Quest Reward: Leather Armour
Quest Restriction: Myeonghu
Rejection will result in a loss in Intimacy with Ga Dogu and Hamuru
Seeing the the quest window for 'Hamuru's Disease 1', Myeonghu couldn't help but let out a sigh. Immediately after the completion of the 'Introduction to the Village', another had appeared in the form of a kid running to give Ga Dogu the news. At first he felt ecstatic thinking that this would be his first true quest, but despite hunting Rabbit after Rabbit, the required Rabbit Liver had not dropped once. Feeling that something was off, Myeonghu decided to go see Ga Dogu to ask him how to obtain Rabbit Liver; to which the dreaded answer of "just catch some Rabbits came out".
Hearing that, Myeonghu could only shake his head in resignation as he returning to hunting Rabbits. A short while after that, he obtained his first Rabbit Liver.
He had finally obtained the needed Rabbit Liver, but he didn't even register a smile. It was all due to its atrocious drop rate.
"Only 1 in 30…"
He let out a sigh. Despite killing 30 of them, only a single Liver had dropped. Of course, it could have just been a spell of bad luck and would now drop consecutively, but after only getting 1 out of 30 kills, he wasn't planning on holding his breath.
"….Huu."
Letting out another sigh, Myeonghu looked at the Rabbit hopping before him. Feeling his gaze, the Rabbit turned its head and looked back questioningly
-Gyuu?
Truly a cute appearance, Myeonghu thought to himself as he approached with a bright smile. When he was close enough, he dropped the facade and gave it a punt.
Pok!
-Gyuu!
As the Rabbit flew in the air, he chased after it and before it could fall back down to the ground and sent it flying back up with another kick.
-Gyuu…
Having finally fallen back down on solid ground, the Rabbit shook visibly as it struggled to stand back up. However, not giving it any chance, Myeonghu was quickly upon it as he swung his sword.
[Level Up!]
The message appeared as he put it out of its misery. Drawing his gaze from the pop-up message to the location of the Rabbit's corpse, there was of course no Rabbit Liver to be seen. Forget any quest item, not even a single item had dropped. Letting out another sigh, he opened up his character window to have a look.

"Now level 3…"
After checking his status he closed the window and looked around.
-Gyuu?
in the distance another Rabbit had caught sight of him.
"It'll appear eventually…"
Myeong mumbled to himself as he walked towards the new Rabbit.
-Gyuu!
Rabbits began flying into the sky.
* * * *
-You have acquired a Rabbit Pelt.
-You have exceeded your Weight Limit and as such yout Movement Speed has been decreased by 5%.
"Do I need to return to the Village?"
He checked his inventory after seeing the message.
"I only gathered 11…"
Although he now had 11 Rabbit Livers, the quest required 40 of them, so he was still a long ways off.
Hm…"
Myeonghu debated whether or not to return to the Village. On one hand if he would always be returning to town so soon he would be wasting a lot of time travelling, but on the other hand the decrease in Movement Speed due to the weight was also a problem.
"It's not like I can give up on the other stuff…"
There was a third option of only picking up Rabbit Livers and leaving behind the other miscellaneous drops, but that would be too wasteful.
"I'll head back."
In the end he decided on making the trip back to the village. As he walked back, he looked at his inventory which was filled to the brim with items, and sported a satisfied smile.
"I should get a fair amount for this, right?"
Most of his items were in stacks. Of course they were nothing but ordinary japtem like Rabbit Pelts and Rabbit Meat, so the price would be low; however since he had them in such large quantities, they should fetch a decent price.
"What should I buy?"
Myeonghu was considering how to spend his future money, but couldn't decide on what to purchase. Rather than buying any equipment, it was his profession which was the bigger issue.
"Now that I think about it, I've got to choose a profession as quickly as possible…"
Being a Magician as he had first intended would be impossible. Himise didn't even have any Magician's Guild or a Magic Tower.
"Wait…"
Myeong halted his steps at the sudden thought, as his face began to form a frown.
"There's only the Warrior Guild…"
When he thought about it, Himise only actually had a Warrior Guild. That meant that in Himise a Warrior was the only possible profession.
"…"
If he wanted to have other options, he would have to head to another village. However this was Himise, the most remote of places which was surrounded by the Boros Mountain Range.
"I can't make it across…"
It was impossible for a classless Myeonghu to make it through the Boros Mountain Range which was known to be teeming with Boss rank monsters.
"Let's think about this some more later."
Myeonghu decided to put it off as he once again began walking towards the Village. Of course even though he decided to procrastinate his decision, it was impossible for it not to be on his mind as he made his way back.
"It's inevitable…"
He could only reach the one conclusion.
"I'll have to be a Warrior…"
Since it was a place that didn't even have any different professions, the decision had already been made for him. Myeonghu opened his character window with an expression of resignation.

