Chereads / The Lustful Dungeon Master (Hiatus) / Chapter 14 - LSK Strategy

Chapter 14 - LSK Strategy

"Yes! We have all seen how scared those weak looking Goblins are! What is there to be scared of them?"

"Humph! I'll crush those Goblins with my bare hands!"

Scoffing at his men who were shivering until now, suddenly turn into tigers, Jin didn't say anything and slowly began walking forward while making sure to observe his.

Following behind the boss, the remaining men also started walking while unconsciously increasing the grip over their weapons.

As they kept on walking and didn't encounter any monsters, the group of men began feeling less nervous and started imagining that this Dungeon would be the same as the one they saw a video of.

Increasing his pace Jin wanted to put some distance between him and his group, since he wanted to be the first one to find the Dungeon Core first and destroy it.

So that he would obtain the rewards from it.

However, as the men noticed their boss speeding up, even they increased their pace and caught up to him.

Clicking his tongue at how his men were behaving, Jin was about to say something when he heard footsteps followed by a shadow visible through the darkness.

Coming to a halt immediately, Jin held his knife in front of him as the footsteps grew louder and the image grew more clearer.

Finally, just as Jin's nervousness was reaching its peak, the shadow's true appearance was finally revealed.

It was a Goblin...

The Goblin which seemed to be dazed, and upon seeing Jin and his group it screeched loudly, turned around, and started running away.

Seeing this Jin's nerves completely calmed down and greed filled his eyes.

He didn't know what would happen when he destroyed a Dungeon's Core, but Jin did know what would happen when he killed a monster inside a Dungeon.

He would obtain stats!

Stats which could be used to grow stronger!

Looking towards to four feet tall skinny Goblin, which looked all bones with no meat, other than his fat stomach, and how it was running away for its life, Jin felt that he was looking towards a live fish on the chopping board.

Licking his lips in anticipation of what would happen when he killed it, Jin started running behind the Goblin.

"Boss! Wait for us!"

As one of the men started chasing after Jin, the others also started following behind like mindless sheep.

While the Goblin continued running it stumbled a few times from panic, but managed to get back to its feet and continue running before Jian could swing his knife towards it.

"Stop running you weak Goblin! Die for me!"

Losing his patience, Jin threw the rod in his other hand towards the Goblin.

But unlike what he expected, just as the rod was about to hit the Goblin, it showed uncanny nimbleness and jumped to the side.

Frowning at the unexpected, Jin was about to continue running when he saw that the Goblin was no longer running.

Instead... It was looking towards him as if he was a fool.

At first, Jin was unable to understand what was happening when he heard panicked screams from behind him.

"BOSSSSSSS!"

"RUNNNNN!"

"HELP!!! HELP USSSSS!"

Jin didn't know what was happening, but listening to the screams of fear of his men, he knew that it wasn't something good.

"What... What is happening?"

Turning around Jin looked towards the Goblin which had been looking towards him as if he was a fool.

Now with the added screams of pain, Jin understood that he had fallen into a trap.

But how could beasts lay a trap?

As Jin had such thoughts he once again turned around to see his men, or at least what remained of them running towards him.

"Boss! There are many monsters!"

"BIG MONSTERS!"

Big?

Before Jin whose body was covered in sweat could think, he heard a loud thud behind his men.

Hearing the loud thud, Jin knew that it was the stomping sound of something very big!

Gulping from fear, Jin's head was unable to even think properly.

"Boss! Do something!"

Do something? What should I do?!!

As Jin was thinking this, the next moment his eyes turned wide and shouted, "RINJI!!! DUCKKKK!!!!!"

The warning, however, came too late, because before the man called Rinji could react, a sharp weapon pierced its way out of his face.

As Rinji died before he could even react or scream, Jim whose body was frozen in fear saw the monster who killed him pull the spear out of Rinji's head.

"Aaaaaaaaaah!!!"

While the remaining three men, including Jin screamed from fear, the more monsters began surrounding the group.

"Kekekekeke..."

"Khukhukhukhu..."

Listening to the two specific types of laughter which originated from all sides around him, Jin looked towards the one which killed Rinji.

[Kobold (Lvl 1)]

"Ko... Kobold..?"

Seeing this monster which wasn't there in the video he saw, Jin knew that there was no way of escaping at all.

Just looking at the six feet tall lizard like human with dark red skin, Jin could see how big and strong its muscles were.

Realizing how stupid he had been to try and raid a Dungeon without any real source of confidence, just so he could obtain an advantage over others.

Resigning himself to despair Jin began thinking that there was no way the situation could turn any worse, when he heard loud stomp again.

Looking in the direction of the sound, the two who managed to run until now knew what it was, and how scary it was.

Throwing themselves on Jin's feet and hugging it, they began loudly sobbing.

"Boss... Please.... Please do something!!!"

"Boss! Please save me!"

But what could Jin do, when he himself was staring towards the approaching huge monster with pure fear.
