Once we had arrived back in we were stopped by Mrs. Natsumi who pulled us into a room where Suzaku and the boy who stood next to Suzaku taking notes on a notebook.
He wore slender glasses and had a serious expression on his face, he had oxy black hair and eyes but his hair was slicked back and looked rather fancy, he stood tall with his shoulders back and a perfect posture. His slim but broad build made one think he was a mature and elegant young man. Once he looked up you could see a small mole under his left eye that helped define his unique look.
" I brought you all here to go over a few things. "
Mrs. Natsumi said in a serious tone while she stares at each of us before continuing
" You four will be in the small room above the arena next to the high mage's room. They will need extra protection from the guests here so no one is allowed in without a key card is that understood? The only way in is through the room you four will be occupying so as you watch the games please be aware of your surroundings we don't want any Mishaps while such a privilege has been given to us. And on another note! "
she looks directly at me and I begin to feel nervous.
( uh-oh I wonder what I did wrong...she looks so serious! )
" Yuki and Kirito I have already informed Suzaku and Shun here about the situation from a month ago, I hope that you take no offense but I feel that with more trusted people in our reaches we can become closer to reaching our goals. "
I give her a warm smile
" It's ok I trust your decision, Mrs. Natsumi. "
She sighs with relief and her serious expression fades.
" Good ok! Now here's the key card one is for the room you guys will be in and the other is for the other room the high mages will be in. Do not open their door unless asked to by one of the school's staff or the high mages themselves! "
We all talk at once.
" Yes ma'am! "
She nods in satisfaction and hands Suzaku the key cards.
" Ok, I'll be off now you four go ahead and head up there! "
She walks out and we do the same making our way up the stairs to the rooms that looked down at the arena.

I watch as she and 3 other guys begin to walk up a flight of stairs. Her smile was carefree and gentle as she talked to a boy beside her who was also smiling back at her. It filled me with jealousy and rage.
( Yuki why must you always tug these strings on my heart and not for a second think about me?! )
" Hey, Akira What are ya looking at? "
A hand taps my shoulder and a male voice comes from behind me. I turn around to see my partner Kai Haru. His wavy sandy blond hair and dark brown eyes looked up the stare case where no one was in sight.
" Why are you just staring at a stare case? Have you gone bonkers on me? "
I shake his hand off and snicker.
" No, I was watching a hot chick now buzz off! "
I quickly turn around and leave in my jealous rage Leaving Kai to scratch his head in confusion.

Once we entered the small room the match had started and I sat down on the large couch which was placed directly in front of the large window looking down upon the stadium ground. I watched in amazement as the teams brawled it out, they only had 20 minutes before the timer went off and if it looked like a tie at the end then the judges will declare the winning team is. The first match wasn't very long and they moved on to the next. Soon it was Naiomi and Kana's turn up against Kadachi and his teammate.
" Wow, Naiomi's got a rough fight the first round huh? "
Kirito says with a smirk and I nod along.
" Yeah but I believe in her! I know she can pull this off just watch and see! "
Just then Shun interrupts.
" Kadachi is a pure-blood mage and your friend Naiomi is only from Nobility she has no blood ties to any powerful mages she's at a big disadvantage I wouldn't put so much fair in this fight if you think she'll win..."
I sneered at his comment.
" Just because she is not Pureblood doesn't mean she's any less powerful! Have you ever heard of the name Kabu Yinyin? He wasn't a pureblood but still was extremely powerful! He made history when he defeated the Lord Vampire centuries ago when no Pureblood mage could! "
Shun cleared his throat before taking note and responded In a non-different tone as he writes.
" I'm just saying...I don't think she has much of a chance against Kadachi...he's an actual descendent from Lord Haun Su himself. "
I was a bit shocked and looked back at Kadachi.
" I had no idea... "
The information just worried me even more about Naiomi and I watched intently as the brawl started.
Kadachi was the first to make his move. He drew up his hand and sent dozens of large fireballs towards Naiomi and Kana. Kana retaliated by summoning A Barrier around herself and Naomi protecting themselves from the fire. Naiomi then counter attacked using vines from underground. She grabs Kadachi's ankles with the vines as Kana circles around to deliver a blow but is intercepted by Kadachi's teammate who throws a dagger her way, it grazes her arm but she jumps into the air and twirls around landing a kick on the side of his head sending him flying into the ground.
He quickly gets back up but by that time Kana pins him down while Naiomi continues to me make the vines move up Kadachi's body to hold him still. He then began to feel them tighten around him realizing they have thorns on them that began cutting into his skin. Naiomi continues to stay afar working her magic from the distance was the best strategy she could come up with in such a short time.