Stamina: 13

The Bonus Stats were still left there, unassigned, but while he had been hunting Rabbits, his Strength and Stamina increased a bit. The fact that his Strength and Stamina increased somewhat while hunting was quite useful considering that he would soon become a Warrior.
"…"
Myeonghu wordlessly closed his character window. He had just arrived at the Village and quickly headed towards the General store.
Ding ding!
"Welco… Ah! It's you!"
"Hello."
Myeonghu, who had just entered the store, went up to meet the store owner, Pelun. He then proceeded to open his inventory and placed all the Rabbit Pelts on the counter.
"… That's quite a lot."
Pelun let out in surprise as he saw the amount of furs
"Did you come here to sell all this?"
"Yes."
Myeonghu replied while nodding his head and Pelun began inspecting each Rabbit Pelt and sorting them into separate piles.
"A lot of them are of Superior quality. For this much…"
Pelun stared at the two 2 piles of furs before him, thinking briefly before stating his price.
"I can give you 40 coppers for each one of Superior quality and 20 for those which are more damaged.
"…!"
Myeonghu exclaimed in shock.
"Is a Rabbit's Pelt really that expensive?"
Despite it being of Superior quality, the fact that it could sell for 40 coppers was too shocking.
"Stale bread went for a single copper, so by selling just one Superior quality Rabbit Pelt I could get 40…."
"Will you sell them?"
Myeonghu, who had spaced out momentarily due to the unexpectedly high quote, nodded back to Pelun.
"147 Superior quality Rabbit Pelts and 86 of Inferior quality, resulting in a total of 76 silvers. Here you go."
Pelun handed Myeonghu a pouch filled with coins. As he received it, Myeonghu checked its contents and indeed there were 76 shining silvers within.
"I haven't even sold everything.…"
Myeonghu placed the money pouch into his inventory and looked at his items. In his inventory, other than the Rabbit Liver which he needed for the Quest, half of it was still full of Rabbit Meat and Rabbit Gallbladders.
Without hesitating he took it all out and placed it on the counter.
"Oh? That's Rabbit Meat and Gallbladder! Are you planning on selling this as well?"
Pelun, who had been busy putting away the recently bought Rabbit Pelts couldn't help but be startled by the additional items.
"Yes, I'd like to sell this as well."
Following Myeonghu's explanation, Pelun couldn't help but make an expression of regret.
"I'm sorry, but those items aren't something we deal in here. How about you take them and pay Teren a visit?"
"Ah…."
Without any other choice, Myeonghu put the Rabbit Meat and Gall Bladders away, then headed to the butcher's store which was located across the street.
"Hey! You're the lad who was brought back by the Village Chief!"
As soon as he entered, he was greeted by the owner Teren who had been sitting down on his chair with a blank expression.
"Yes, nice to meet you."
After greeting the man, he proceeded to his counter and took out all of his Rabbit Meat and Gallbladders.
"I want to sell everything."
"That's quite a lot…."
Teren muttered under his breath as he saw the pile of items on his counter. Finally getting up from his chair, he went to take a look at their condition, before weighing them and then quoting him a price.
"50 silver for the Meat, and 90 for the Gallbladder. I can give you a total of 1 gold and 40 silver, will you sell?"
"…!"
Once again a surprisingly huge sum.
" Yes, I…I'll sell."
Despite coming to sell in bulk, Myeonghu hadn't expected to get as much as 1 gold and 40 silver, so he quickly agreed, nodding his head vigorously.
"Hehe, here you are."
"Thanks, then see you."
Teren, couldn't help but let out a chuckle seeing his reaction and handed him the pouch with the money. Myeonghu in turn placed it in his inventory and headed for the exit.
'2 gold and 16 silver!'
It was the total amount he earned from selling the Rabbit Meat, Pelts and Gallbladders. For a lowly level 8 like Myeonghu, it was without a doubt a lot of money.
"In the future, if you have more products, such as Meat, Gallbladders, or Livers, be sure to stop by and I'll give you a good price."
Teren called out to him as he was about to exit the door.
Hearing that, something clicked in his mind as he stopped dead in his tracks and turned around to looked at Teren.
"…Do you sell Rabbit Liver?"
Realizing that if a butcher like Teren bought things like Rabbit Meat and Gallbladders and Livers in such quantities , it wasn't likely to be for personal use, but rather in order to resell them.
"Yes"
"…"
Myeonghu was simply left speechless.
