After eating out I felt a little better, we decide to go talk to Ms. Natsumi about the recent events and see Headmaster along the way talking to Suzaku. He glances over and smiles warmly at us motioning us to come over. Once he clears his throat Suzaku takes his leave.
"Ms. Yuki, how are you feeling today?"
I get a bit nervous but smile at his kind question.
"I am fine today thank you."
he nods.
"Good I need you guys to come with me to meet with Ms. Natsumi and the dr later, we have some things to discuss alright?"
I nod and he takes his leave leaving Kirito and I to change our course.
"Since we will be chatting with them all anyways let's go back to the dorm to study."
I silently agree and we head back.
Once at the dorms, we hear a bunch of talking in the kitchen, and upon walking in we see Suzaku and Kadachi laughing while Kana and Naiomi are covered in some type of liquid.
"What happened Naiomi are you ok?"
I ask Naiomi but purposely ignore Kana.
"We were using the blender but it got messy."
we giggle at each other and Kana growls.
"Do not laugh! This just ruined my new dress!! You are all idiots!"
Naiomi stops to look at her for a moment with pity eyes.
"It'll be ok I'm sure it won't stain it, it's just a smoothie mix anyways let's go get cleaned up after cleaning up the mess."
Kana pouts but does what Kana suggested anyway. I look over to see Kirito smirking at their mishap and Suzaku pats Kirito's back.
"Hey, buddy boy what's been happening the past couple of days?"
Kirito shakes Suzaku's hand off of him.
"Wouldn't you like to know?"
Suzaku then turns his attention towards me after getting rejected by Kirito throwing his arm around my neck and I tense up making eye contact with Kirito.
"Hello, princess Yuki how about you? hows your week been?"
I blush thinking about my time with Kirito.
"Hmm?"
Suzaku looks down at my face when I don't answer.
"Why's your face so red?"
Kirito pulls Suzaku off of me.
"Hey man, what's your deal?"
Suzaku shows him his fist but Kirito calmly walks over to me.
"She's obviously uncomfortable with you so close to her so why even bother?"
Suzaku sneers
"Whatever!"
Kana walks by hitting my shoulder and smirks as she positions herself in front of Kirito.
"Hey, Kirito do you want to go have lunch with me later?"
Kirito looks at her coldly.
"No..."
Kana frowns.
"But why not?"
Kirito places his hand around my waist.
"Because my partner and I have to meet someone in a little while and we already ate earlier, I shouldn't have to explain to you, Kana."
Kana's face turns grim when she sees Kirito's closeness towards me but only shows it for a split second before smiling politely.
"Ok then maybe some other time then?"
Kirito shakes his head.
"Sorry but I'm not interested, Let's go Yuki."
I couldn't help but giggle a little after witnessing Kana's rejection in front of everyone. Suzaku pokes Kana's arm.
"I'll go with you, Ms. Kana!"
Kana smacks his hand away.
"No way!!"
she then stomps off towards the bathroom in a huff leaving Suzaku scratching his head.
"Well ok then..."
Kadachi busts out laughing after watching the whole ordeal.
"Looks like little miss fancy pants cant handle rejection! How funny!"
Kirito removes his hand and makes his way back to his room closing the door behind him and I go to help Naiomi clean up the mess.
(I wonder why Kana acts the way she does.)
(Later that evening)
I knock on Kirito's door and hear a low come in, Upon entering I see Kirito laying in bed half asleep still, I close the door behind me and walk up to him.
"It's time to go meet the Headmaster Kirito."
(He must be exhausted after staying with me this whole week, I feel bad for him.)
"Just 5 more minutes please."
I giggle a little and Kirito grabs my wrist pulling me into his arms shocking me.
"W-what are you doing? we have to leave Kirito..."
he sits up with me on top of him and looks me in the eyes, his lime-green eyes glimmer in the dim light as he examines my face.
"There's no need to rush."
I shake my head.
"No, I don't want to be late I-"
Kirito stops me mid-sentence by forcing another kiss, I try to pull away but he wraps an arm around my waist and another caressing my head, The kiss felt different this time it felt needy and hot, as if he was sad somehow, he slides his hand under my shirt onto my bareback and I tremble from his touch.
"Kirito...stop...we-"
Kirito ignores my pleas and I start to feel scared.
