go of you not this time not ever." Yes, I am the Silver Fox, people talk about how I am the true leader of the clan. I won't erase your memory you should remember me while you still can."
Yama pushed Mary away violently feeling a sharp pain in his chest he tilted his head seeing Mathias in his demon form.
"I Found you buttercup!" Mathias yelled his eyes filled with rage bloodthirsty to kill. He never thought in a million years she would find out about her memories and the ones that were considered false by her real lover Yama.
Mary covered her mouth in shock she thought she had lost him but he caught up to her in a bit of time that she had left with Yama. To believe she trusted a snake, yama watched her closely secretly; all this time Mary had focused in the wrong guy.
"Mary I need you to run to the Car my servant will take Care of you. I'll catch up to you in no time. Please be safe my love. Robert take her away now!"
Robert his most trusted servant picked Mary up forgetting the car and running full speed to a safe destination. Yama smiled to himself as he saw him carry her in the distance, now that she was away Yama's eyes became golden as he looked at Mathias with a sinsiter leaving Mathias to feel a hearty punch in the face. Blood spouts out of Mathias's mouth knowing the clan leader's full power is something that you shouldn't go against.
Yama clenched his fist tightly " You are nothing more than a traitor to the clan. After we gave you a home and called you family this is how to repay us, my wife and child don't deserve that. Why did you do it."
Mathias laughed "I wanted her to myself now that Brat thinks I'm his daddy. The way her like was against mine was soft, smooth silky. I could have devoured her soul but I knew how much she meant to you."
Yama grabbed his neck throwing him violently against the ground "How would you know? Living in that same agony every day wondering if your life has any meaning whatsoever! I should have killed you a long time ago Mary wouldn't have forgotten me so easily, you corrupted her into thinking you were there in her but not me. She is still my wife and Yoko is still my child that doesn't change anything that's my family you messed with; The next time I won't be so forgiving Brother ."
Yama walked away leaving Mathias on the cold ground pondering his thoughts. After a year Mary had finished school for the semester remarrying her lover centuries ago. Yama put a spell on Mary to become immortal and spend an eternity together. Having her memories fully returned to her it felt wonderful seeing everyone again. As for Mathias, they don't know where he has gone but they are glad that they don't have to see the man who almost took everything from his brother Yama.
Yama kissed Mary sweetly as they sat under a cherry blossom tree. She was happy to be with her Husband and child, she could only imagine if she never had awakened her memory she would have been stuck for the rest of her days. She was truly blessed to be with her Silver Fox.
