The girl had a seducing figure and a beautiful face, but she doesn't seem to belong in a great family judging from her clothing. And unfortunately for her, the guys that was before her had good backgrounds. Maybe not as high as the Darkroses, but high enough to push people around.
Pissed from her attitude toward them, the guy in the middle swiftly held her wrist and pinned her in the wall.
"I'll teach you how to learn your place here" he said.
The guy leaned closer and held her chin. She tried to get out from his grip but the guy was lot stronger than her. He stared at her from head to toe and was about to make his first move but Airi intervened.
"What in hell do you think you're doing?"
His voice caught all their attention. The three guys looked at them, and she glanced at them from the corner of her eyes, unable to turn her head.
Kira's eyes brightened up when she saw them. She was about to run towards them but the girl stopped her.
"Deal with them" The guy that was pinning her down told the other two.
Immediately in his words the guys cracked their knuckles and smirked. The boys however, merely looked at them without the slightest interest and viewed them as no threat.
"You brats should have just stayed with your mommies and not wander around in this place."
"Got that right. We rule this place!"
"Oh really?" Airi raised a brow
The second guy attempted to land a punch in Airi's face, but the latter didn't even flinch as the butler stopped his fist and mercilessly crushed it, making the guy howl in pain.
"Damn you!"
Seeing that his mate was hurt by the butler, the other guy dashed toward him and slashed him with sword that suddenly appeared out of nowhere and started glowing. But once again, the butler stopped his blade with bare hands alone.
"No way..." Stunned, the guy wasn't able to defend himself as the butler turned his sword into pieces and kicked him hard in the abdomen, sending him flying across the place.
Disregarding his injured arm, the second guy once again launched an attack but now with enhanced magic but the butler punched him in the face, smashing his nose, and punching him again in the chest, making him throw up some blood.
The two guys down in the ground severally injured despite them only being hit only a few times. The first guy that was sent flying was sure to have some injured organs, and the second guy had broken ribs, and an arm, along with a smashed and unrecognizable face. The other guy who was still standing looked at them and let go of the girl.
"How dare you. Do you not know who the guys you beat up are? Well then, let me show you..."
A large amount of mana gathered around the guy. He also started to emit dark red light and was sending out an intimidating aura. He was waiting for the butler to make his first move, but Airi raised a hand stopping him.
Airi started advancing toward him. "If I heard right, you guys ruled over this place, right?"
"So, you do know about it" said the guy
"What gives you the right to say that?"
"Wha--?!"
Airi removed the black ribbon on his neck and the pink color on the tips of his hair appeared once again. The guy immediately loosed his will to fight and was too stunned for words.
"Airi...."
Airi? It seems the guy was really of high rank to address Airi like that, but was still probably powerless against him that suddenly realized that he was doomed.
"You insulted the Darkrose family, you know that? And another thing, the girl over there was one of the next heirs of the family," he gestured toward Kira who was still beside the other girl who was now slumped down on the ground. "...and you tried to harass her along with the girl that is with her."
"Heir?" Kishi asked in confusion
"Er, of course. If something happens to uncle Meijin, then either the two of you will probably be the next family head, while the other will stay at the palace."
"Don't jinx it." Kishi told him "And besides, why would you wish that something bad will happen to uncle?"
"Things we least expect might happen" Airi shrugged
"Airi, don't say that. I wanna be with nisan forever." Kira said
"Yeah, right...." Airi turned once again to the guy and smiled mischievously. "How should we punish you?"
"Allow me" The girl stood her ground once again.
Airi considered her for a second before nodding. "Fine, but be sure to beat him good"
"Understood"
The guy was shocked and suddenly kneeled down in front of him and started begging him without pride, nor dignity.
"No! Please, no! Airi, I'm sorry, have mercy on me, please, I'm begging you!"
Airi looked at him with disgust before crouching. "Did you ever show mercy on those people who are weaker than you when you harass them?" he smirked "So why should I?"
The guy was speechless. Airi straightened himself and turned his back on him while the girl beat him down to a pulp. When they left the alley, the guy was unconscious and was laying on a pool of his blood, and the other two, incapable to move.
Leaving the place, Airi wore the ribbon around his neck again. The girl with Kira earlier also followed them, feeling a bit uneasy.
"You could've gone easier" Kishi told him.
"That sounded weird coming from you." Airi said, not sparing him a glimpse "You're actually the most brutalist one in class"
"That was before"
"What's the difference with me?"
Kishi halted his steps when he felt Kira tugging his sleeve nervously. When she noticed that he stopped, she immediately froze. Kishi then turned to her but, she avoided his gaze.
"I-I...."
Kira tried to explain herself but Kishi merely gazed at her. This made her even more nervous as she clutched her dress.
"Kira, what the hell?!" he scolded her
"I-I'm sorry, I-I got lost and--"
"Lost?! What kind of excuse is that? We've looked everywhere for you. What if something bad had happened?! Do you not know how worried I was?!"
"I'm sorry....." Kira apologized as she tried hard to hold back her tears.
"Hey, you shouldn't--" The girl felt that Kira had been wronged, so she tried to defend her.
"Shut up!!" And just as expected, Kishi shut her off. She had nothing to do with this case to begin with. What happens between the twins are exclusive to only them. Even Airi didn't bother trying to get between them.
"Don't bother." Airi said to her moving away from the twins to her. "Kishi had always been this strict toward her. But believe me, he's just worried because Kira attracts too much trouble."
The girl merely looked at him, but he didn't care. His gaze on the two of them, Kira was on the verge of crying. Seeing her like this, Kishi sighed and gave her a tight hug.
"Stupid sister. You made me worry. Do you even know what might happen to this brother of yours if something happened to you? I thought you said you won't let go of my hand ever?"
"I'm sorry..."
Tears started to flow from her eyes as silently weep in her dear brother's arms. Kishi on the other hand, was relieve to know that she was alright. Though, he was terrified as his imagination ran wild.