(Somethings wrong, Why is he so out of control!) he forces me on my back and tears begin to roll down my cheeks. I'm sorry to have to do this.)
I bite his lip and he pulls away immediately, he frowns when he sees my tears.
"Yuki I-"
(Kadachi's pov)
(Damn...I lost control, I must have scared her.)
I reach my hand out her face and she closes her eyes, I draw my hand back and move away from her.
"I'm sorry, let's go..."
I turn my back to her and hear her get up out of bed, I wipe my bloodied lip and we walk out as she wipes her tears away.
(Yuki pov)
I walk behind him as he leads the way to the headmaster's office, once there we enter the room where we see the three of them there, they look back at us and Headmaster steps forwards.
"Have a seat please."
Once seated he follows and sits in front of us.
"I already know everything from Ms. Natsumi and the Dr. but I call you here to tell you what I know."
Headmaster hands us a photo and we look at it not recognizing the people in it.
"This is a photo of Me, The late Headmaster and Yuki's Father when we were younger."
shocked I looked back at him and he smirks.
"Yuki do you know where I am going with this?"
I nod keeping my gaze away from Kirito.
(I did not mention any of this to Kirito strictly because I didn't want him to lose any trust in me also because I do not know much of the situation either, but I guess keeping it a secret for this long now has backfired, I wonder what he will think.)
"Yuki your father was a comrade of mine and Kirito's father for a long time, we were all really good friends, even I still consider both of them good friends of mine that I trust, but to understand more of this we have to explain from the beginning, Yuki I am sure you still have some questions as well."
I nod silently placing my hands in my lap feeling nervous.
"Ok well let's start off from the point of a mission we had to go on together, this was a couple of years before he died, Yuki, you were about 6 when this all started. Yuki's father was the lead this time because of the terrain and knowledge of it. We were on our way to gather some intel we had been told that the vamps were planning something, but once we got their all we found was our comrades slaughtered, one vamp stood tall amongst their body's, the lord vamp himself-"
I interrupt him.
"Wait you said you have only met him once and that you were the only survivor? So why are you telling us this?"
He shakes his head.
"You will understand why I had to lie in a moment, Late headmaster and I was about to be killed when Yuki's Father stepped in between us making a deal for our lives knowing we were at a disadvantage."
Headmaster looks at me and I lower my eyes knowing the deal already
(though I knew my father had made a horrible deal back then to save his comrades that is all he told me and never said he went through with it or not, he told me the deal he made but didn't say who the vamp or his comrades were, now I know...)
Headmaster keeps talking.
"For our lives, he would give him a very important person they were looking for, Knowing your father we knew he was bluffing waiting for an opportunity, and then you showed up using your magic to distract the lord. "
he looked at me and I was shocked.
"No you must be wrong I don't remember any of this!"
Headmaster places a hand on my shoulder.
"You don't remember because one of the high mages back then erased the memory from you to protect you."
I grit my teeth.
(No way...)
"You came out of hiding and attacked the Lord vampire in a surprise attack giving us an opportunity, you followed us and saved us, but it cost you dearly, When you attacked, your Father lost his cool when the lord vamp grabbed a hold of your throat and held you in the air planning to kill you on the spot, that's when we charged in nearly killing the lord vamp but he escaped at the last minute, to protect you from retaliation your father changed his last name and quit in further missions to hide you away from all of this, and to change the scenario so others wont expect anything we said late headmaster and your father didn't go on the mission and that everyone ended up dying except for me, I tell you this now because the vamps found out the truth, they somehow recruited your elder half brother and many others and we arent sure of all of their plans except for what we all have found out here recently, the fact that they are monitoring you means they think you have known this all along and that you were planning something as well, I agreed to let you be in the tournament to bring out anyone who may be moles as well, Kazuki took the bait and we have other suspicions as well about other people its just a waiting game now so as of now we have to act like we do not know much that they already know what we do know. Run in the tournament tomorrow, if you can win I feel like it would make them come out more for fear that even being given that lethal dose you've been given your still growing strong."
I nod instantly.
"Right I understand...thank you, headmaster."
He then looks towards Kirito.
"Your late father knew Lee was a mole, but still kept him around. My guess is that he suspected he had good intentions so I'm leaving this issue to you since you knew your brother most."
"I understand..."
